为更好地应对国际环境变化,以企业海外情报合作为背景,将合作惯例作为中介变量构建知识治理、合作惯例影响企业情报合作绩效的理论模型并提出研究假设,借助Amos24.0统计软件,运用结构方程模型对121家样本企业的调查数据进行实证研究。研究发现:知识治理有助于企业海外情报合作绩效提高,较高的知识治理对等性和集中度对合作绩效有正向影响,合作惯例在知识治理对等性和集中度与合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用。由此得到主要管理启示为:开展多方情报合作及时获取有效信息以应对潜在风险,是企业保持发展优势的理想选择;同时,企业应注意创建完善的知识治理机制、积极引导建立合作惯例,以持续推动知识创造和达成合作规范共识,促进情报合作绩效提高。  相似文献

The main purposes of this article are to identify the dimensions of organisational knowledge creation strategies (EICE model: exploration, institutional entrepreneurship, combination, exploitation) and to clarify the relationship between the organisational knowledge creation strategies and its knowledge asset. For these purposes, guided by knowledge-based view and knowledge creation theory, we propose an EICE model and explore its effect on the knowledge asset. We further suggest the managerial implications and theoretical implications. The main managerial implication is that the knowledge creation strategies model may help manager to make effective strategies for knowledge creation within the organisation. The main contributions to organisation theory are extending Nonaka's knowledge creation theory to form a new strategic model for knowledge creation.  相似文献

日本自第四期科学技术创新基本计划启动以来,助推创新生态系统建设成为其产学官合作的核心目标。为全面系统把握日本“产学官”纵深推动创新生态系统建设的合作机制,从驱动因素、规划设计、落地实践三方面入手进行分析,并以在区域创新生态系统建设计划中被评为优秀等级的“筑波创新生态系统”项目的建设实施为案例,具体分析其运作模式。分析结果表明,在创新驱动方面,科技创新作为产学官合作主体的利益联结点推动了政府、学术界、产业界持续深入地参与产学官合作活动;在制度举措方面,日本政府从构建“产学官”知识循环体系、提升产学官合作的规模与效能、加固并拓宽产学官合作桥梁、加速推进跨界主体的深度融合入手,对产学官合作政策进行了进阶优化。案例分析表明,立足区域优势规划设计、强化中介力量以推动跨界交互、促进协同运行以实现从知识生产到创新制造的循环迭代是日本产学官合作的实践特征。借鉴日本经验,未来我国产学研协同创新推进应在顶层设计上建立完善产学研融合发展机制、在驱动主体方面推动构建多元协同创新合作体、在动力核心方面充分发挥大学的知识生产作用、在运行保障方面注重引入中介协调力量。  相似文献

本文以知识链为研究对象,探究关系治理对知识链中组织成员合作的影响。构建了知识链关系治理机制体系,包括:关系行为治理机制、关系控制治理机制和关系激励治理机制,并提出相关研究假设,研究其对组织合作绩效的影响。结合调查问卷数据,运用结构方程对本文相关假设进行实证检验。研究表明:知识链关系治理机制对组织合作绩效以及组织间知识流动存在正向影响,知识流动作为中介变量,在知识链关系行为治理机制与知识链组织合作绩效之间起到部分中介作用,而在关系控制治理机制、关系激励治理机制与知识链组织合作绩效间起到完全中介作用。  相似文献

本文通过对来自国内的117家中小企业的268个样本数据进行分析,引入高层梯队理论和知识创造理论,探讨了TMT的异质性通过中介变量知识创造对于商业模式创新的影响。研究结果表明,TMT的年龄异质性对于企业商业模式创新具有负面的影响作用,教育水平异质性对于企业商业模式创新具有正面的影响作用,年龄异质性对于知识创造具有负面的影响,教育水平异质性对于知识创造具有正面的影响,知识创造对于商业模式创新具有显著的正面影响。  相似文献

基于开放式创新的过程管理思想,考虑一个由知识源、知识转移中介、信息服务机构组成的闭环知识链系统,通过构建知识源领导(SL)、知识转移中介领导(OL)与信息服务机构领导(TL)等博弈模型,分析了权力结构对知识供给、转换、反馈等环节的创新绩效的影响。研究表明,掌握领导权可提高组织的知识产出、知识定价与创新利润;在创新绩效表现上,SL模式是分散决策时的最优权力结构;OL与SL模式具有同等的知识创造效率,但OL模式系统利润偏低并存在组织间的利益冲突风险;市场机遇、合作伙伴的创新能力与组织的知识创造效率正相关,弥补知识链成员创新能力的短板是提高系统创新绩效的关键。  相似文献

Knowledge conversion is a prominent theme within the knowledge management field and the question arises how knowledge creation processes can grow innovation capability maturity. This notion provides the platform for aligning knowledge creation processes to the requirements for innovation capability growth from one maturity level to the next. In order to achieve this alignment, the authors identified a knowledge creation path as a key enabler for maturity growth in each innovation capability area. Knowledge management tools and organisational facilitating conditions that support the specific knowledge processes highlighted in the identified path were identified through a literature study and subsequently synthesised to form a framework. This framework provides guidelines for the use of knowledge creation processes as a vehicle to improve innovation. The amount of time needed to practically test the framework does not allow for the practical implementation of the framework and the impact of the framework was demonstrated by discussing a practical organisational scenario.  相似文献

Knowledge processes (knowledge creation, retention, and sharing) are influenced by organizational structure, and governance and coordination mechanisms. While project-based organizational structures facilitate knowledge creation; they can hinder knowledge retention and sharing without adequate governance mechanisms. Drawing from the knowledge management and knowledge governance literatures, this paper proposes knowledge governance mechanisms – consensus-based hierarchy, shared human resource practices, and performance measures and output control – that promote knowledge processes in project-based organizations (PBOs). The functioning of knowledge governance is described in a Japanese PBO, Maekawa Manufacturing Ltd. Although the case indicates that both soft and hard dimensions of knowledge governance support knowledge processes, soft dimensions are prioritized in this particular organization. 在文献回顾的基础上,研究提出创新氛围、知识管理能力和突破性创新能力之间关系的假设模型,通过对珠海市132家高新技术企业的问卷调查验证这一模型。研究结果表明:高新技术组织制度、团队合作和激励机制对知识管理能力均产生显著的正向影响;高新技术企业知识管理能力在组织制度和突破性创新能力之间起完全中介作用;高新技术企业的团队合作和激励机制不仅对企业的突破性创新能力产生直接影响,还通过知识管理能力间接影响突破性创新能力。  相似文献

    创新绩效提升是企业可持续发展的重要议题。已有研究基本构建了内部知识创造系统、外部知识获取系统和创新绩效三者之间的研究框架,但外部知识获取系统并没有包含企业出口要素。本文尝试以中国209家高技术产业上市公司为样本,在外部知识获取系统中纳入出口要素,拓展构建了创新绩效的研究框架,利用结构方程模型探讨企业出口活动、研发合作、吸收能力和创新绩效四者之间的关系。研究结果证实了吸收能力是影响企业创新绩效的重要因素,进一步发现吸收能力不仅能直接促进创新绩效,还在出口活动、研发合作对创新绩效的影响中存在中介作用;高技术企业的出口活动与吸收能力之间同时存在“自我选择”与“出口学习”效应;研发合作、吸收能力与出口活动之间存在“良性循环”。  相似文献

知识是21世纪最重要的资源,如何创造新知识成为一个关键问题,受到普遍关注。本文从社会网络结构特征的视角出发,对科研合作网络与知识创造绩效的关系展开了分析。为了验证我们的假设,本文选取了管理学领域的24个科研合作团队,收集了他们在6年时间发表的1494篇论文,并通过识别888个作者的合作关系建立合作网络模型。数据结果表明,合作网络的结构特征对团队知识创造绩效产生不同的影响:(1)合作网的派系数量与知识创造绩效呈正相关关系;(2)最大子图比例以及合作网络密度与其呈负相关关系;(3)中心性则与其无关。最后,本文从合作结构的角度提出了提高科研团队绩效的思路。  相似文献

摘要:加强组织间的合作、对外部知识的有效整合、增强吸收能力将有利于组织促进新知识的创造,促进自有知识的形成,从而构建起核心能力和竞争优势。本研究选取华南地区117家高科技企业为样本,探讨吸收能力、合作能力、知识整合与新产品开发绩效之间的关系。实证结果表明:(1)吸收能力与合作能力存在显著的正向相关关系;(2)吸收能力与合作能力对知识整合有显著的直接正向影响;(3)知识整合对新产品开发绩效有显著的直接正向影响;(4)吸收能力与合作能力对新产品开发绩效没有显著的直接正向影响。该结果对于正确理解企业吸收能力、合作能力、知识整合在新产品开发中的作用具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

The paper explores two pathways that are crucial for making knowledge economically useful – knowledge systematisation and knowledge reconfiguration – and analyses how their interplay enables the emergence of a new business function or activity. Knowledge systematisation is the abstraction and diffusion of operative principles to the effect of expanding to broader remits practices that had been initially conceived for a narrow purpose. Knowledge reconfiguration involves the conversion and formalisation of these novel practices within existing firm and industry organisation. Using the design activity as a lens, and drawing on primary and secondary interviews and archival data on the home furnishing sectors in Italy, our case study articulates the processes that facilitate the abstraction of general rules from novel practices and the changes that are necessary, both within firm and industry organisation, to foster their diffusion.  相似文献

考虑企业成长性是由于企业各生命阶段的需要不同,因而对知识管理的迫切性、创新意愿也不同,进而对绩效的影响程度更存在差异。将知识管理分为知识共享和知识创造,服务创新分为理念创新、技术创新、组织创新和市场创新,据此构建理论模型,并进一步选择419个样本进行实证。利用结构方程分析表明,在成立不到10年的企业中,知识共享对技术创新、知识创造对组织创新以及理念创新对企业绩效的正向作用均不显著;在成立超过10年的企业中,知识共享对市场创新的正向作用不显著,其他潜变量之间均有显著的正向影响。从整体上看,服务创新在知识管理对物流企业绩效的影响中起中介作用。  相似文献

知识创造是创新主体不断吸收与转化知识,并将不同领域的显性知识和隐性知识进行有效利用的过程。从知识创造视角出发,构建了契合颠覆性创新特征的SECI改进模型(B-SECI),根据知识转移流动和创造演化等维度对颠覆性创新的发展特征与演化过程进行解构,旨在更能精准把握颠覆性创新演化的内在机理。研究发现,颠覆性创新主要包含隐性知识与显性知识,遵循社会化、外显化、组合化和内隐化等过程,并在具体形式上经历了创意社会化、方案外显化、技术雏形化以及最终的产品商业化阶段。  相似文献

This article presents a novel spatio-temporal framework for studying knowledge creation. To achieve this, we analyzed the recent literature on space, time and knowledge and conducted an empirical study. The intensive case was about four international distinguished university research groups in Finland in the fields of technology and science. Object, communicative and cognitive spaces with linear and relational times were used as tools for empirical analysis. Combinations of space and time bring out different aspects of knowledge. Knowledge processes of progressing knowledge (time-space), creating distinguished knowledge (space-time), and path-taking and bundling knowledge (spacetime) bind spaces and times closely together. Besides academy, the spatio-temporal framework can be applied to study the knowledge creation processes in art, business and local communities, for example.  相似文献

Knowledge has become the main competitive tool for firms. Just as knowledge is considered as the most important strategic resource, knowledge management (KM) is considered to be critical to a firm’s success. Several attempts have been undertaken to identify and define the different KM processes. From the literature review, four key dimensions stand out as affecting KM processes: knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, knowledge storage/retrieval, and knowledge application. The aim of this paper is to contribute to the KM and value literature by determining the importance of the different processes of KM for increasing value creation and value capture in firms. The context for the research hypotheses is the Spanish banking industry in 2010. The results support a positive relationship between KM and value creation, and between value creation and value capture.  相似文献

The ability of an organisation to harness knowledge assets dynamics lies at the core of organisational value creation capacity. A key challenge both for researchers and for practitioners is to understand how to measure and manage knowledge assets dynamics. In this paper the managerial foundations of knowledge assets dynamics are introduced. For measuring and managing knowledge assets dynamics within organisations three processes are discussed as follows: knowledge assets identification, knowledge assets mapping and knowledge assets flow. The ability of an organisation to gain sustainable competitive advantages is related to the capacity of mastering these processes. Each process is analysed introducing the possible frameworks that can inspire both scholars investigating the microfoundations of organisational knowledge dynamics, and practitioners looking for approaches to leverage knowledge assets to improve business performance.
