外资研发嵌入激发区域自主创新活力的同时也会引发冲突问题。本文将政府补贴作为外资研发与自主创新主体冲突及结盟问题的调节机制,应用GMCRII即冲突分析图模型理论,构建冲突图模型并求解冲突均衡解,探索外资研发中心与自主创新主体冲突稳定性结局及结盟特征。结论指出,在政府补贴调节作用下,外资研发采取依托母公司先进技术并吸收本地前沿技术的双重策略实施网络嵌入,而自主创新主体则倾向构建内部结盟以应对外资研发策略调整。基于政府补贴视角的冲突均衡分析为政府部门关于外资在华研发的科技决策提供了理论借鉴。 相似文献
