互联网时代,品牌应该更加注重与消费者在线上的沟通与互动,建构虚拟品牌社区有助于维持品牌关系.本文以虚拟品牌社区理论为视角,采用内容分析法对上海书展的虚拟品牌社区“书香上海”新浪微博进行实证研究.研究发现,上海书展虚拟品牌社区在上海书展举办时期主要发挥了信息传播的作用,存在单向传播明显、信息主题不合理、社区成员参与度低等问题,研究最后提出了相应的若干发展对策.  相似文献

移动互联网的迅速发展成为全球信息通信领域最令人瞩目的现象之一,相比于传统电信市场下的用户需求,移动互联网环境下的消费者需求更加多样化,消费者的行为也呈现出新的特点。根据消费者的以上行为特点,本文基于支持向量机的算法对此现象进行数据挖掘和研究。现有研究证明支持向量机具有良好的推广泛化能力,取得了大量的应用研究成果,采用此研究方法能够得到可靠有效的实验结论,适宜在移动互联网环境下消费者行为研究上推广应用。  相似文献

[目的/意义]在线医疗社区作为新型医患互动的医疗服务平台,其中的咨询服务是社区吸引用户的重要功能,而付费咨询也是社区赢利的关键模块。了解付费咨询时患者择医行为的信息需求与影响因素,能够更好地改善医生的服务、提升社区活力。[方法/过程]基于消费者信任理论和消费者感知理论,同时考虑在线社区的研究背景,创新地加入价格和从众心理的作用,建立在线医疗社区患者择医行为的影响模型,并以好大夫在线为例,爬取网站数据进行回归分析,以验证变量之间的因果关联。[结果/结论]实证分析证实医生的线下声誉、线上口碑、服务质量、贡献价值、热度以及价格等因素对患者择医行为的影响,且患者线上择医行为也表现出与传统线下择医的差异。研究结果可为医生改进服务和平台社区促活增收提供参考建议。  相似文献

Abstract This article outlines a different view of the changing nature of adult learning in the Internet era. The old model of learning—the warehouse—is being replaced by a “just‐in‐time” system of information acquisition. The NRC report focuses too heavily on finding missions for existing institutions and pays too little attention to the pervasive changes in information acquisition and adult learning in all areas. An analysis of existing data demonstrates the relative impact of formal and informal learning and points to opportunities for enhanced adult science learning in the future. In a just‐in‐time world, museums and similar informal learning institutions will need to be less dependent on their physical setting and more focused on learning as the end product. It will also be necessary to find a viable revenue model to support this emerging mission.  相似文献

Objectives: To develop a patient information leaflet (PIL) to help local patients meet their drug information needs using the Internet, and to perform a preliminary evaluation of this tool. Methods: Development—a cross‐sectional survey of the drug information needs of local patients using a semi‐structured questionnaire; assessment of websites offering free, consumer‐orientated medicines information using set criteria; identification of consensus criteria to evaluate the quality of health‐related on‐line information; evaluation—views on a draft patient information leaflet from a focus group. Results: Those surveyed felt that being directed to high‐quality websites and being provided with assessment criteria for on‐line information would be useful. The three websites fulfilling most of the set quality criteria were Surgery Door ( www.surgerydoor.co.uk ), InteliHealth ( www.intelihealth.com ) and medline plus ( www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus ). The six most frequently cited assessment criteria were currency, authorship, commerciality, relevance, links and attribution. A draft leaflet was constructed listing the above three websites and six criteria along with tips on how to search the Internet effectively. A focus group reacted favourably. Conclusion: The Internet is a source of drug information—an information leaflet may help to guide local patients through its variable information quality.  相似文献

Abstract

Presently, eating disorders affect millions of people. Today, the media and the Internet are major publishing channels for consumer health information. Much research has found that the media may offer insufficient information on eating disorders. This research examines the quantity of adult consumer health publications on eating disorders in magazine articles and on the Internet in 1998 and investigates the effectiveness of Internet search engines. The results indicate that the resources found in popular magazines and on the Internet are not adequate, and that the Internet search engines are not effective in searching for information.  相似文献

Attempting to locate and evaluate quality health care information can pose a variety of problems for the consumer. Academic libraries have an opportunity to play a crucial role in facilitating the consumer's access to quality, reliable health information by developing and implementing consumer health outreach programs designed to address search problems and information interpretation difficulties. The benefits for both the community and the library are numerous when a consumer health information outreach program is successfully employed. This article will chronicle the creation of a Consumer Health Outreach program, entitled "WNY Consumer Health," intended for senior citizens in Western New York. Both lifestyle and geography make the delivery of consumer health information in the rural setting unique. The Planetree Health Resource Center in The Dalles, Oregon, has served the public in a rural setting for the past eight years. It is a community-based consumer health library, affiliated with a small rural hospital, Mid-Columbia Medical Center. One task of providing consumer health information in rural environments is to be in relationship with individuals in the community. Integration into community life is very important for credibility and sustainability. The resource center takes a proactive approach and employs several different outreach efforts to deepen its relationship with community members. It also works hard to foster partnerships for improved health information delivery with other community organizations, including area schools. This paper describes Planetree Health Resource Center's approach to rural outreach.  相似文献

[目的/意义]通过挖掘电子商务平台的在线负面评论信息,对网络口碑危机进行模糊预警计算和类型划分,为企业实时监控网络口碑舆情,提高产品正面口碑传播和规避口碑风险提供参考。[方法/过程]以欧洲消费者满意度模型(ECSI)为基础,从感知质量、感知价值、感知声誉和感知期望4个属性方面构建负面评论网络口碑危机模糊语料词典,结合模糊综合评判方法并改进顾客满意度的四分图模型对网络口碑危机预警进行计算和分类。[结果/结论]以美团外卖在线评论为例进行实证研究,提出的负面评论网络口碑危机预警计算方法得到了较好的实验检验效果,可为在线产品的网络口碑危机预警提供信息决策。  相似文献

[目的/意义]互联网颠覆了物质世界的思维基础,引发的改变是观念,对图书馆服务的思考必须转变为互联网思维这一重要思考方式。[方法/过程]梳理互联网思维产生的背景、概念,总结互联网思维特征,论述其对图书馆服务的意义及其对图书馆服务的影响。提出改变观念,深度解读用户;免费开放,促进信息公平;以数字化形式,实现用户的普遍获取;以信息专家的角色,嵌入用户过程;借力新媒体,提供方便、快捷的服务等图书馆服务理念。[结果/结论]应从变革思维、与虚拟空间相连接、营销推广图书馆服务、发挥技术驱动作用4个方面拓展图书馆服务的互联网思维。以数字化、网络为基础,围绕用户需求,把用户体验做到极致,以期推动图书馆服务创新发展。  相似文献
