The global significance of biodiversity science in China: an overview

Biodiversity science in China has seen rapid growth over recent decades, ranging from baseline biodiversity studies to understanding the processes behind evolution across dynamic regions such as the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. We review research, including species catalogues; biodiversity monitoring; the origins, distributions, maintenance and threats to biodiversity; biodiversity-related ecosystem function and services; and species and ecosystems’ responses to global change. Next, we identify priority topics and offer suggestions and priorities for future biodiversity research in China. These priorities include (i) the ecology and biogeography of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau and surrounding mountains, and that of subtropical and tropical forests across China; (ii) marine and inland aquatic biodiversity; and (iii) effective conservation and management to identify and maintain synergies between biodiversity and socio-economic development to fulfil China''s vision for becoming an ecological civilization. In addition, we propose three future strategies: (i) translate advanced biodiversity science into practice for biodiversity conservation; (ii) strengthen capacity building and application of advanced technologies, including high-throughput sequencing, genomics and remote sensing; and (iii) strengthen and expand international collaborations. Based on the recent rapid progress of biodiversity research, China is well positioned to become a global leader in biodiversity research in the near future.  相似文献

Stabilization of switched linear singular systems with state reset

This paper investigates the stability and stabilization of switched linear singular systems with state reset at switching instants. Based on the dynamics decomposition of singular subsystems, a sufficient stability condition for the system with the given state reset is obtained. Then, the stabilization problem by state reset is investigated and an algorithm for computing the reset matrices is presented. The obtained results extend some previous works on both singular switched systems and reset control for normal switched systems. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to existence and uniqueness of minimal mild super solutions to the obstacle problem governed by integro-partial differential equations. We first study the well-posedness and local Lipschitz regularity of L^p solutions (p?≥?2) to reflected forward-backward stochastic differential equations (FBSDEs) with jump and lower barrier. Then we show that the solutions to reflected FBSDEs provide a probabilistic representation for the mild super solution via a nonlinear Feynman–Kac formula. 随着国家对科研的不断投入,科研管理工作的工作模式和工作重心已经发生了明显的改变,新形势下对科研管理工作也提出了越来越高的要求。科研管理人员作为科研活动的组织者和服务者,其素质和工作能力直接影响到本单位的科研管理水平,只有具备高素质的科研管理队伍,才能保障科研活动的良性运转。本文在分析科研管理特点的基础上,提出了科研管理人员应具备的六种基本素质要求,即积极的工作态度和细致的工作作风、高水平的政策理解力、广博的知识面和自主学习意识、较强的组织协调能力、网络信息化管理能力和服务意识。同时,单位需要通过合理的用人机制、考评机制和奖励机制为科研管理队伍的发展建设创造条件。  相似文献

【目的/意义】随着微信的广泛应用,移动社交网络结构正逐渐由弱关系连接向强关系连接转变。研究强 关系结构下的移动社交网络信息传播机理有助于建立有效的管理机制。【方法/过程】通过引入强关系结构的特征 变量,构建SEIRC模型,并采用Matlab软件对模型进行模拟仿真。【结果/结论】结果表明,在基于强关系的移动社交 网络中,用户关系强度、传播转化率以及潜伏转化率与信息传播速率成正比;免疫系数与传播速率成反比;易传播 者评论系数、免疫者评论系数的增加能够降低免疫节点数量,提高信息传播效率。  相似文献
