教师的职业高原期现象与学校管理不当息息相关。1.学校管理功利化。很多校长只盯“分数”,对教师的教学方式方法、业务学习不闻不问,致使教师采取猛灌狠练,题海战术。我曾见一位六年级的语文教师,开学两星期就把课文讲完了,剩下的时间就是不停地做练习和测验。学校管理的功利化使教师失去了教研热情,一味机械教学,教师自然深陷于职业高原期的泥潭。  相似文献

教师的专业成长与其他职业者的成长一样,首先适应新的环境,随后比较熟练地胜任工作,但到了一定程度,似乎出现了发展的颈瓶而停滞不前,即到了高原期;安全度过高原期之后,往往会出现精力与智力下降的趋势,一个教师的职业生涯就渐趋衰退。对上述四种现象,有专家总结为“四期”,即人职适应期、成熟胜任期、高原停滞期、衰退回归期。此“四期”在普通高中教师的专业成长中表现尤为明显。促进教师专业成长最有效的管理方式就是校本培训,而校本培训针对全体教师搞“一刀切”又难免有失偏颇。笔者以为,结合教师专业成长的发展规律,在不同职业阶段采取相应的措施,才能使得校本培训更加扎实有效。  相似文献

学习过程是一个“渐进或振荡—高原期—突变”的自组织过程。在教学过程中,教师的“不可替代性”表现在能对学生的文化科学学习起到缩短和加速“渐进或振荡期”和“高原期”的作用。要实现教师的上述作用,教师必须有效地、创造性地把文化科学“转换”为学科或课程,并进一步把学科或课程“转换”为有助于学生全面发展的课堂内外的文化科学学习活动。专业化的教师应该知道学生学习该学科时兴奋点、分歧点、“高原期”何在,能够激活兴奋点、加快逼近分歧点的速度、缩短“高原期”以及维持和推动学生该学科的学习活动。因此,教师要进行学科思想方法和学科发展史实的研究,从课程层面理解教育教学活动,养成教育、教学实践研究的习惯。  相似文献

信息技术与课程整合从最初的启动发展至今,已经走过了近十个年头.然而从其发展历程与目前的现状来看,信息技术与课程整合在理论研究和实际教学应用中都显现出停滞的迹象,逐渐进入发展的“高原期”.教师是实现信息技术与课程整合的关键因素,教师实施信息技术与课程整合的意识可以驱使他们克服信息技术与课程整合中各种可能发生的问题与困难,因此,充分关注与了解教师心理是教师尽快走出信息技术与课程整合“高原期”的关键所在.本文试图从心理学的视角出发,分别从教师的压力、动机、意志力、认知结构、自我效能感五个维度探析教师在信息技术与课程整合“高原期”中的心理变化,以期促使信息技术与课程整合朝着深层次、持续、高效的方向发展.  相似文献

Choosing a career is one of the most important decisions that youth has to take but many young people find this a hard issue to engage with. Current career counselling practice does not appear very compelling or motivating to young people. Professional games could provide a more engaging and motivating way of acquiring professional awareness and competence for career decision making and learning. We present the design and effects of playing a game that aims to increase career awareness and adaptabilities in youth (13–19 years). In a Randomized Controlled Trial, 93 high school students from Iceland and Romania were asked to carry out career-oriented activities, with half playing an interactive game and the other half performing a paper-and-pencil version of the same activities. The students were compared on career adaptability, career learning and career awareness scores before and after these interventions. Main results show that engaging players in these career-oriented activities has short term effects on outcome scores for career adaptabilities and for perceptions of career learning competences. Students who played the game report significantly faster growth on career adaptabilities that deal with “concern”, “control” and “confidence”. It can therefore be concluded that introducing game-based learning in career decision support for youth is a promising endeavour.  相似文献

The research reported in this article explored the impact of the undergraduate placement experience on medical, nursing, and allied health students' perceptions of careers in aged care. Data were collected from undergraduate students (48) and graduates (26) via individual (46) and group (7) interviews; data were thematically analyzed. Participants' placement experiences prompted them to characterize aged care simultaneously as “dirty work” and “rewarding work”. Participants perceived that working full-time as a newly-graduated health professional with the aged or in aged care settings would be an unattractive career. Instead, participants considered working in aged care either as a “mid career” or “blended career” option.  相似文献

教师成长贯穿于职业生涯全过程,是教师在不同成长阶段中所呈现的专业和精神上的进阶式可视化的能动型映照。基于教师职业发展阶段理论、建构主义学习理论和教师发展影响因素论,立足高职院校教师成长的现实必要,构建“专业—精神”共生的教师成长“五阶梯”,在此框架结构下提出培养教师成长意识和成长型思维、设计贯穿生涯发展的教师培养体系、重塑教师成长方式、营造平等民主自由的支援性环境等推动策略,以期为高职院校教师发展提供新思路。  相似文献

In the context of higher education in Sweden, we see how major policy change is forming the field of Education Sciences. This change has promoted an increased focus on competitiveness, while reducing inefficiencies in mass-education. It has given legitimacy to specific recruitment strategies and career paths, but can also explain what determines how career capital is accumulated. The aim of the present study is to describe how academics experience recruitment and positioning processes in their career. How do academics gain career capital and symbolic value in career and use it to gain recognition? The results illustrate three career paths, identified as “the invited”, “the useful” or “the uninvited”. Thus, the present article describes a Matthew effect in recruitment, where young PhD students are positioned early on as either promising researchers, teachers, or as substitutes who are sorted out from both research and education.  相似文献

This article discusses how new opportunities for guidance can emerge from an analysis of the interplay between the participation (or lack of participation) of the individuals in career guidance, and the career guidance practitioner’s response. The article suggests critical psychology as a framework for career guidance research and presents the analytical categories of “participation” and “conduct of everyday life” as means to analyse the dialectical relationship between participant and structure, as well as individual and society. Finally, it is argued that flexible career practices that adapt to the needs of participants have the potential effect of greater social justice.  相似文献

In New Zealand there is an increasing trend for people with prior occupational experiences to enter secondary teaching. At a time when the media is continually questioning the status and capability of the teaching profession, we explore what or who motivates people to change their occupational paths and enter the teaching profession. Our sample of 68 newly qualified change‐of‐career teachers reported multiple factors related to their decision to pursue teaching. The matrix of reasons involved a range of “push and pull” factors related to previous work and family experiences, values and task expectancies. Three cluster groups of teachers – “Looks Good”, “Time is Right” and “Teaching is Me” – were developed to illustrate the relative influence of different combinations of reasons. We looked at how these teachers' motivations and prior experiences impacted on early and long‐term career expectations and intentions.  相似文献

“职业加速器”项目是美国社区学院为退役军人提供的技能培训计划。它采用志愿供给的模式,由志愿公益组织负责“供应”,公私合作伙伴共同“生产”,以项目为载体进行“消费”。美国社区学院的退役军人培训实现了课堂学习和实践训练的结合;培训服务涵盖职业咨询、培训课程及就业支持等职业过渡的全过程;充分整合先前经验及课程资源,缩短培训周期等。基于此,我国高职院校开展退役军人培训应强化政府、学校及企业的多元参与,实现校企深度合作;树立起以“退役军人”中心的服务理念,为其提供全方位、系统性的服务;整合优化先前经验、课程内容等教育资源,提高培训效率。  相似文献
