The sufficient and necessary conditions, the existence and uniqueness of a new class of central configuration in R3, for the conjugate-nest consisting of two regular tetrahedrons, are proved. If the configuration is a central configuration, then all masses of outside layer are equivalent, and the masses of inside layer are also equivalent. At the same time ρ (the ratio of the sizes) and mass ratio τ=m/?m must be satisfied by some formulas. For any radius ratios ρ∈(0, 0.152 996 918 2) or (0.715 223 148 7, 1.398 165 037), there is only one central configuration. 探讨乙酰水杨酸(Acetylsalicylic Acid)在体外对流感病毒H1N1的抑制作用。采用血球凝集试验、神经氨酸酶活性抑制试验和鸡胚接种法,观察AS对流感病毒H1N1的抑制作用。血球凝集试验可以看出,AS对流感病毒H1N1包膜表面的血凝素活性有一定的抑制作用,且作用较为显著;鸡胚培养法的结果显示,AS明显抑制了流感病毒H1N1在鸡胚内的增值,实验组血凝效价低于1:2,对照组血凝效价为1:512;神经氨酸酶活性抑制试验的结果显示,AS能够明显抑制流感病毒H1N1的神经氨酸酶活性。结果表明AS在体外对流感病毒H1N1有明显的抑制作用,其抑制机理可能与AS对流感病毒血凝素和神经氨酸酶活性抑制有关。 相似文献

由于单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)在寻找致病基因，了解遗传多样性、环境与基因的相互作用方面有重大价值，SNPs研究已越来越多地引起了学术界和产业界的兴趣．CYP1A1编码的酶在烟草的主要几类前致癌物(如PAHs和芳香胺类物质)的代谢活化中有重要作用，其多态性与个体对环境相关的癌症的易感性密切相关．本研究采用PCR-RFLP技术在上海人群中，对CYP1Al的两个SNPs：CYP1A1 m1和m2进行了基因分型．结合其它已发表的数据，我们的研究表明，在中国人群的不同群体中，m1等位基因的频率分布比较一致，而m2等位基因的频率分布则存在着显著的不同． 相似文献

本试验在对A、B、C、D、E、G1等6种试剂的助磨作用试验的基础上,着重研究了双组分AGl、BG1、DGl、EGl等复合助磨剂对水泥的助磨效果及主要性能的影响．试验结果表明：双组分AGl、BG1、DGl的助磨效果较好,使水泥的粉磨细度提高了63％—69％,其中AGl使3d、28d抗压强度分别提高25％、12％,特别是用量为0．01％的AGlIo,不仅使细度提高67．0％,而且使28d抗压强度提高12．9％,具有明显的增产节能降耗,提高产品质量的作用。 相似文献

水培试验结果表明,处理2（营养液总氮量为6.0mmol.L-1）和处理3（营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1）的地上部、地下部和总生物量三者的干重与其它处理相比相对较高,与其他处理的差异均达极显著水平。在处理3（营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1）下,芥菜叶片中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖和抗坏血酸含量均达到最高,分别为：6.41mg.g-1Fw、1.64mg.g-1Fw和25.99mg.100g-1Fw,它们与其他处理的差异均达到极显著水平,除与处理4（营养液总氮量为12.0mmol.L-1）的差异只达到显著外;SOD的活性最高,达到8.95U.mg-1.pro.min-1,与其他处理的差异均达到极显著水平。在本试验条件下,营养液总氮量为9.0mmol.L-1（处理3）芥菜若干生理代谢较好。建议本水培试验施纯氮9.0mmol.L-1为宜。 相似文献
