Objective: The purpose of this study was to differentiate between cerebral amyloid angiopathy (CAA) and hypertension (HTN) based on hemorrhage pattern interpretation. Methods: From June 1994 to Oct., 2000, 83 patients admitted to our service with acute intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) were investigated retrospectively; 41 patients with his-tologically proven diagnosis of cerebral amyloid angiography and 42 patients with clear history of hypertension were investigated. Results: Patients with a CAA-related ICH were significantly older than patients with a HTN-related ICH (74.0 years vs 66.5 years, P<0.05). There was a significantly higher number of hematomas>30 ml in CAA (85.3%) when compared with HTN (59.5%). No basal ganglional hemorrhage was seen in CAA, but in 40.5% in HTN. In CAA-related ICH, su-barachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) was seen in 26 patients (63.4%) compared to only 11 patients (26.2%) in HTN-related ICH. A route for the synthesis of nefazodone is reported. Nefazodone was obtained with an overall yield of 37. 2% from phenol. The key steps involve the improved synthesis of 5-ethyl-4-(2-phenoxyethyl)-1, 2, 4-triazol-3(2H)-one, a key intermediate in the synthesis of nefazodone. The phenol was etherified with 1, 2-dichloroethane (75%), followed by iodination-amination with Nal and CH_3OH-NH_3(85.7%), acylation with ethyl chloroformate (95.7%) and cyclization with propionyl hy-drazine (83.6%).  相似文献

Different from conventional mechanical systems with single degree of freedom (DOF),the main idea of the system of hybrid-driven precision press is to combine the motion of a constant speed motor with a servomotor via a two-DOF mechanism to provide flexible output. In order to make the feasibility clear, this paper studies theoretically the dynamic characteristics of this hybriddriven mechanical system. Firstly,the dynamics model of the whole electromechanical system is set up by combining dynamic equations of DC motors with those of two-DOF nine-bar mechanism deduced by the Lagrange‘s formula. Secondly through the numerical solution with the fourth Runge-Kutta, computer simulation about the dynamics is done, which shows that the designed and optimized hybrid-driven precision press is feasible in theory. In this paper, the LCVM mixing rule is extended to the multi-parameter equations of state by combining infinite-pressure and zero-pressure mixing rule models. The new LCVM-type mixing rule, coupled with Patel-Teja equation of state （EOS） is applied for vapor-liquid equilibria of different polar and non-polar systems in which the NRTL activity coefficient model is used to calculate the excess Gibbs free energy. The tested results agree well with existing experimental data within a wide range of temperatures and pressures. In comparison with the Van der Waals mixing rule, the new mixing rule gives much better correlations for the vapor-liquid equilibria of non-polar and polar systems.  相似文献

This study explores the Chinese public＇s perceptions of, and attitudes to, agriculture and food applications of biotechnology; and investigates the effect of socio-demographic factors on attitudes. A questionnaire survey and interviews were used in an attempt to combine quantitative analysis with qualitative review. The main finding of this study is that the Chinese population has a superficial, optimistic attitude to agricultural biotechnology; and that, in accordance with public attitudes, a cautious policy, with obligatory labelling, should be adopted. The study reveals that education is the factor among socio-demographic variables with the strongest impact on public attitudes. Higher education leads to a more positive evaluation of GM （genetically modified） foods and applications of biotechnology with respect to usefulness, moral acceptability, and suitability for encouragement. In addition, public attitudinal differences depend significantly on area of residence. Compared with their more urban compatriots, members of the public in less developed areas of China have more optimistic attitudes, perceive more benefits, and are more risk tolerant in relation to GM foods and agricultural biotechnology. Finally we obtained a very high rate of＂don＇t know＂ answers to our survey questions. This suggests that many people do not have settled attitudes, and correspondingly, that the overall public attitude to agricultural biotechnology and GM foods in China is at present somewhat unstable.  相似文献

The cubic B-splines taken as trial function, the large deflection of a circular plate with arbitrarily variable thickness,as well as the buckling load, have been calculated by the method of point collocation. The support can be elastic. Loads imposed can be polynomial distributed loads, uniformly distributed radial forces or moments along the edge respectively or their combinations. Convergent solutions can still be obtained by this method under the load whose value is in great excess of normal one. Under the action of the uniformly distributed loads, linear solutions of circular plates with linearly or quadratically variable thickness are compared with those obtained by the parameter method. Buckling of a circular plate with identical thickness beyond critical thrust is compared with those obtained by the power series method.  相似文献

The seismic resistance properties of the structures of short-limbed walls (SLW) were explored by horizontal cyclic loading experiments on 6 SLW specimens including 3 flanged and 3 non-flanged. The ratios of the depth to the width of the 3 specimens in each group were 5, 6.5 and 8, respectively. For non-flanged SLW structures with a small depth-to-width ratio, longitudinal bars in the limb yield first;and for those with a large depth-to-width ratio, stirrups in a linking beam yield first. For a structure with different depth-to-width ratio varying from 5 to 8, the failure mode is different. Correspondingly, different calculation model should be used in the design and engineering of the structure. For flanged SLW structures with whatever depth-to-width ratio, longitudinal bars in a flange or limb yield first. The SLW structures with a depth-to-width ratio of 6.5 exhibit the best comprehensive seismic resistant property and flanged walls have a better ductility than non-flanged ones.  相似文献

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and the indication of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in the treatment of exposure of orbital implants. Design： Retrospective and observational case series. Methods： We reviewed 41 patients （41 eyes） suffering exposure of orbital implants from Jan. 2000 to June 2006. The study group patients with mild exposure received combined treatment with bFGF and antibiotic drops, and while the control group patients with mild exposure were treated with antibiotic drops only. The study group patients with moderate and severe exposure received combined treatment with bFGF and antibiotic drops, and after 2 months they were subjected to amniotic membrane transplantation, while the control group patients with moderate and severe exposure underwent amniotic membrane transplantation after using antibiotic drops. Observation of the growth of conjunctival epithelium and comparison of the healing rate of the two groups. Results： The healing rates of the mild, moderate and severe exposure study group were 100% and 92.3%. The healing rates of the mild, moderate and severe exposure control group were 55.6% and 66.7% respectively. The difference of the healing rates of the mild exposure study group and the control group was significant （P=-0.033）. And the difference of the healing rates of the moderate and severe exposure study group and the control group was not significant （P=-0.167）. Conclusion： bFGF may promote obviously the healing of orbital implant exposure, particularly it can be the first choice for the treatment of mild degree exposure. For the moderate and severe cases, it can be administered before surgical repair to enhance neovascularization and will tend to increase the success rate of surgical repair.  相似文献

An expansion theory of spherical cavities in strain-softening materials with different moduli of tension and com-pression was presented. For geomaterials,two controlling parameters were introduced to take into account the different moduli and strain-softening properties. By means of elastic theory with different moduli and stress-softening models,general solutions cal-culating Tresca and Mohr-Coulomb materials' stress and displacement fields of expansion of spherical cavity were derived. The effects caused by different elastic moduli in tensile and compression and strain-softening rates on stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone of expansion of cavity were analyzed. The results show that the ultimate expansion pressure,stress and displacement fields and development of plastic zone vary with the different elastic moduli and strain-softening prop-erties. If classical elastic theory is adopted and strain-softening properties are neglected,rather large errors may be the result.  相似文献
