采用问卷调查法、访谈法等,对优秀羽毛球运动员进行运动创伤流行病学调查与分析.结果显示:共查出73种创伤,运动员总患病率为93.42%.腰肌劳损患者占38.16%,腰背肌筋膜炎与髌尖末端病患者占22.37%,腰椎间盘突出症患者占21.05%,距腓前韧带损伤患者占18.42%.羽毛球运动员最易出现创伤的部位依次为腰部、踝关节、膝关节、大腿和足部,这与羽毛球运动项目特点有关. 相似文献

花样滑冰是一种发展人体供济性(协调)能力的体育运动又是体育和艺术相结合的运动项目。为探讨花样滑冰运动创伤的发病原因及特点,我们对参加1981年全国花样滑冰比赛的黑龙江、吉林、新疆、辽宁、内蒙古等省、市、自治区14个代表队,131名运动员现患运动创伤和参加花样滑冰运动后即往患骨折、疲劳性骨折、膝半月板损伤等疾病进行了调查。现报告如下。调查对象 131人中,少年运动员82人(男42、女40),年龄在8~17岁之间,训练年限为6月~7年不等。其中4年以上占64.9%;成年运动员49人(男22,女27),年龄在18~26岁之间,训练年限为1~10年,其中4年以上占71.5%。项目与组别分布情况见表1。 相似文献

本文对国家集训队等88名艺术体操运动员进行了运动创伤的流行病学调查,发现艺术体操运动员的常见病、多发病的发病率为:骶棘肌慢性损伤15.9%,腰椎棘上韧带损伤、腰椎棘间韧带损伤、腰肌筋膜炎和距腓前韧带损伤各占6.8%,腰三横突末端病、踝关节慢性创伤性滑膜炎和拇囊炎各为5.7%。创伤发生与专项运动有明显的关系。作者对创伤产生的病因从解剖学和生物力学等方面进行了分析,并提出了防治创伤发生的一些措施。 相似文献

本齐对22名摔跤运动员的伤情进行了调查,发现全部有运动创伤,以耳廓、腰、肘、颈部发生率较高。其中急性损伤占67.85%,以韧带损伤最多;慢性损伤以颈、腰肌劳损为主。动作不正确及慢性劳损是创伤的主要原因。文章对6种常见的运动创伤进行了分析,并就创伤的防治提出了建议。 相似文献

对我国84名优秀健美运动员进行创伤调查发现,男运动员的创伤发生率为91.4%,女运动员为85.7%.其创伤特点主要为慢性劳损性伤或由急性伤迁延所致的慢性伤,急性伤只占15%左右.男运动员创伤主要集中在腰、背部,女运动员创伤主要集中于胸、肩部.就其原因进行了分析,并提出了预防运动创伤的建议. 相似文献

Purpose: This study tested two hypotheses relating young athletes’ sports motivations to parental behaviors and cognitive appraisal: (1) young athletes’ motivation in sports is related to their parents’ behavior; and (2) this relationship is mediated by cognitive appraisal, even after controlling for competitive level and sports records. Method: This cross-sectional study included 673 young athletes and it measured the athletes’ perceptions of parental behaviors, cognitive appraisal, and sports motivation. Results: Structural equation modeling confirmed Hypothesis 1–the mother’s behaviors accounted for 15 to 16% of the variance in sports motivation, and the father’s behaviors accounted for 12 to 21% of the variance. The correlation patterns differed according to whether the athletes were evaluating the mother’s or father’s behaviors. Hypothesis 2 also was confirmed, for cognitive appraisal partially mediated the relationship between the perception of parental behaviors and sports motivation (34% of the variance was accounted for by the perception of the mother’s behavior; 30% by the father’s). The mediating model did not vary with competitive level or sports records. Conclusion: Parental behaviors and cognitive appraisal need to be taken into account to understand young athletes’ sports motivations. 相似文献

The present investigation was carried out to examine the incidence and pattern of injuries in adolescent multisport athletes from youth sports academy. Injury data were prospectively collected from 166 athletes during the seasons from 2009 to 2014. A total of 643 injuries were identified, 559 (87.0%) were time-loss injuries. The overall injury incidence was 5.5 (95% confidence interval CI: 5.1–6.0), the incidence of time-loss injuries was 4.8 (95% CI: 4.4–5.2), the incidence of growth conditions was 1.2 (95% CI: 1.0–1.4) and incidence of serious injuries was 0.6 (95% CI: 0.5–0.8) per 1000?h of exposure. The prevalence of overuse injuries was 50.3%. Growth conditions represented 20.0%. Most of the injuries (67.0%) involved the lower extremities, and both foot and ankle were the most predominant injured body parts (22.0%). Knee injuries were mostly from overuse (50 vs. 23, p?=?.02), whereas foot and ankle injuries resulted from an acute mechanism (94 vs. 31, p?<?.0001). Minor and moderate injuries accounted for 87.0%. Muscle, tendon and osteochondrosis injuries accounted for 52.0% of all injuries. Comparing groups, squash sport was having the highest injury incidence (8.5 injuries per athlete). Higher exposure was associated with greater overuse relative risk (RR?=?1.03, 95% CI: 1.01–1.014, p?<?.001). In conclusion, the results of this study identified a high incidence of injuries in this youth sports population. Striking was the prevalence of overuse injuries of 50%, which suggests the need for injury prevention protocols for adolescent highly trained athletes. 相似文献

Muscle injury occurs due to trauma, strenuous exercise or sports activities; most people affected are athletes. Ineffectively treated muscle injury can negatively affect sports careers and quality of life after retirement from sports. Reports have indicated that the current therapeutic management of muscle injury, particularly anti-inflammatory drugs, are not necessarily effective. Therefore, better therapies are required. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated melatonin’s potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory actions against muscle pathology in sarcopenia or atrophy in systemic disease. However, the underlying mechanisms for the protective effect of melatonin in the context of trauma/strenuous exercise are multifactorial and not well described. This paper reviews data on melatonin’s impact on muscle injury and findings that points toward the mechanisms through which melatonin achieves muscle protection. The general concept described in this review is that melatonin inhibits NFκB, reduces cytokine expression, increases Akt that downregulates the ratio of MAFBX and MURF-1 in order to limit the extent of muscle injury and promote muscle recovery post-injury. The work discussed in this review supports the notion that melatonin may be considered a possible therapy against trauma/sports related muscle injury. Inclusion of melatonin as a therapy in sports medicine could therefore provide a better treatment option for injured athletes and sports individuals. 相似文献

通过问卷调查法,对浙江省6市少体校的400名青少年运动员的情绪智力进行研究,结果显示:浙江省青少年运动员的情绪智力在性别、训练年限、运动项目和运动等级等因素上存在显著性的差异。具体表现为女运动员的情绪智力总体上好于男运动员;青少年运动员的情绪智力水平随着训练年限的增长而显著的增长;集体项目的运动员要优于个人项目的运动员;二级运动员的情绪智力要优于一般运动员。 相似文献

多年来,运动损伤一直影响着田径运动员的训练和比赛,使科学系统的训练和比赛难以按计划正常进行,导致一批有前途的运动员过早地离开田径场,严重阻碍了田径运动水平的不断提高。为了避免和减少运动员在训练、比赛中的伤病发生,延长运动员的运动生涯,提高训练质量。本文通过对山西省太原市3所高中业余田径运动员的常见损伤进行了调查统计和分析,并通过问卷调查分析其田径课余训练运动损伤的原因,具体区分男女运动员不同项目、不同层次运动损伤的特点,对其进行总结归纳从而将运动损伤率降低到最低,使我市业余田径运动员预防损伤的意识增强、整体水平提高、运动寿命延长。为该地区教练制定田径业余训练、考学安全预防措施、积极调整学生心理状态,提供依据;使得训练、比赛、考学顺利进行,最终达到提高整个市的运动水平,为我国田径事业的蓬勃发展奠定基础。 相似文献
