选用DK纳滤膜对某染料厂提供的活性蓝染料溶液进行纳滤脱盐精制研究。实验结果表明:选择操作压力1.0 MPa,搅拌转速300 r.min-1的操作条件,对活性蓝染料的纳滤分离效果最好。经过预浓缩-连续恒容渗滤-后浓缩组合过程操作。将染料溶液浓缩2倍,染料纯度从71.4%提高至99%以上,提高了活性蓝染料的产品质量,降低了后续喷雾干燥的能耗。  相似文献

在前期研究和室内模拟试块脱盐试验的基础上,选择高吸水、高吸盐性脱盐材料和修复工艺对仓颉庙部分酥碱壁画进行治理.脱盐试验评估表明,脱盐使壁画中的含盐量明显降低,越接近表层脱盐效果越明显,尤其是可溶性的Na+、K+、Cl-、NO-3,含量降低的幅度约为1/3;二次脱盐可以降低壁画表面含盐量约70%.但是Ca2+、SO2-4的脱盐效果不明显.加固后的壁画强度明显增加,外观没有明显的改变.脱盐技术初步试验表明,本次采用的脱盐工艺与材料适用于以NaCl、Na<,2>SO4、NaNO3等易溶盐为主要成分的殿堂盐害壁画的脱盐加固,脱盐评估方法有较好的可行性、适用性.  相似文献

A wastewater evaporation-desalination pretreatment method was introduced to remove the Na^+ and K^+ salts in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) wastewater before it was fed into the incinerator. VOCs in the wastewater were volatilized in the evaporation system and then the vapor was combusted in an incinerator. Simulated phenol wastewater containing sodium chloride was evaporated and concentrated and sodium chloride was crystallized in different parameters. The experimental results showed that the higher initial concentration of sodium chloride increases the ratio of volatilization of VOCs, which was due to the effect of “salting out” (a decrease in the solubility of the nonelectrolyte in the solution, or more rigorously, an increase in its activity coefficient, caused by the salt addition (Furter and Cook, 1967)). When evaporation speed was increased from 1.67 ml/min to 2.73 ml/min, the total removal coefficient of sodium chloride was about 99.88%-99.99%. This pretreatment procedure eliminates the slag phenomenon caused by Na^+ and K^+ salts during wastewater incineration, so the incinerator could operate continuously, and the wastewater evaporation could increase the heat value of wastewater, and the operation cost would be reduced.  相似文献

纸条检测法对第85窟壁画空鼓灌浆脱盐效果的评估   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
实验得出不损伤壁画的纸条检测法与壁画表面盐分含量的关系,并以此为根据,采用纸条法测定壁画表面盐分的含量状态,评价壁画空鼓灌浆后脱盐的效果.结果表明壁画空鼓灌浆所带人的水分激活了地仗中的盐分,使盐分运移并大量地富集到壁画的表面.保护笔的脱盐效果十分显著,纸条法测得保护笔脱盐后Cl-浓度降低约10个ppm,相当于保护笔脱盐可以减少了壁画表面地仗中所含1.6%的Cl-的量,即可以去除掉未灌浆区域壁画表面盐分的80%.实验证明纸条法可以应用于壁画脱盐效果的检验.  相似文献

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.  相似文献

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator's Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language (VRML) is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.  相似文献
