建设国家文献信息资源保障体系具有重要意义。有国家的政策支持,有雄厚的信息资源基础和先进的技术支持,建设科学的国家信息资源保障体系是完全可行的。建设中要遵守用户至上、适合国情、共知共享和科学性、系统性等原则。体系的文献信息采购模式可采用补贴型与平台型结合的模式,其组织模式可采用高级理事会的模式。保障体系应注意处理好各类资源及其拥有与存取的关系问题。参考文献14。  相似文献

Crowdfunding – or creatively presenting a case for funding to like-minded individuals – is becoming an effective development strategy for academic libraries. The crowdfunding projects described offer multiple approaches to consider, from an adventure-themed video to embracing polka music to entice donors to give. Social media, used in conjunction with the web and well-established email communication formed the basis of successful project promotion. Developing a robust communication plan ahead of campaign launch is critical for success. Thanking donors for their transformational gifts and follow up communication describing the impact of their participation six months later raises friends for the library potentially for many years to come. With proper planning, an active and enthusiastic committee and effective donor stewardship, crowdfunding campaigns will help libraries raise funds to support strategic initiatives.  相似文献

This article explores how the library-student liaison program at Eastern Washington University (EWU) Libraries has evolved into an opportunity for students to develop leadership skills. Originally designed to foster better communication between the EWU Libraries and students enrolled at the university, we recognized that the process of achieving established goals for the program provided a vehicle for students' leadership-skill development. To facilitate the leadership process, librarians employed the Social Change Model. 由于电大运作模式的弊端、教师管理的失范、实践理念的偏差和教师专业发展的滞后造成了基层电大教师身份的内部分化和外部泛化的＂身份危机＂。基层电大教师的教学工作和课程开发明显分离,网络教学新的特征和内涵进一步细化了电大教师的角色,教师岗位职能的细化使教师角色同一化,基层电大大量的管理工作进一步泛化了教师的角色,这些都不利于教师的专业发展。基层电大应通过纯化教师角色和控制教师工作量来提高外部认同度,通过建立教师专业发展标准和教学知识评价机制、重视教学理念的先进性、强调教学创新能力来提高内部认同度。  相似文献

新时期我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，这将对体育产业发展提出更高的要求。现阶段，河南省体育产业现状还不能满足人民日益增长的健身需要。因此，我们应理清现阶段体育产业发展的主要矛盾并积极探索体育产业创新发展的路径，为缓解新时期社会主要矛盾而贡献体育智慧。 采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、实地调查法、逻辑推理等研究方法，深入探析现阶段河南省体育产业发展现状与人民日益增长的健身需要还存在的矛盾，并在充分认识河南省体育产业发展优势、理清体育产业发展的矛盾基础上，提出中原特色体育产业创新发展路径：积极推进中原特色“体育+旅游”融合发展模式，满足人民群众体育旅游需求；大力发展中原特色户外健身休闲产业，满足人民群众的休闲健身需求；以中原特色体育竞赛活动带动体育产业发展，满足群众观赏赛事需求；积极建设中原特色传统体育文化传承核心区，带动传统体育文化产业发展，满足人民群众的体育文化精神需求；合理开发公共体育服务场地资源，满足人民群众健身场地需求；积极培育社会性组织管理体系，缓解政府体育组织管理体系管理职能压力。  相似文献

A multi-criteria approach for the group assessment of an academic course: A case study

The present paper aims at proposing a structured methodology to evaluate the results of an academic training course addressed to postgraduate students. The evaluation process intends to identify the efficacy of an education course by means of a comparison between the general objectives and the results expected by the students. Since the evaluated aspects by the students, detected by means of questionnaires, are both quantitative and qualitative, the proposed methodology is based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In order to facilitate the evaluation process, answers have been modelled by means of linguistic variables. In particular, different evaluation scales have been used and each one is characterized by different levels associated to different fuzzy numbers.  相似文献
