“创新生态”视角下中小企业问题探析——日本的启示

21世纪初,"创新生态"概念的提出标志着创新研究范式的一次转变和深化,中小企业问题成为"创新生态"分析框架的核心。本文在简要论述"创新生态"概念的形成与发展的基础上,以日本中小企业为例,重点从风险资本、产业结构和政府政策定位分析了日本创新生态系统存在的结构性和制度性缺陷,试图对20世纪末日本从"成功追赶"陷入"失落十年"提供一个分析视角和解释路径,以期对向创新驱动转型的新时期下,我国构建以企业为主体的国家创新体系有所启发和借鉴。  相似文献   

高校体育师资队伍建设中的“心本管理”作用研究

运用调查法、访谈法对高校体育教师的工作状态进行了研究,认为社会长期的偏见和误解加之管理者的疏忽,致使高校体育教师的工作满意感普遍不高,职业倦怠和离职意向不断加深.本文认为,以关注教师的“心灵”为出发点,关心他们的工作和生活、减轻工作压力和工作负荷、以心换心的“心本管理”理念可以充分挖掘教师的心理潜能,激发教师的工作热情和工作积极性,提高工作效率和工作满意度;本文对高校体育师资队伍建设中的“心本管理”提出了建议,希望通过“心本管理”加强高校体育师资队伍建设,从而保障高校体育事业的可持续发展,最终为我国由体育大国向体育强国转变提供服务.  相似文献   

Data management in cognitive financial systems

This publication discusses ways of using cognitive analyses for semantically interpreting economic figures. A semantic analysis making use of mathematical linguistic algorithms in order to extract meaning from sets of analysed data is illustrated with an example of a class of cognitive systems designed to analyse economic figures, or more precisely, financial ratios. The cognitive analysis systems presented in this publication are discussed as exemplified by the class of Cognitive Financial Analysis Information Systems (CFAIS). This publication proposes algorithms executed by a broad class of automatic data interpretation and understanding systems designed for the in-depth semantic analysis and interpretation of the results obtained. This will be done by defining new system classes as applications supporting decision-making processes, useful in various areas of knowledge.  相似文献

Journal clubs are an effective means to increase skills in handling evidence and support the continuing professional development of library and knowledge services workers. This editorial examines the progression of HILJ Club, an online journal club, from an idea to the launch of a dedicated platform. One article is selected per issue of the Health Information and Libraries Journal with an open discussion invited following a brief summary and reflections by a host. Based on the current news via Thomson Reuters ＂700 new regional journals in the world have been added to Web of Science since 2007＂, we conducted an investigation to find out that 43 （6.1%） Chinese journals （including 6 journals from Hong Kong region） are included. The results also show that up to now a total of about 153 Chinese journals （114 from China Mainland, 11 from Hong Kong and 28 from Taiwan） have been included by SCI and SSCI ＆ AHCI.  相似文献
