我国从1999年开始实行国家助学贷款试点工作,助学贷款政策的实施,推进了教育公平目标的实现,在维护高校稳定乃至社会稳定,加快推进社会主义和谐社会建设过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。文章对日本、美国、韩国、印度四个国家的助学贷款制度进行了分析,认为其具有政府参与度高、外部运行环境良好、助学贷款定位准确、贷款偿还方式多元化等特点。提出完善我国国家助学贷款制度,应加大政府补贴力度、建立良好的运行环境、建立多元的学生还贷模式、积极开发国家助学贷款证券化二级市场、引入市场保险机制、保证助学贷款的公平性等。  相似文献

In this study, we compared sprint kinematics of sled towing and vest sprinting with the same relative loads. Twenty athletes performed 30-m sprints in three different conditions: (a) un-resisted, (b) sled towing, and (c) vest sprinting. During sled towing and vest sprinting, external loads of 15% and 20% of body mass were used. Sprint times were recorded over 10 and 30 m. Sagittal-plane high-speed video data were recorded at 5, 15, and 25 m from the start. Relative to the un-resisted condition, sprint time increased (7.5 to 19.8%) in both resisted conditions, resulting mainly from decreased step length ( ? 5.2 to ? 16.5%) with small decreases in step frequency ( ? 2.7 to ? 6.1%). Sled towing increased stance phase duration (14.7 to 26.0%), trunk angle (12.5 to 71.5%), and knee angle (10.3 to 22.7%), and decreased swing phase duration ( ? 4.8 to ? 15.2%) relative to the un-resisted condition. Vest sprinting increased stance phase duration (12.8 to 24.5%) and decreased swing phase duration ( ? 8.4 to ? 14.4%) and trunk angle ( ? 1.7 to ? 13.0%). There were significant differences between the two resisted conditions in trunk, thigh, and knee angles. We conclude that sled towing and vest sprinting have different effects on some kinematics and hence change the overload experienced by muscle groups.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between female distance running performance on a 10 km road race and body composition, maximal aerobic power ([Vdot]O2 max ), running economy (steady-state [Vdot]O2 at standardized speeds), and the fractional utilization of [Vdot]O2max at submaximal speeds (% [Vdot]O2max ). The subjects were 14 trained and competition–experienced female runners. The subjects averaged 43.7 min on the 10 km run, 53.0 ml · kg?1 · min?1 on [Vdot]O2max , and 33.9, 37.7, and 41.8 ml · kg?1 · min?1 for steady-state [Vdot]O2 at three standardized running paces (177, 196, and 215 m · min?1). The mean values for fractional utilization of aerobic capacity for these three submaximal speeds were 64.3, 71.4, and 79.3% [Vdot]O2max , respectively. Significant (p < 0.01) relationships with performance were found for [Vdot]O2max (r = ?0.66) and % [Vdot]O2max at a standardized speed (r = 0.65). No significant (p > 0.05) relationships were found between running performance and either running economy or relative body fat. As with male heterogeneous groups, trained female road racing performance is significantly related to [Vdot]O2max and % [Vdot]O2max , but not related to body composition or running economy. It was further concluded that on a 10 km road race, trained females operate at a % [Vdot]O2max similar to that of their trained male counterparts.  相似文献

The purpose of this investigation was twofold: (a) to compare most and least economical runners on use of attentional strategies and (b) to determine whether the least economical runners within the subject sample could improve running economy (RE) with the use of an active associative (relaxation) attentional strategy. Subjects (N = 36) completed an initial assessment of attentional style and RE; then the 12 least economical runners ran in each of three laboratory sessions using control, passive associative, and active associative attentional strategies. Results showed that the most economical and least economical runners did not differ in associative style use. The most economical runners, however, reported less dissociation use and more use of relaxation than did the least economical runners. No significant physiological or psychological changes were associated with any of the three attentional strategy conditions. The findings are related to possible differences in how most and least economical runners use associative strategies.  相似文献

This qualitative case study used tenets of critical race theory and a single focus group and individual interviews with 4 African American football athletes at a predominantly White institution of higher education (PWIHE) in an effort to bring the voices of this marginalized group into the dialogue on issues concerning institutional integrity in college sport. Institutional integrity involves an athletic program's actual commitment to the educational interests of college athletes as expressed through their structures, functions, and activities. Three themes emerged from the data: (a) there is a need for more African American role models in leadership positions within the athletic departments of these PWIHE; (b) there is a need for more financial support for athletes; and (c) African American athletes should be given a platform to voice concerns. These findings have implications for those educational stakeholders and researchers who are genuinely concerned with institutional integrity in college sport.  相似文献

We analyzed gait and function of the supporting limb in participants of a marathon race at three stages: prerace, midrace (18 km), and near the end of the race (36 km). We confirmed that the most successful runners were able to maintain running speed for the duration of the race with little change in speed or gait. Speed slowed progressively during the race for those with slower race times, but stride frequency–stride length relationships remained normal for the speed they ran. These findings differ from most lab-based studies of fatigue, in which runners are forced to match a constant preset treadmill speed. Small changes in maximum ground force were seen in both slow- and fast-running participants as race end approached.  相似文献

本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对我省8所高校的学生进行了4个月的冬季长跑活动实验,一组采用每天1500M跑(4个月累计180KM),一组按既定模式正常体育教学。实验结果发现两个不同形式体育练习的群体耐力有很大区别:实验组学生的耐力素质明显好于既定模式正常体育教学的学生,实验组学生耐力素质的增长遵循“胡克”定律(Hook’slaw,F=KX)。  相似文献
