从三个层面初步梳理叶剑英与体育的关系：叶剑英著作中有不少关于体育的重要论述，而且提出了与毛泽东的“德智体”理论有着异曲同工之妙的“红专健”观点；他经常关怀地方体育事业和部队体育事业，给军队体育事业以有力的支持，也推动了全国体育事业的健康发展；他对家乡体育事业十分关心，尤其对家乡足球运动的发展倾注了特殊而珍贵的感情。在中国老一辈革命家中，叶帅对中国体育发展的突出贡献是值得我们怀念的，而他有关体育的独特思考更闪耀着理性的光芒。  相似文献

Accountability in an Information Age: Opportunities and Risks for Records Management

Electronic records of government organizations are becoming increasingly important for accountability. Managing electronic records, however, proves to be difficult since information and communication technologies confront organizations with various opportunities and risks. In this paper the findings of an international expert survey on electronic records management are presented. These findings identify opportunities and risks for e-mail systems, database management systems, office systems, web technology systems and smart systems. Expert Judgment Versus Public Opinion – Evidence from the Eurovision Song Contest

For centuries, there have been discussions as to whether only experts can judge the quality of cultural output, or whether the taste of the public also has merit. This paper tries to answer that question empirically, using national finals of the Eurovision Song Contest. We show that experts are better judges of quality in the sense that the outcome of finals judged by experts is less sensitive to factors unrelated to quality than the outcome of finals judged by public opinion. Yet, experts are not perfect; their judgment does still depend on such factors. This is also the case in the European finals of the contest.  相似文献

专家系统是人工智能中最重要的也是最活跃的一个应用领域,它实现了人工智能从理论研究走向实际应用,从一般推理策略探讨转向运用专门知识的重大突破。本文按照时间顺序,将专家系统划分为20世纪80年代以前、20世纪80年代、20世纪90年代、2000年后4个阶段。文章利用文献计量学的方法,分析了专家系统发展的历程、发展方向和趋势,指出当前正是专家系统的发展期,多种专家系统投入商业化运行,需要解决知识获取瓶颈、匹配冲突等问题,为了解和掌握专家系统的学科结构、演化过程、发展方向等提供了独特的视角和知识。  相似文献   

A machine learning approach for automatic detection and classification of changes of direction from player tracking data in professional tennis

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to develop an automated method for identifying and classifying change of direction (COD) movements in professional tennis using tracking data. Three sport science and strength and conditioning experts coded match-play footage of nineteen professional tennis players (9 male and 10 female) from the Australian Open Grand Slam for COD of medium and high intensity. A total of 1,494 changes were identified and aligned with 2D player position sampled at 25 Hz based on camera tracking data. Several machine learning classifiers were trained and tested on a set of 1,128 time-motion features. A random forest algorithm was found to have the best out-of-sample performance, classifying medium and high intensity changes with an F1-score of 0.729. This research offers a novel and applicable way for utilising player tracking data and machine learning techniques to automatically identify and classify COD movements in professional tennis.  相似文献
