案例教学在经管类研究生实验课中的应用研究——以石油大学ERP实验课程为例

在经管类研究生培养过程中,如何增加学生参与企业实践的经验和如何加强学生对企业运营活动的理解,一直存在着应用困境。案例教学法通过引入特定场景和数据,可以让学生身临其境地学习,弥补了一些经管类课程尤其是实验课程中,学生参与性不足的问题,对于提高他们的认知能力和实践能力具有积极作用。本文基于长期的教学实践,探讨如何将案例教学法引入到ERP实验教学过程中,分析ERP实验的案例教学目标和方式,并结合具体的ERP软件开展教学内容设计,提出ERP实验的教学案例选择标准。  相似文献   

Transcriptomic Analysis of Aflatoxin B1-Regulated Genes in Rat Hepatic Epithelial Cells

Aflatoxins are the most popular hepatotoxicants. Chronic exposure to aflatoxins leads to a wide variety of liver diseases, such as hepatocellular carcinoma. In this study, we analyzed the genome wide expression profiles of aflatoxin B1-induced rat hepatic epithelial cells. The expression of 325, 184 and 199 special genes was altered when exposed to 0.03, 0.1 and 0.2 μmol/L aflatoxin B1 respectively, and 239 genes were commonly expressed. After the functional analysis on these dose-special genes, we determined several key pathways related to hepatotoxicity, such as TGF-beta signaling pathway, tight junction, adherens junction, the regulation of actin cytoskeleton, Erb B signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, pathways in cancer and axon guidance. Common genes were mainly associated with focal adhesion, ECM-receptor interaction, and cell adhesion molecules. Gene ontology annotations showed a good concordance with these pathways. The quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(PCR) analysis of selected genes showed similar patterns in microarrays. The toxicogenomic study provides a better understanding of molecular mechanisms of aflatoxins.  相似文献

It is important and difficult to control the temperature of mass concrete structure during high arch dam construction.A new method with decision support system is presented for temperature control and crack prevention.It is a database system with functions of data storage,information inquiry,data analysis,early warning and resource sharing.Monitoring information during construction can be digitized via this system,and the intelligent analysis and dynamic control of concrete temperature can be conducted.This method has been applied in the construction of the Dagangshan Arch Dam in China and has proven to be very convenient.Based on the decision support of this system and the dynamic adjustment of construction measures,the concrete temperature of this project is well-controlled.  相似文献   

Vapor-liquid equilibrium simulation of binary and ternary mixtures of CH4, C2H4 and iso-C4H10

The vapor-liquid equilibrium（VLE） properties for the binary and ternary mixtures of CH4,C2H4 and isoC4H10 are of great importance in the recovery of ethylene from mixture containing CH4 and C2H4 with iso-C4H10 as solvent.Hence,Gibbs ensemble Monte Carlo（GEMC） simulations were used to estimate vapor-liquid equilibrium for the binary and ternary mixtures of CH4,C2H4 and iso-C4H10 with the united atom potential NERD model.The selected simulation conditions are based on the experiment in the literature.The results of this work were shown to be in satisfactory agreement with available experimental data and predictions of Peng-Robinson equation of state.The structure of simulated liquid phase is also characterized by radial distribution function（RDF）,which contributes to further understanding of the VLE curve of these systems.RDF is not sensitive to the pressure and temperature range.With the increase of pressure or the decrease of temperature,the molecules tend to gather together.  相似文献   

Direction-Based Adaptive Switching Filter for Removing High-Density Impulse Noise

A direction-based adaptive switching(DBAS) filter is presented for the removal of high-density impulse noise in images. The extrema detection and 28-directional detection are employed to discriminate the pixels as noisy or noise-free. If a pixel is classified as noisy, it will be replaced by a median or a mean value within an adaptive filter window with respect to different noise densities. Simulation results show that the miss-detection ratio and false-alarm ratio are both very low even at noise level as high as 90%. At the same time, better results are obtained in terms of the qualitative and quantitative measures. The peak signal-to-noise ratios increase by nearly 1 dB compared with other existing algorithms. In addition, the computation time is around 10 s for test images with resolutions of 512×512since the proposed approach has low complexity.  相似文献   

Design and Realization of InP/AlGaInAs Multiple Quantum Well Ring Laser

Using beam propagation method(BPM), key optical design parameters of InP/AlGaInAs multiple quantum well(MQW) ring laser were numerically analyzed. The influences of waveguide dimensions, curvature radius and gap size on the coupling efficiency were discussed. An InP/AlGaInAs MQW ring laser with radius of 350 μm was designed and realized. The experimental results show that the designed device, lasing at 1 563.2 nm with side mode suppression ratio higher than 20 dB, exhibited unidirectional bistability between the clockwise and counterclockwise modes.  相似文献   

Life extending control of helicopter based on dynamic inversion

The purpose of using life extending control for Black Hawk UH-60 helicopter is to make a trade-off between the handling qualities and the service life of critical components. An increase in service life span results in enhanced safety and the reduction in maintenance costs. This paper presents a design methodology of life extending control for structural durability and high performance of mechanical system, which is based on an explicit dynamic inversion control scheme. A real-time nonlinear fatigue crack growth model is built to predict fatigue damage resulting from the impact of cyclic bending stress on rotor shaft, which serves as an indicator of service life. The 4-axis gain- scheduled flight controller, whose gains are adjusted as a function of damage and flight velocity, is designed to regu- late roll attitude, pitch attitude, vertical velocity and yaw rate. The nonlinear system simulation results show that the responses can meet the requirements on ADS-33 Level 1 handling qualities and that the 4-axis decoupling control is realized. As the damage increases, the tracking performance is slightly degraded, which results in smaller transients in bending moment response.  相似文献

近年来,随着社会的发展,现代汉语的词汇出现了前所未有的繁荣。随着互联网络语、校园语和时尚语的流行,现代汉语的词汇宝库中出现了许多亮眼的新词。也就是在这种文化背景下,"被就业"、"被时代"等"被式"家族应运而生。从"被"字的演变,我们不仅看到典型的时代背景下当代人的生活状态和心理状态,更能看出新词所体现的社会性和时代性。文章从"被××"结构说开去,从"被"字的演变,"被就业"、"被时代"等"被××"结构的产生,它们所反映的人们的生活状态,以及由此得出的感想四个方面作出阐释,从而得出"被××"结构的社会性所反映的当代人的心理状态的结论。  相似文献
