提出了一种新型结构的直线超声电机,对其驱动原理进行了简要分析;利用有限元软件ANSYS对复合振子进行模态分析和谐波响应分析,计算出复合振子结构尺寸改变对其一阶纵向伸缩和二阶弯曲振动模态频率的影响,得出了两模态频率对结构参数的相对灵敏度;有限元分析结果为复合振子的结构优化设计和电机输出性能的预估提供了有益的参考,据此设计出符合模态简并的复合振子结构及电机的总体结构. 相似文献

介绍了温度场分析的基本原理,在已有短行程直线电机的设计基础上,运用ANSOFT软件对电机进行三维温度场建模,对电机内部线圈进行热分析,计算在不同电流下电机稳定运行后各组线圈的温度变化情况,得到电机内部温度场分布图。另外也分析了冷却水的流换热系数对温度变化的影响,这些为后续对电机内部的冷却系统设计,找出最佳的冷却水循环路线,进行电机的优化设计提供参考。 相似文献

Symmetry breaking phenomena exist in many mechanical products. Based on an analysis of the variation in physical features in several design examples, mechanical symmetry breaking concept systems that consist of general requirements, working principles, and cross-scale mechanical structures are established from the macro to micro levels and in both machine assembly and the design of parts. The connection between symmetry breaking and product requirements is systematically studied. Eight design principles using symmetry breaking to achieve mechanical functions, performance, and constraints are proposed. The method and process of applying symmetry breaking in mechanical concept design are described. These principles, method, and process are then used in the concept design of a gear chain. With symmetry breaking characters, the transmission stability of the newly innovated gear chain is greatly improved, compared with traditional ones. 相似文献

In this article, we seek to unpack and enrich the notion of the design concept. We do this through the use of Gilles Deleuze and Felix Guattari's ‘concept’ in its philosophical specificity to critique less‐effective uses of the design concept. In particular, we investigate the idea that a concept is actually an aggregation of many concepts that can be seen to have a virtual consistency as a way to reframing more limited, typical, design concepts – used as justification, explanation, clarification or excuse. Our interest here is to explore how concepts can become much more useful throughout the process of design by drawing linkages between the concept and the workings of the creative process itself. In other words, we see the concept, parsed philosophically, as fusing with design thinking; and by taking advantage of this coupling each strengthens the other. Ultimately, we claim that a richer view of language and a more perfomative processes of making (diagramming) drive this coupling; and when it is working, the design concept becomes a much more useful instrument for designing. 相似文献

This article reports the design, development, and evaluation of an online software application for assessing students’ understanding of curricular content based on concept maps. This computer-based assessment program, called the Assessment Agent System, was designed by following an agent-oriented software design method. The Assessment Agent System is composed of five types of software agents: instructor agent, student agent, management agent, assessment agent, and reporting agent. Software agents in the system, through communication and cooperation, collectively provide the functionalities of user-system interaction, user management, task authoring and management, assessment delivery, task presentation, response collection, automatic assessment, and reporting. One-to-one evaluations and group evaluations were conducted to reveal students’ perceptions of the Assessment Agent System. Measures of visual clarity, system functionality, consistency, as well as error prevention and correction indicate that the Assessment Agent System is a useful tool for large-scale assessment based on concept maps. Through the process of design, development, and evaluation of the Assessment Agent System, this study demonstrates the agent-oriented approach for producing educational software applications. Furthermore, this research explored the concept map assessment method for the Assessment Agent System. When node terms and linking phrases are provided, the assessment of student concept maps can be conducted automatically by comparing student concept maps with the criterion concept map, proposition by proposition. However, the validity of the proposition-comparing method depends on the accuracy and thoroughness of the criterion propositions.
