休闲是科学诞生的基本条件之一。作为时间形态存在着的休闲(闲暇时间)是物理学创造活动得以进行的基本保证,而作为实践形态而存在的休闲则极大地推动了物理学的突飞猛进,并通过技术的中介,给人类社会带来了高度的物质文明和精神文明,反过来在延长了休闲时间的同时,又丰富了休闲的内容与方式。在当今知识爆炸时代与信息化时代,无论是对任何一门学科的教学而言,学校主管部门特别是具体授课者,都应该力求做到得心应手地给学生"留下空间"。因为只要有了空间,学生就不仅能够在积极向上、形式各异、多姿多彩的校园文化这个心灵的驿站中,获得精神的慰藉,从而陶冶了情操、恢复了体能、增强了交际能力;而且还能够充分利用课余的闲暇时间,在开放性、交互性、共享性、协作性和自主性的信息化环境中,积极主动地去猎取适合发展自己个性特长的有关知识,进而使他们的知识结构,能够跟得上新知识、新学科与日俱增的时代步伐。  相似文献

Research suggests that spatial ability may predict success in complex disciplines including anatomy, where mastery requires a firm understanding of the intricate relationships occurring along the course of veins, arteries, and nerves, as they traverse through and around bones, muscles, and organs. Debate exists on the malleability of spatial ability, and some suggest that spatial ability can be enhanced through training. It is hypothesized that spatial ability can be trained in low-performing individuals through visual guidance. To address this, training was completed through a visual guidance protocol. This protocol was based on eye-movement patterns of high-performing individuals, collected via eye-tracking as they completed an Electronic Mental Rotations Test (EMRT). The effects of guidance were evaluated using 33 individuals with low mental rotation ability, in a counterbalanced crossover design. Individuals were placed in one of two treatment groups (late or early guidance) and completed both a guided, and an unguided EMRT. A third group (no guidance/control) completed two unguided EMRTs. All groups demonstrated an increase in EMRT scores on their second test (P < 0.001); however, an interaction was observed between treatment and test iteration (P = 0.024). The effect of guidance on scores was contingent on when the guidance was applied. When guidance was applied early, scores were significantly greater than expected (P = 0.028). These findings suggest that by guiding individuals with low mental rotation ability “where” to look early in training, better search approaches may be adopted, yielding improvements in spatial reasoning scores. It is proposed that visual guidance may be applied in spatial fields, such as STEMM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine), surgery, and anatomy to improve student's interpretation of visual content. ABSTRACT

The objective of this study was to analyse the effect of the use of social networks in smartphones or playing video games on the passing decision-making performance in professional soccer athletes. Participants were 25 male professional soccer athletes (mean ± SD: age 23.4 ± 2.8 years). The participants performed three randomised conditions divided into three groups: control (CON), smartphone (SMA), and video game (VID). Before and after each experimental condition, the Stroop Task assessed the level of induced mental fatigue. Then, the athletes performed a simulated soccer match. A CANON® camera recorded the matches for further analysis on passing decision-making performance. A group effect was identified (< .01) with impairment on passing decision-making performance for the SMA (p = .01, ES = 0.5) and VID (p = .01, ES = 0.5) conditions. We concluded that the use of social networks on smartphones and/or playing video games right before official soccer matches might impair the passing decision-making performance in professional soccer athletes.  相似文献

This article takes as its focus Lefebvre's trialectic of conceived, perceived and lived spaces as a lens through which to scrutinise the 2013 English Literature Curriculum, and to explore the extent to which creative spaces might exist within that curriculum. The article analyses how the curriculum is envisaged by policymakers and how it might be expected to be translated into practice, utilising the wording of the policy document to facilitate an exploration of what its underlying intentions might be. The author's experience of teaching a poem from the new curriculum is used in order to provide illustrative examples of the ways in which teachers’ and learners’ experiences of the curriculum might, in practice, diverge from the direction envisaged by policymakers as teachers negotiate creative spaces within their classrooms.  相似文献

摘要:目的:探讨不同的运动方式干预对更年期女性体内激素水平、自由基代谢和心理健康的影响效应,旨在为改善和提高更年期女性的生活质量提供参考。方法:随机选取符合纳入标准的更年期女性受试者,依据不同运动方式分为4组,即对照组(CG)24人、有氧运动组(AG)27人、抗阻运动组(RG)27人、健身气功组(QG)27人,实施24周的运动干预,在实验前、中、后分别对相关激素和自由基代谢酶水平进行测量和统计分析,并进行更年期症状与心理状态评估。结果:24周后,AG和RG的血清E2、SOD和CAT值增加幅度,FSH、MDA、XOD值以及Kupperman、SAS和SDS评分降低幅度均明显高于QG和CG。结论:24周中等强度的有氧运动和抗阻运动与低强度的健身气功相比,更有助于改善更年期女性体内的雌激素和自由基代谢水平,缓解心理焦虑、抑郁等更年期不适症状。  相似文献

摘要:目的:考察社会支持对运动员投入的影响以及心理坚韧性和应对方式在其中的序列中介作用。方法:采用运动领域领悟支持问卷、运动心理坚韧性问卷、竞技运动领域应对问卷、运动员投入问卷对483名现役运动员进行调查。结果:1)社会支持对运动员投入有显著的正向预测作用;2)心理坚韧性与应对方式在社会支持与运动员投入之间起中介作用。结论:社会支持不仅能直接促进运动员投入,还可以通过心理坚韧性与应对方式的中介对其产生间接促进作用,具体包括4条中介路径:通过心理坚韧性的中介路径;通过任务导向应对的中介路径;通过心理坚韧性与任务导向应对的序列中介路径;通过心理坚韧性与脱离导向应对的序列中介路径。本研究构建的中介效应模型在一定程度上揭示了社会支持影响运动员投入的内在机制。研究提示,通过提供社会支持,将能增强运动员的心理坚韧性,促使其更多地采用任务导向应对,更少地采用脱离导向应对,进而促进运动员投入。  相似文献

ABSTRACT

This paper proposes a conceptual tool, the expression ‘playing with space’, for the analysis of active sport tourism as a meaningful social practice. The expression issues from practice theories and pragmatic understandings of space, which emphasize the processual and contextual dimensions of human action and seek to seize altogether the corporealities and shared conceptions that constitute action. On such views, sport tourists are considered as reflexive and embodied beings, enjoying sensations, mobilities and places, and constantly (re)making sense of their own practices. I argue that the notion of ‘play’ allows for a comprehensive understanding of the ways active sport tourists engage with space, where space is viewed as an object or material for this play. Three major dimensions of active sport tourism are then identified: a set of playful and game-like practices with global space resulting in shared imaginaries and large-scale mobilities; a kinaesthetic play, based on freedom and sensations and deeply engaged in the materiality of the places and the omnipresent media practices that support the other dimensions of play while being fully integrated into the experience of sport tourism. This conceptual framework is a way to better understand the motives and practices of sport tourists; it is also a way to underline wider trends of contemporary leisure cultures: such cultures are increasingly integrated into the daily spheres of activity, increasingly playful and increasingly mediatized.  相似文献
