The purpose of the study was to compare core muscle activation of the tradition prone plank with a modified version performed with a long-lever and posterior-tilt using surface electromyography. To further determine if a specific component of this modified plank was more effective than the other in enhancing muscle activity, the plank with a long lever and the plank with a posterior pelvic tilt were studied individually. Nineteen participants performed all four variations of the plank for 30 seconds in a randomized order with 5-minute rest between exercise bouts. Compared to the traditional prone plank, the long-lever posterior-tilt plank displayed a significantly increased activation of the upper rectus abdominis (p < 0.001), lower abdominal stabilizers (p < 0.001), and external oblique (p < 0.001). The long-lever plank showed significantly greater activity compared to the traditional plank in the upper rectus abdominis (p = 0.015) and lower abdominal stabilizers (p < 0.001), while the posterior tilt plank elicited greater activity in the external oblique (p = 0.028). In conclusion, the long-lever posterior-tilt plank significantly increases muscle activation compared to the traditional prone plank. The long-lever component tends to contribute more to these differences than the posterior-tilt component.  相似文献

目的:观察耐力运动与高脂饮食干预对肥胖大鼠骨骼肌线粒体融合与分裂蛋白表达的影响。方法:48只Wistar大鼠分N组(16只)与H组(32只)普食/高脂饲喂造模8周,随后分为NNC组、NNE组、HHC组、HHE组、HNC组与HNE组,NNC组、NNE组、HNC组与HNE组使用普食饲喂9周,HHC组与HHE组继续使用高脂饲喂9周,NNE组、HHE组与HNE组进行9周耐力运动干预。结果:高脂饲喂后大鼠骨骼肌线粒体融合蛋白MFN1、MFN2表达减少,分裂蛋白FIS1表达增加,耐力运动干预增加了高脂饲喂后大鼠骨骼肌线粒体MFN1、MFN2的表达,降低了DRP1、FIS1的表达。结论:高脂饲喂显著降低了骨骼肌线粒体融合蛋白的表达,增加了分裂蛋白的表达,耐力运动干预显著增加了骨骼肌线粒体融合蛋白的表达,显著降低了HFD干预后骨骼肌线粒体分裂蛋白的表达。  相似文献

以Web of Science数据库1994年以来“体育”“锻炼”“运动”“机器学习”“深度学习”“计算机视觉”等关键词为主题的926篇文献为数据来源,利用“Cite Space V”软件进行可视化处理和分析,以知识图谱的方式梳理近25年的体育人工智能研究,探讨体育人工智能研究的进展和发展方向。认为:1)体育人工智能研究地区分布较广,美国处于世界领先水平,中国的研究质量有待提高。2)体育人工智能研究的高产作者与团队集中在美国高校,以开发与完善针对不同人群的,基于机器学习与深度学习技术的智能穿戴设备为主要研究方向。3)体育人工智能研究涉及到多个学科,主要运用和借鉴工程学、计算机科学和体育科学的研究方法和理论。4)体育人工智能研究的热点分为三大聚类群,具体是体质健康促进、运动损伤防控和运动能力提升。研究载体主要以基于IMU的智能穿戴设备和基于GPU的计算机视觉分析为主。研究算法从机器学习算法逐渐转向深度学习算法。  相似文献

PurposeThis study aimed to examine the effects of plyometric jump training (PJT) on lower-limb stiffness.MethodsSystematic searches were conducted in PubMed, Web of Science, and Scopus. Study participants included healthy males and females who undertook a PJT programme isolated from any other training type.ResultsThere was a small effect size (ES) of PJT on lower-limb stiffness (ES = 0.33, 95% confidence interval (95%CI): 0.07–0.60, z = 2.47, p = 0.01). Untrained individuals exhibited a larger ES (ES = 0.46, 95%CI: 0.08–0.84, p = 0.02) than trained individuals (ES = 0.15, 95%CI: ‒0.23 to 0.53, p = 0.45). Interventions lasting a greater number of weeks (>7 weeks) had a larger ES (ES = 0.47, 95%CI: 0.06–0.88, p = 0.03) than those lasting fewer weeks (ES = 0.22, 95%CI: ‒0.12 to 0.55, p = 0.20). Programmes with ≤2 sessions per week exhibited a larger ES (ES = 0.39, 95%CI: 0.01–0.77, p = 0.04) than programmes that incorporated >2 sessions per week (ES = 0.20, 95%CI: –0.10 to 0.50, p = 0.18). Programmes with <250 jumps per week (ES = 0.50, 95%CI: 0.02–0.97, p = 0.04) showed a larger effect than programmes with 250–500 jumps per week (ES = 0.36, 95%CI: 0.00–0.72, p = 0.05). Programmes with >500 jumps per week had negative effects (ES = –0.22, 95%CI: –1.10 to 0.67, p = 0.63). Programmes with >7.5 jumps per set showed larger effect sizes (ES = 0.55, 95%CI: 0.02–1.08, p = 0.04) than those with <7.5 jumps per set (ES = 0.32, 95%CI: 0.01–0.62, p = 0.04).ConclusionPJT enhances lower-body stiffness, which can be optimised with lower volumes (<250 jumps per week) over a relatively long period of time (>7 weeks).  相似文献

Recent inquiry about the role that experience plays in learning to teach is prevalent in a number of expert-novice studies. This study explored variations in preservice teachers' thinking about classroom events. Comparisons of interview data from 36 preservice teachers revealed differences in the way they recalled, interpreted, and made judgements about classroom events. Results suggest differences and similarities in the way teachers at different stages of a preservice program view the class environment. Results challenge the unitary view of preservice teachers and the way many teachers are currently prepared for the profession.  相似文献

Physical training is beneficial and should be included in the comprehensive management of all patients with COPD independently of disease severity. Different rehabilitative strategies and training modalities have been proposed to optimize exercise tolerance. Interval exercise training has been used as an effective alternative modality to continuous exercise in patients with moderate and severe COPD.Although in healthy elderly individuals and patients with chronic heart failure there is evidence that this training modality is superior to continuous exercise in terms of physiological training effects, in patients with COPD, there is not such evidence. Nevertheless, in patients with COPD application of interval training has been shown to be equally effective to continuous exercise as it induces equivalent physiological training effects but with less symptoms of dyspnea and leg discomfort during training.The main purpose of this review is to summarize previous studies of the effectiveness of interval training in COPD and also to provide arguments in support of the application of interval training to overcome the respiratory and peripheral muscle limiting factors of exercise capacity. To this end we make recommendations on how best to implement interval training in the COPD population in the rehabilitation setting so as to maximize training effects.Key Words: interval exercise training, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, exercise tolerance, pulmonary rehabilitation  相似文献

This study examined how a teacher structured the learning environment to foster critical thinking with a group of at-risk students in a nontraditional classroom setting. Forty-three boys attending an outdoor summer camp and their instructor were observed and videotaped during participation in critical thinking activities. Of these, four boys and their instructor participated in stimulated-recall interviews. Student scores increased significantly on a critical thinking test and the teacher used certain behaviors significantly more than others in structuring the learning environment. Content analysis of the interviews yielded three broad constructs or quintessential eroles that appeared to represent student and teacher retrospective constructions of the learning environment.  相似文献
