电子信息行业正在发生着深刻的革命。该行业突出体现了市场变化快、产品更新快的特点,具有明显的不连续创新特性,这就需要有一套新的产品研发管理模式。通过分析面向不连续创新的电子信息行业的研发过程特征,对不连续创新的产品知识源进行解读,在现有集成产品开发管理的基础上提出针对协同研发、探索营销、反复"探测-学习"的流程调整,并提出客户参与的组织形式及强化外部搜索的信息支撑体系,以实现对不连续创新研发过程的有效管理。  相似文献

复杂产品研发项目管理者基于项目需求的知识获取行为对于实现项目目标至关重要,利用宽松的工作环境提升研发项目管理者的知识获取行为是创新管理的一种思路。通过对245份问卷数据的实证分析,探讨了工作自主性对复杂产品研发项目管理者知识获取行为的影响机制。研究发现,复杂产品研发项目管理团队的工作自主性正向影响其项目管理者的知识获取行为,项目管理者的创新自我效能感在上述关系中具有中介作用,项目组织间的网络关系质量既调节了工作自主性与项目管理者知识获取行为之间的关系,又调节了工作自主性与项目管理者创新自我效能感之间的关系,网络关系质量对项目管理者的创新自我效能感在工作自主性对其知识获取行为影响中的中介效应具有调节作用。研究结论对优化研发项目管理,加快复杂产品系统产业技术创新具有一定的启示。  相似文献

基于复杂产品研发的视角,运用知识管理和复杂产品系统理论,探讨关键干系人知识共享行为的两个构面、创新速度和创新质量与复杂产品研发绩效的关系,构建理论模型,并采用结构方程模型的方法对理论模型进行实证检验。研究结果表明:显性知识共享行为和隐性知识共享行为不仅对产品绩效和学习绩效有直接作用,还通过创新速度和创新质量间接影响产品绩效和学习绩效;同时,显性知识共享行为和隐性知识共享行为对创新和研发绩效的影响有所差异,显性知识共享行为对创新速度和学习绩效的影响较大,而隐性知识共享行为对创新质量和产品绩效的影响较大。  相似文献

产学研创新绩效是企业、高校、科研院所协同创新的成果。采用广东省部产学研合作研发项目的数据,探讨企业吸收能力、政府研发资助与外部知识获取对产学研产品创新与过程创新绩效的影响,并构建了以新产品数量、新工艺数量为因变量的负二项分布模型。实证结果表明,以企业研发人员比重度量的企业吸收能力对产品创新和过程创新均具有显著的正向影响,政府研发资助与产品创新之间呈U型关系,对过程创新的影响不显著,外部知识获取与产品创新和过程创新之间呈倒U型关系。  相似文献

 从企业内外部因素——知识基础结构和产品市场结构两方面入手,分析它们对研发资源在合作研发与独立研发之间合理配置的影响机制。认为,企业研发投入结构的选择是一种基于知识基础结构和产品市场结构的企业间策略互动。它们对研发投入结构的作用途径有:技术吸收率效应、绝对成本优势效应、技术溢出率效应、企业利润效应和产品差异化效应。并且以我国高技术企业为例进行了实证研究,理论结论得到了实证结果的支持。  相似文献

在文献回顾的基础上,提出了干系人私人关系的三个构成:感情、人情和面子,探讨了干系人私人关系的三个构面、知识共享行为和复杂产品研发绩效之间的关系,构建了理论模型,并以复杂产品研发团队的干系人为调查对象对模型进行了实证研究。研究结果显示:干系人的感情、人情和面子均对知识共享行为有显著的正面影响,感情和面子对复杂产品研发绩效有显著正面影响,知识共享行为对复杂产品研发绩效有显著正面影响。此外,研究结果还表明,知识共享行为在人情和复杂产品研发绩效之间起到了完全中介作用;知识共享行为在感情和复杂产品研发绩效及面子和复杂产品研发绩效之间分别起到了部分中介作用。  相似文献

本文采用文献分析和调研访谈分析相结合的方法,归纳提取了影响航空复杂产品研发团队知识集成的11个关键因素,分析了各因素对航空复杂产品研发团队知识集成的具体影响,在此基础上提出了相关假设,并以航空复杂产品研发团队为调查对象进行实证研究,通过运用回归分析的方法对收集到的数据进行分析,结果表明,知识特征、产品复杂性、激励机制、集成动机、团队文化、信任关系、沟通机制、吸收能力和IT能力是航空复杂产品研发团队知识集成的关键影响因素,主观规范和学习能力对航空复杂产品研发团队知识集成没有直接影响。  相似文献

新兴市场的创新状况在很大程度上决定于该市场中优秀跨国公司(MNCs)的技术学习成熟度。文章从信息加工的角度,对9家跨国公司的105个项目团队进行分析,探讨这些团队或其内部技术学习(知识获取,信息发布,信息理解与组织记忆)对新产品开发(NPD)结果(项目成功,开发速度与产品适时进入市场)的影响。研究结果显示,技术学习的四种指标中,只有组织记忆与新产品开发结果无直接关联。通过区分项目的复杂程度,文章进一步分析上述影响关系。文章认为,信息解释与组织记忆有助于低复杂程度项目的成功。相反,对于高复杂程度项目而言,产品的开发速度取决于组织记忆。  相似文献

This paper provides a new point of view regarding the knowledge management of new product development (NPD), a high-tech field requiring the merging and integration of different technologies. As a case study, we examine the dynamism of the knowledge creation process in NPD at Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (hereafter referred to as NTT), a traditional Japanese telecommunication company, as it merges and integrates the different elements of broadband network technology, network operation technology, and multimedia processing technology etc., and we analyze the NPD processes of NTT. In a short period of time, a strategic team at NTT, consisting mainly of informal cross-functional middle managers transcending NTT's business divisions, formed strategic communities inside and outside the company, and then formed a network that transcended the strategic communities' boundaries. The synthesizing capability of the leadership-based strategic communities comprising community leaders inside the networked strategic communities enabled NTT to build new business models aimed at customers and achieve successful NPD ahead of other competitors.  相似文献

Knowledge source selection is a complex phenomenon that is often addressed from an organizational viewpoint; however, we know little about knowledge-seeking practices at the individual level. We examined knowledge sourcing in new product development (NPD) teams at the micro-level through the lens of psychological safety (PS). We investigated 1345 individuals at 85 software development teams in Pakistan to demonstrate how different levels of PS affected knowledge sourcing from three groups: within the team; within the organization; and outside the organization. Our results showed that individuals with high PS levels were more inclined to consult fellow team members and individuals with low PS levels were more likely to choose external sources. We also examined how the diversity of a team's composition affected the relationship between psychological safety and knowledge source selection. We explored the implications of these findings for managerial practice.  相似文献

This paper presents a conceptual model to explore the knowledge integration (KI) practices of internal and external company actors involved in the New Product Development (NPD) process of the aerospace industry. The model is based on the linkage of elasticity principles, particularly Hooke’s Law, to Knowledge Management theory. KI practices are considered as a force pushing the NPD process and are metaphorically described as the spring addressed by Hooke’s law. The integration of the knowledge of internal and external company actors impacts NPD, reducing the dimensions of the whole process, in terms of phases, through the application of the concurrent engineering approach. The whole NPD process is improved in terms of the reduction of uncertainty and complexity, and with an ‘integrated energy’ that sustains the pressure of the fast-changing competitive environment. The model is explored to provide an interpretation of the conceptualisation phase of a new aerospace product development process. Qualitative data were collected and analysed. Insights regarding the applications of the model and the theoretical implications are also provided for applications in other industries.  相似文献

Although past research has reported the benefits of intuition in new product decision-making (i.e., higher quality product; enhanced customer satisfaction), intuition has largely been studied as an individual phenomenon and little work has examined the role of intuition on new product development (NPD) project teams. Furthermore, in a turbulent environment, NPD project teams may rely more on intuitive judgments, and other factors such as experience and stress may also influence the relationship between team intuition and team decision making. Drawing from the organizational design literature on creativity in decision making, this study builds a conceptual model of NPD team intuition and its effect on the team's ability to generate creative new products. We then derive hypotheses regarding team intuition, stress, environmental turbulence, and new product creativity, and test the hypotheses using data from a sample of 155 firms operating in Ankara and Istanbul, Turkey. We specifically test whether an inverted-U relationship exists between team intuition and new product creativity (that is, a balance of both intuitive and rational judgments is preferred), and whether this relationship is moderated by team experience and stress. Moreover, direct impact of turbulent conditions (i.e. market and technical turbulence) on intuition was also examined. The results of our empirical study with a sample of 310 new product/project developers and 155 project managers showed a positive and linear relation between turbulent conditions (both market and technical) and team intuition and an inverted U-shaped team intuition-new product creativity relation for teams with high experience and low stress. Finally, theoretical implications for future research and managerial implications for practitioners are discussed in the conclusion section.  相似文献

New Product Development (NPD) is one of the most important activities for companies. The NPD activities get to depend on knowledge more and more. Therefore, Knowledge Management (KM) has become a key issue and a hot topic in the fields of NPD researches. This paper proposes a new design of an effective NPD-support KM tool for facilitating the knowledge sharing and acquisition among collaborative NPD team members. The KM tool mainly contains two channels for knowledge acquisition: knowledge query and knowledge recommendation. The former one is the basic function for all types of KM tools, and also acts as the basis for the latter one. This paper proposes two types of knowledge recommendation ways: one is a vector-based way; the other is a phrase-based way. Key techniques for implementing the KM tool are elaborated. A demo example is also illustrated to show the functions of the proposed KM tool.  相似文献

技术知识是我国企业在高不确定性环境下参与国际竞争的必备条件,也是企业通过不同战略导向获取新产品开发优势的关键保障。基于257份企业样本数据,检验了技术知识与新产品开发优势双维度间关系,以及企业两种不同战略导向选择的调节作用。研究发现:技术知识对新产品开发速度与新产品创新性均有正向作用;市场导向分别正向调节技术知识与新产品开发速度间、新产品创新性间关系,且对前者的正向调节强度更强;技术导向负向调节技术知识与新产品开发速度间关系,但正向调节技术知识与新产品创新性间关系。  相似文献
