为了考察变革型领导理论在中国体育组织文化中的跨文化效用及影响其领导行为和效能的相关因素,本文使用修订的多因素领导量表(MLQ)对近50所高校618名体育组织员工进行了调查。研究显示:Bass的变革型领导理论适用于中国高校体育组织情境,其包括四个独立的维度:领导魅力、智能激发、感召力和个性化关怀。性别、教育程度、职称、院系规模和院系类型等变量会影响下属员工对领导者变革型领导行为的知觉,并影响对领导者领导效能的评估。  相似文献

研究目的构建我国“三大球”项目运动队教练员服务型领导行为的结构,并对测量量表的信效度进行检验,形成我国教练员服务型领导行为的测量工具。研究样本以WCBA球队、大学高水平足球队和排球队、进入全国分赛区的CUBA联赛、CUBS联赛球队的运动员与教练员为样本来源。研究方法访谈调查法、量表法。数据主要通过探索性因子分析、验证性性因子分析、Cronbach系数等统计方法进行处理。研究结果教练员服务型领导行为量表包括愿景、服务、授权3个维度共计12个条目,总体量表的Cronbachα系数为0.867。量表的信效度符合心理测量学的要求,可作为我国“三大球”项目运动队教练员服务型领导行为测量的有效可靠工具。  相似文献

研究目的:探讨球类集体项目教练员家长式领导行为三维度与运动员对教练员信任三维度的关系。研究样本:WCBA球队、进入全国分赛区的CUBA球队、CUBS联赛球队的222名运动员。研究方法:主要包括量表测试法,数理统计法的验证性因子分析、多元线性回归分析等。研究结论:球类集体项目教练员家长式领导行为的仁慈领导、德行领导对教练员能力信任均有显著的正向预测作用;教练员家长式领导行为的威权领导对教练员的能力信任具有显著的反向预测作用。仁慈领导对教练员仁爱心信任具有显著的正向预测作用。仁慈领导和德行领导对教练员公正一致性信任均具有显著的正向预测作用。  相似文献

本研究包含以下几方面内容1.情境领导Ⅱ型模式在巴西乒乓球队训练管理工作中及教练员对运动员的领导关系中的应用情况调查.2.根据运动员的表现,运动员的满意程度,以及教练与运动员之间的相互关系来分析教练员的后续领导行为是否受前阶段管理工作的影响.3.分析运动员的调查结果与相应教练员调查结果的一致性,及其领导管理行为是否为运动队管理多元模式中的一种.研究对象与方法调查对象为61名巴西12~18岁乒乓球运动员和10名乒乓球教练,这些队员和教练均为国家级水平,研究中以运动员满意度问卷形式和运动领导管理标准进行评估.研究结果教练员先前的领导行为影响运动员对教练员的看法,以及运动员的满意程度、教练与运动员相互之间的关系等.那些运动成绩较好的、经验相对丰富的、教练监督指导得比较多的运动员,他们的问卷答案与教练员的问卷结果有很高的一致性.对教练员的训练教导工作和民主行为方面,男子运动员的答案要比女子运动员表现出较高的一致性.女运动员对教练员的个别对待方式与民主行为表现出较好的满意度.运动员的问卷结果与相应教练员的调查结果的一致性在很大程度上依赖于训练过程中产生的良好效果与运动员的满意度,这反映了多元领导模式的规则.另外,虽然我们的研究并没有很好地验证情境领导Ⅱ模式在运动队训练管理中的应用情况,但是,调查分析结果表明了合适的多元领导模式在运动队训练工作中进行有效领导的重要性.这些结果也说明在多元领导模式的基础上,采用足够合理的方法是检验情境领导Ⅱ模式在运动训练管理中应用情况的关键.  相似文献

为了探讨和比较中、韩短道速滑教练员领导行为与运动员意志品质间的关系,采用AMOS结构方程模型并利用《运动领导行为量表》(Chelladurai)和《BTL-L-YZ2.0运动员意志品质量表》(李佑发)分别对中国88名、韩国81名短道速滑运动员进行了心理测量。结果表明,中国方面,教练员的训练指导行为和奖励行为对运动员的自觉性具有显著正向影响;民主行为对运动员独立性具有显著正向影响;训练指导行为对运动员坚韧性具有显著正向影响。而韩国方面,教练员唯独专制行为对运动员的自觉性、果断性及坚韧性具有显著负向影响。通过比较提示我们,教练员领导行为对运动员意志品质形成具有影响作用,而且不同文化背景下,针对提高运动员的意志品质,教练员应该采取与该文化背景相适宜的领导行为,对提升我国短道速滑运动员意志品质具有理论意义和实践意义。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The purpose of the present study was to develop an observational coding system that examines coaches’ leadership behaviours in sport. Drawing from an integration of the dimensions emphasized within the full-range leadership model, and particularly, transformational leadership (TFL), the Coach Leadership Assessment System (CLAS) was designed to examine coaches’ real-time leadership behaviours. Behavioural categories were developed through an iterative combination of literature review, qualitative interviews, and video observation. The CLAS consists of five higher-order dimensions: transformational, transactional, neutral, laissez-faire, and toxic coaching, which assess coaches’ leadership across 18 distinct behavioural categories. Overall, results provided preliminary support for the reliability and validity of this instrument. The CLAS provides a detailed and contextualized account of coaches’ leadership behaviours in sport and may have important implications for theory development and applied practice.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

We draw on the concept of the shared mental model to explain the cross-level direct and moderating effects of team trust on the relationship between coach transformational leadership and cohesion. Using hierarchical linear modelling, we analysed 597 national level high school and university volleyball players to test our research model. Our results revealed that, (a) at the individual level, coach transformational leadership has a positive effect on athletes’ perceptions on cohesion and (b) team trust, a group-level construct, is positively related to social cohesion and moderates the coach transformational leadership-cohesion relationship. The moderating effect demonstrates that the positive effect of coach transformational leadership on cohesion could be enhanced when high levels of team trust are shared within the group. Implications for coach education and sport psychology in terms of theory and research are discussed.  相似文献

Two studies investigated the structure of different athlete leadership networks and its relationship to cohesion using social network analysis. In Study 1, we examined the relationship between a general leadership quality network and task and social cohesion as measured by the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ). In Study 2, we investigated the leadership networks for four different athlete leadership roles (task, motivational, social and external) and their association with task and social cohesion networks. In Study 1, the results demonstrated that the general leadership quality network was positively related to task and social cohesion. The results from Study 2 indicated positive correlations between the four leadership networks and task and social cohesion networks. Further, the motivational leadership network emerged as the strongest predictor of the task cohesion network, while the social leadership network was the strongest predictor of the social cohesion network. The results complement a growing body of research indicating that athlete leadership has a positive association with cohesion.  相似文献

激发和调动教练员领导力有助于教练员作用的发挥,梳理和总结西方研究为中国教练员领导力研究提供参考和借鉴。运用文献研究法和对比分析法,从教练员领导力的来源和传达路径对中西方研究进行反思与探索。研究表明:西方教练员领导力研究历经起始阶段、规范阶段和多元主体阶段,从依附教练员的特质来传达领导力,逐步发展到教练员行为成为最主要的传达路径,最终实现领导力来源以及传达路径的多样性;教练员领导力在我国的发展归为萌发期、稳步推进期、快速发展期和协调发展期,从起初借鉴母学科知识来认识体育领域领导现象,逐渐转向对西方研究的推崇以及与中国实践相结合,最终以探索符合中国特色的教练员领导力模型。研究认为:中国教练员领导问题研究应将领导理论与体育实际紧密结合,不断拓宽来源和传达路径,实现研究价值观念的转变,确保领导对象研究与领导活动相融合。  相似文献

Leadership research that examines follower characteristics as a potential moderator of leadership effectiveness is lacking. Within Bass's (1985) transformational leadership framework, we examined follower narcissism as a moderator of the coach behavior-coach effectiveness relationship. Youth athletes (male = 103, female = 106) from the Singapore Sports Academy (mean age = 14.28, SD = 1.40 years) completed the Differentiated Transformational Leadership Inventory (Callow, Smith, Hardy, Arthur, & Hardy, 2009), the Narcissistic Personality Inventory (Raskin & Terry, 1988), and indices of follower effort. Multilevel analyses revealed that athlete narcissism moderated the relationship between fostering acceptance of group goals and athlete effort and between high performance expectations and athlete effort. All the other transformational leader behaviors demonstrated main effects on follower effort, except for inspirational motivation.  相似文献

We draw upon transformational leadership theory to develop an instrument to measure transformational parenting for use with adolescents. First, potential items were generated that were developmentally appropriate and evidence for content validity was provided through the use of focus groups with parents and adolescents. We subsequently provide evidence for several aspects of construct validity of measures derived from the Transformational Parenting Questionnaire (TPQ). Data were collected from 857 adolescents (M(age) = 14.70 years), who rated the behaviors of their mothers and fathers. The results provided support for a second-order measurement model of transformational parenting. In addition, positive relationships between mothers' and fathers' transformational parenting behaviors, adolescents' self-regulatory efficacy for physical activity and healthy eating, and life satisfaction were found. The results of this research support the application of transformational leadership theory to parenting behaviors, as well as the construct validity of measures derived from the TPQ.  相似文献

Background: The field of physical education (PE), overlapping as it does with the field of sport, has been critiqued for marginalizing those positioned as ‘different’. This difference is typically conceptualized in regard to a white, masculine, heterosexual, and able-bodied norm. Students who do not identify as white are not represented in any significant way in physical education discourses, culture, or the demographics of PE teachers in many international contexts.

Purpose: This article explores links between the literature in critical leadership and physical education. Drawing on the theoretical foundations of transformational leadership, critical pedagogy, and critical race theory, we draw links between the field of PE and applied critical leadership.

Design and analyses: Drawing on the theoretical tools of Bourdieu, we argue that physical education can be conceptualized as a field of practice. As such, the field values contain certain practices and norms. We argue that disrupting these norms relies on leadership in the field and may require insights from other fields, in this case applied critical leadership.

Conclusion: We conclude that leaders (both teachers and teacher educators) in the field of PE have a responsibility to take up practices which work against racialization and challenge current norms. This is both a theoretical and pedagogical challenge but can begin in classrooms.  相似文献
