实施全民健身计划的新思路──论发展中的城市类社区体育

“类城市（镇）社区体育”是已经具有一定城市（镇）特征，并趋向于城市（镇）化的乡村社区体育。它与城市社区体育和城镇社区体育共同构成发展中的城市类社区体育体系。这一体系以其广阔的社区辐射面和齐全的社区整体功能服务于全民健身系统工程，能够在空间和时间两个维度对全民健身的顺利实施予以保障。在城市类社区体育的理论、法制和设施等方面，加大投入将有利于城市类社区体育发挥最大潜能于全民健身之中。  相似文献

Delay between online and offline issue of journals: A critical analysis

Journals, which were earlier published in print-only version, are now published in both the online and print versions. It has been established that online versions, free or not, have greater impact over the print version. But there is a difference between the dates of publication of the online and print version of the same journal. This is called the delay measured in terms of days. The purpose of this study is to find the average time delay. For this, data for more than 200 journals of various subjects from different publishers have been manually acquired for publications during the first 6 months of year 2005. Further subject-wise investigation was made during the last month of the year 2005. The average delay is found to be nearly 3 months, but it varies for different publishers. Also, the issue of large deviation from the average delay – as noted in some journals – will be discussed here.  相似文献

The personal pronoun is the indispensable and essential component in all languages.In modern standard Chinese,the second personal pronouns encompass two variations:the generic term "Ni" and the honorific term "Nin".No matter the speaker choose "Ni" or "Nin",it indicates the relationship between two interlocutors.This paper,based on the theories of sociolinguistics,mainly explores the pragmatic meanings of the second personal pronouns "Ni" and "Nin".The research obtain these conclusions:even if this pair of personal pronoun received the contextual constraints in the concrete utilization,but they can also derive a lot of pragmatic variations and deixis variations,the interlocutors will select distinct second personal pronouns to achieve the particular communicative goals.  相似文献

研究采用文献综述法分析了国内外关于高风险运动项目运动员感觉寻求与冒险行为之间的关系及其影响因素，从运动员个人和运动项目两个方面，分析不同因素对运动员感觉寻求和冒险行为的影响效应及作用过程。结果表明：（1） 感觉寻求是高风险运动项目运动员做出冒险行为的重要影响因素之一；（2）不同高风险运动项目之间，运动员的感觉寻求和冒险行为存在差异，未表现出同质性；（3）高风险运动项目运动员的感觉寻求与冒险行为受到运动员个人（运动动机、风险感知调控能力、情绪、人格、经验与水平、性别与年龄）和外部环境（运动项目、运动安全装备）两方面因素的共同作用。  相似文献

主要运用文献研究、逻辑分析、比较研究等方法，对美国、英国、加拿大、澳大利亚和日本等5个发达国家青少年体质健康促进政策的概况及共性经验进行分析与归纳，研究认为，注重学校、家庭、社区的协调发展，发挥青少年体育组织的积极作用，推动青少年行动计划的实践实施，建立激励政策引导青少年体育锻炼是国外青少年体质健康促进政策的主要经验。据此提出对我国青少年体质健康促进政策发展的主要启示：政府在青少年体质健康促进中的准确定位、发挥社会组织在政策运行中的基础性作用、出台促进青少年体质健康发展的法律法规、建立青少年体质健康多维联动的发展机制。  相似文献
