“实境耦合”人才培养模式是学院在创建国家示范性高等职业院校艰难探索实践中确立的。在此模式下,软件与服务外包学院运用“实境耦合”人才培养模式理论指导其改革实践,从课程设置到训教方法改革等与企业紧密耦合,把学生放在真实的职业环境中,校企合作共同完成了对学生知识、技能、态度的培养,取得了一定成效。  相似文献

The relationship between exposure to family violence in childhood and post-traumatic stress symptoms in young adulthood: The mediating role of social support

BackgroundExtensive research has examined the relationship between exposure to family violence and its long-term mental health effects. Social support has been found to moderate this relationship, but there is a dearth of research on its mediating role.ObjectivesThe article presents the results of a study on the relationship between witnessing interparental violence and experiencing parental violence during childhood and adolescence on the one hand, and post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) during young adulthood on the other. In addition, the article presents results on the role of social support as a mediator in this relationship.Method, participants, and settingA cross-sectional survey was conducted among 516 Israeli university and college students (90.7% female, and 9.3% male; M age = 24.9, SD = 2.7) using a retrospective, self-administered questionnaire.ResultsThe results revealed that exposure to each pattern of family violence (i.e., witnessing interparental violence and experiencing parental violence) predicted higher levels of PTSS. Furthermore, social support was found to partially mediate the relationship between exposure to family violence during childhood and adolescence and current PTSS as well as its four symptoms, i.e., depression, sleep disturbance, dissociation, and anxiety.ConclusionsThe results of the current study highlight the important role of social support in the association between adversities experienced early in life and young adulthood outcomes. The findings are interpreted on the basis of Conservation of Resources Theory (Hobfoll et al., 1990), which served as the conceptual framework for the study. The limitations of the study and implications for future research are discussed.  相似文献

20世纪以来化学污染物导致的人类健康危害日益突出,数以万计的高生产量化学品伴随着生产和使用进入环境介质,给环境科学相关领域研究提出了若干新的科学问题。文章介绍了发现新型有机污染物研究方向设立的背景和科学意义,讨论了判别新型有机污染物分子结构、环境行为特征的基本原则,阐述了定量结构—性质关系模型预测、疑似目标/非目标分析、效应导向分析方法框架的技术思路和优势。对于新型有机污染物识别、行为和效应的深入探索,将为引领学科方向发展、完善化学品风险评估标准、揭示环境污染物的毒性和健康危害机制发挥重要的支撑作用。  相似文献   

乡村生态转型中知识和社区的作用——以江苏句容市陈庄为例

乡村生态转型旨在保护乡村资源环境的同时,实现自然资源及生态服务的经济价值,以达到自然生态与经济社会共赢,是乡村功能认识回归和生态文明建设背景下乡村农业生产和生态维育功能重新得到重视等外在因素,以及乡村生态资源丰富和村民发展诉求强烈等内在驱动共同作用的结果,为地处生态敏感区的传统农业村落实现振兴和可持续发展提供了可行途径。基于生态现代化理论与生态经济发展特质,本文从要素投入和参与主体两方面探讨了乡村生态转型的可能路径,提出乡村生态转型需要从依靠资本转向依靠知识投入,结合政府、社区等主体在乡村知识投入与应用中的行为及作用特点,提出乡村生态转型的知识投入更适合采取社区参与的方式。最后,结合江苏省句容市茅山风景区陈庄村的生态转型实践,对乡村生态转型的知识投入和社区参与策略及其效应进行分析。研究有助于深化对乡村生态转型必要性及其路径的理论认识,并为乡村发展的生态化实践提供一定经验借鉴和路径参考。  相似文献   

出口退税调整对中国稀土企业进入退出行为的影响

本文以稀土产业为例,研究了出口退税调整如何影响稀土企业的进入退出行为,考察出口退税政策变动是否达到政府设定的产业政策目标,即优化稀土行业的资源配置。结果表明：①出口退税的下调,从整体上抑制了稀土企业进入,迫使低效率、低附加值的稀土企业退出市场,有利于稀土行业的资源配置效率提高;②出口退税抑制企业进入效应和迫使企业退出效应更多体现在出口企业、非加工贸易企业和私营企业中;③相对于稀土深加工产品,稀土初级产品受到出口退税的作用更大,其进入退出行为也更为明显。本文的主要政策蕴含在于：出口退税政策对不同企业的影响具有很大异质性,出口退税政策仍有较大的改革和调整空间,应该继续深化出口退税政策改革,改善稀土行业的资源配置效率,进而改善稀土产品的出口结构。  相似文献   

The impact of peer achievement and peer heterogeneity on own achievement growth: Evidence from school transitions

This paper estimates ability peer effects on achievement growth in reading and math. It exploits variation in peer characteristics generated at the transition from primary to secondary school in a sample of Berlin fifth-graders. As will be discussed in detail, this variation is exogenous in large parts. Results are similar for both achievement measures: pupils benefit from abler peers, but high-achievers do so to a smaller extent. The variance in peer skills has no impact on achievement growth – the corresponding estimates are negative, but insignificant.  相似文献   

Superior short-term learning effect of visual and sensory organisation ability when sensory information is unreliable in adolescent rhythmic gymnasts

Rhythmic gymnasts specialise in dynamic balance under sensory conditions of numerous somatosensory, visual, and vestibular stimulations. This study investigated whether adolescent rhythmic gymnasts are superior to peers in Sensory Organisation test (SOT) performance, which quantifies the ability to maintain standing balance in six sensory conditions, and explored whether they plateaued faster during familiarisation with the SOT. Three and six sessions of SOTs were administered to 15 female rhythmic gymnasts (15.0 ± 1.8 years) and matched peers (15.1 ± 2.1 years), respectively. The gymnasts were superior to their peers in terms of fitness measures, and their performance was better in the SOT equilibrium score when visual information was unreliable. The SOT learning effects were shown in more challenging sensory conditions between Sessions 1 and 2 and were equivalent in both groups; however, over time, the gymnasts gained marginally significant better visual ability and relied less on visual sense when unreliable. In conclusion, adolescent rhythmic gymnasts have generally the same sensory organisation ability and learning rates as their peers. However, when visual information is unreliable, they have superior sensory organisation ability and learn faster to rely less on visual sense.  相似文献
