企业的数字化转型对组织内部能力与外部环境都提出了新的要求,传统企业普遍沉浸在缺乏“数字化能力”的焦虑中。本研究在组织印记理论基础上拓展了印记反弹效应,以数字时代开启的新兴经济体企业的反弹契机为背景,探索了促进企业数字化能力获取的组织特征与过程机制。采用国际竞争中处于相对劣势产业的259家中国企业样本进行实证研究,结果表明组织学习与组织忘与数字化能力之间存在正向关系,组织韧性在其间起到了部分中介的作用,企业网络数字氛围正向调节了组织学习、组织忘却与组织韧性的关系。研究结论表明,中国企业虽然在初创时期没有丰富的外部资源支持,但可以在后续发展中通过组织学习与忘却强化组织韧性等内部组织特征,并在良好的数字氛围等组织外部环境中实现更为迫切的获取数字化能力的反弹效应。  相似文献

在市场环境以VUCA特征为未来发展“新常态”下,“黑天鹅”和“灰犀牛”事件的频发改变了企业原有的商业模式和组织型态,能否在不利事件的冲击下形成韧性并逆势成长,成为企业存活并转危为机的关键。现有研究对于组织韧性的形成机制缺乏关注,本文基于关系网络理论,探讨了关系网络(组织内关系网络和组织间关系网络)与组织韧性的关系,验证了双元创新的中介作用。实证研究结果表明:组织内关系网络和组织间关系网络与组织韧性呈正向关系;组织内关系网络正向影响利用性创新,组织间关系网络正向影响探索性创新;利用性创新在组织内关系网络和组织韧性之间起部分中介作用;探索性创新在组织间关系网络和组织韧性之间起部分中介作用。本文从重视构建组织关系网络、激发员工创新的角度提出管理建议。  相似文献

采用元分析的方法探讨组织韧性和创新之间的关系,通过文献检索和筛选,共有71篇中英文文献,198个独立样本量符合元分析标准(N = 19299)。异质性检验发现使用随机效应模型较为合适;主效应检验结果显示组织韧性和创新之间的关系显著;调节效果检验发现组织韧性的类型和创新的测量方式以及文化情境影响了组织韧性和创新之间的关系。其中,运用组织韧性概念测量到的组织韧性与创新之间的相关系数比运用动态能力和组织柔性概念测量到的变量间的相关系数更高;其次以创新为过程测量到的变量间相关系数更高;此外在东方文化背景之下,组织韧性与创新的关系更为显著。以上结果说明,组织韧性与企业创新密切相关,同时还要考虑组织韧性的类型、创新的测量方式以及文化情境对二者关系的影响。  相似文献

Digital-technology usage in dynamic and complex work practices is a core phenomenon in innovation research. There are, however, few detailed analyses of how people organize the use of digital tools in their work practices. We aim to offer more insight into how individual actors use digital technology, how these actors organize its use in collectives, and how they organize their work with that of other actors in order to realize collective-level goals. We implemented a qualitative research design, based on interviews in architectural firms complemented with observations and archival data. By analyzing interactions of multiple individual actors with digital technology, we found that actors organize usage in collectives through activities that we call configuring-in-use and reflecting; and that they combine these two organizational activities in order to realize collective-level goals. We identify the combination of these organizational activities as configurational usage. We contribute to literature on the usage of pervasive digital technology by providing a detailed empirical investigation of organized usage of digital technology. Furthermore, we refine the conceptualization of configurational usage, improving understanding of core processes of digital innovation.  相似文献

摘要:数字经济下的企业面临着复杂多变的外部环境,开展数字导向战略更新活动成为传统企业生存和发展的关键。为此,本研究选取林清轩的单案例研究,探索数字导向战略更新的实现机理和演进路径。研究发现:(1)企业在开展数字化活动时,存在着认知、行动及商业模式等惯性力量,而组织学习是一种克服组织惯性的有效方式;(2)实现数字导向战略更新是一个过程,经过了数字化探索、数字化提升和数字化赋能阶段,在各阶段中,企业依次克服了认知惯性、行动惯性和商业模式惯性;(3)数字导向战略更新活动呈现出从IT端、营销端到流程端的数字基础设施改进、数字营销活动推广和数字业务流程构建的演进路径。  相似文献

     组织内部学习与外部学习作为组织创新的重要知识资源,其在组织创新资源转化进程中发挥着重要作用。但当前关于组织内外部学习间关系(协同效应还是替代效应)及该关系在不同组织结果导向、不同企业发展阶段下是否具有差异化的问题仍然讨论不足。为了识别在不同组织结果导向下内外部学习及其平衡与企业发展阶段的动态匹配规律,研究基于研发企业调研发现:平衡式学习对组织创新绩效具有正向影响,但该学习平衡在不同企业发展阶段呈现出不同的平衡模式。在企业初创期,更宜选择时序性平衡模式;在企业发展期,更宜选择共时性平衡模式;但在企业成熟期,若以组织创新作为学习目标时,两种平衡模式均可,若以组织绩效作为学习目标时,更宜选择时序性平衡模式。研究明确了组织在不同发展阶段如何选择内外部学习平衡模式能为组织带来更佳乃至最佳结果,揭示了不同时期组织内外部学习平衡情境下的组织结果优化策略。  相似文献

为帮助管理者进一步理解战略性企业社会责任促进企业化危为机的作用机制,提高企业应对动态复杂环境能力以及管理和组织能力,探讨战略性企业社会责任对组织韧性的内在影响机制以及相关中介作用。基于利益相关者理论构建以战略性企业社会责任、网络嵌入、创新能力和组织韧性为变量的理论模型,利用对长三角地区 362 家科技型企业的调查数据进行实证分析。结果表明:(1)战略性企业社会责任对组织韧性有显著的正向影响,积极履行社会责任的企业能够在遭遇危机后较快恢复至原有水平;(2)网络嵌入和创新能力对战略性企业社会责任和组织韧性分别具有显著的中介作用,即企业能够通过履行社会责任开拓获取创新资源的渠道、提升创新意愿和能力,从而增强组织韧性;(3)网络嵌入和创新能力对战略性企业社会责任和组织韧性具有显著的链式中介作用。因此,企业应摒弃传统的社会责任观,重视并积极履行战略性企业社会责任,同时重视建立稳定密切的社会网络和创新能力。  相似文献

以国内中小企业为研究对象,采用模糊集定性比较方法,探讨组织授权氛围、社会资本、组织即兴、人力资本和组织承诺5个前因条件的联动效应对组织复原力的驱动机制。结果表明,存在4种组态导致中小企业高组织复原力,进一步概括为资源依赖型和内部创新型;组织授权氛围在中小企业提高组织复原力中发挥着不可或缺的作用;社会资本缺失和组织承诺缺失在解释非高组织复原力时存在替代作用。  相似文献

In recent years, several organizations have opened up their innovation processes to individuals from outside of the organization by means of digital crowdsourcing. The literature on crowdsourcing has emphasized the importance of using digital technology to reach far beyond organizational boundaries and include individuals with (educational) backgrounds that are very different and unrelated to those within the organization in its innovation process. It has been argued that such individuals will contribute novel insights because they consider an organization's innovation challenge from different perspectives. Building on the literature on creativity and absorptive capacity, we instead argue that having a related perspective will positively affect an individual's idea performance, while unrelated perspectives only positively contribute to idea performance in combination with a related perspective. Analyses of 2178 ideas contributed by 948 crowd members to 68 crowdsourced idea challenges show that it is important to consider how (educational) backgrounds can provide individuals with multiple perspectives, which can be either related or unrelated, and study how the interplay of related and unrelated perspectives affects the value of ideas in organizational open innovation initiatives.  相似文献

耕地韧性评价是耕地资源管理的有效方式,对于保障耕地可持续利用与粮食安全具有重要意义。本文提出了耕地利用系统韧性的概念,基于表象韧性与潜在韧性两个层面,从稳定增长能力、高效利用能力、抵抗干扰能力、资源支撑能力4个方面建立了耕地利用系统韧性评价指标体系,并选取河北省曲周县进行实证分析,对曲周县1973—2014年的耕地利用进行阶段划分,并对不同阶段耕地利用系统韧性进行评价。结果表明:①曲周县耕地利用依据耕地利用技术与耕地产出水平可划分为3个阶段:改土治碱阶段(1973—1985年),稳定发展阶段(1986—2002年),高效提升阶段(2003—2014年)。②高效提升阶段的表象韧性明显高于前两个阶段,其耕地单产水平最高,达到12746.33 kg/hm 2,粮食生产波动指数较小为8%,水热资源利用指数为1.58,抗逆指数为0.97。技术进步是促使耕地利用系统表象韧性提升的主要原因。③高效提升阶段的潜在韧性最低,其水资源平衡指数仅为-0.36,区域水资源失去平衡,亟需对灌溉技术与灌溉利用方式进行改善,增强耕地利用系统韧性。应提高耕地系统的韧性,不断增强耕地对外界干扰的适应能力,从而满足当前耕地资源“数量、质量、生态”三位一体的管理需求。  相似文献

Whereas business research has focused on the impact of design innovations on market response and financial performance, the sources of design innovations, as opposed to those of technological innovations, have largely escaped investigation. In this research, we examine the organizational, financial, and environmental drivers of design innovations and how they contrast to technological innovations. Our study utilizes a unique dataset encompassing a 10-year window of innovation output drawn from the computer, communications, and audio and video equipment manufacturing industries. Our results suggest that design innovations are driven primarily by investments in research and development and slack organizational resources. Interestingly, we find that design innovations are more prevalent in smaller but fast-growing markets as opposed to technology innovations, which are prevalent in larger markets. Contrary to expectations, we find no association between marketing investments and design innovations. Our research contributes to the extant business literature by considering the sources of design innovations separately from the sources of technology innovations. We also contribute to the literature by distinguishing design and technology patents, developing a deeper understanding of design innovation, and illuminating a lesser understood source of competitive advantage for firms.  相似文献

Expertise in digital technologies is necessary, but rarely sufficient to generate digital innovation. The purpose of this paper is to explore how specialists rooted in digital and analog knowledge domains engage in cross-domain collaboration to jointly create digital innovation. Our analysis cross-examines the literature on knowledge integration and coordination by examining the role of boundary-spanning tools in fusing divergent types of knowledge. The empirical setting for our study is the development of digital serious games, a novel breed of digital learning products whose creation involves a wide range of gaming/digital and learning/analog expertise. Drawing on an in-depth qualitative study, we find that boundary-spanning tools such as prototypes, mockups, and whiteboards serve as important knowledge bridges buttressing the overall innovation process, enabling diverse experts to increasingly align and integrate their divergent thought worlds and knowledge domains. Furthermore, we find that the alternative interplay among digital and non-digital tools supports the gradual transformation of digital and analog expertise into a novel digital format. Taken together, our results explicate how boundary-spanning tools facilitate collaborative work among specialists rooted in diverse digital and non-digital knowledge domains. Our findings contribute to the literature on knowledge integration and coordination in cross-domain collaboration and digital innovation.  相似文献

Given the impact of COVID-19 on socioeconomic conditions, community resilience (the adaptive capability in response to adverse events through possessing or using community resources) has become an increasingly critical agenda in communities. In the context of resilience, a smart tourism city could be a solution for enhancing community resilience. Thus, it is important to identify available community resources to help people cope with adversity, which can contribute to the overriding goal of a smart tourism city. To do this, we aim to provide empirical evidence on the spatial spillover effects of sport industry clusters as community resources on community resilience to advance the building of a resilient smart tourism city. Using spatial econometric modeling with spatial data, we measure the spatial spillover effects of sport industry clusters on community resilience in the United States. The findings reveal the significant spatial spillover effects of sport industry clusters on community resilience within a specific region and across surrounding regions. The findings of this study provide policymakers and practitioners with spatial information on regional sport industry clusters as community resources that are locally bound and specialize in smart tourism and planning to enhance community resilience.  相似文献

制造企业数字化转型面临众多组织障碍,本文将制造业数字化转型视作数字主导的逻辑被引入组织,与原先的制造主导逻辑实现更替,从而在组织和场域层面逐渐获取“数字化”合法性的动态过程。通过对正泰的纵向案例研究,构建了制度视角下数字化转型的理论框架。研究发现,在数字化转型合法性构建与扩散的过程中,试点试验、集体试验、催化这3类机制扮演了重要作用,数字化转型的过程伴随了组织层面和场域层面的相互促进,形成了一种“共时变迁”的双向互动。研究结论既对制度视角下的数字化转型文献有重要启示意义,同时也对技术和能力视角下的数字化转型文献有一定的贡献。  相似文献

创新价值链对于企业的发展是十分重要的,因为它能够清晰展示出创新过程的每一个环节,可以帮助管理者对企业进行优化升级,将精力集中在薄弱环节以及重视创新过程的各个相互影响的环节。本文在梳理文献的基础上,介绍了创新价值链的概念,并与创新过程和知识价值链这两个容易混淆的概念进行辨析,随后围绕知识来源、知识转化、知识利用三个环节分别进行评述,并且在数字化转型的背景下,阐述了数字化知识网络如何形成,最后提出未来的三个研究方向,即数字化创新过程或具体形式、数字化知识网络中的参与者类型及约束条件、数字化创新能力和资源协调能力。本文的研究对国内创新价值链的研究和实践提供有益的启示。  相似文献

In this article, we examine, through an analysis of characteristics specific to both the partner firm and the consortium, the process of creating new resources and competencies in research and development (R&D) consortia. As interfirm cooperation develops, issues concerning the role of competencies and specific resources become increasingly relevant. While theoretical work in this area has grown significantly, empirical analysis has been less systematic; we attempt here to fulfill the insufficiencies in empirical analysis. Since we are interested in how individual participating companies succeed in creating resources, our research is focused on the partner firm itself and not on the consortium as a whole. Our statistical analysis of 317 firms enables us to examine the different types of technological developments that can be achieved through EUREKA R&D consortia. We study the impact that partner characteristics and the choice of a consortium's organizational form can have on the types of resources created by a partner. Our findings, which detail the factors that affect the creation of competencies in R&D consortia, strongly support the resource-based theory of the firm.  相似文献

技术创新是企业发展的核心动力。但是,技术创新是否会提升公司绩效?目前理论界存在着相悖的观点。基于组织学习顺序视角,采用纵向对比案例研究的方法,分析技术创新过程中不同的组织学习顺序对企业绩效提升的路径。研究结果表明:不同成长阶段的不同组织学习方式均能够促进技术创新对公司绩效的提升作用;但四种组织学习方式在技术创新的过程中扮演着不同的角色,从而对企业绩效产生不同的影响。处于探索阶段和成长阶段的企业,“播种型”的学习顺序可能更具优势;而在快速发展阶段,企业采用“咨询型”和“增强型”的组织学习在技术创新过程对提高公司绩效方面没有太大差异。因此,在企业的发展过程中,应根据处于不同的发展阶段选取不同的组织学习顺序与技术创新相匹配,才能提高企业的绩效。最终,在此基础上建立了技术创新、组织学习顺序对公司绩效影响的理论框架模型。研究结论对丰富组织学习的相关理论以及指导企业科学进行技术创新,从而提高企业绩效具有指导意义。  相似文献
