Physiological responses (intensity and recovery kinetics) and well-being indices were examined during a 4-day FIFA international tournament. Ten outfield New Caledonian players (age: 25.5 ± 3.8 years; height: 170 ± 7 cm; weight: 70.7 ± 8.6 kg) were assessed during the four matches. Players’ aerobic and anaerobic capacities were measured before the tournament while heart rate (HR), intra-matches recovery and well-being indices (Hooper index) were measured throughout the tournament. HR (168 ± 8 bpm), exercise intensity (83.4 ± 2.3% of HR reserve) and recovery indices were similar throughout the tournament. Well-being indices were largely alike during the tournament while rating of perceived exertion increased throughout the tournament that was not associated with HR or well-being indices. High aerobic and anaerobic capacities were associated with high match intensities and slow recovery indices. In summary, match intensity assessed by HR, recovery kinetics and well-being of Oceanian futsal players were not modified during a 4-day FIFA futsal tournament. Assessment of aerobic and anaerobic capacities may be useful to select players for optimal performance during this type of international tournament.  相似文献

Attenuated performance during intense exercise with limited endogenous carbohydrate (CHO) is well documented. Therefore, this study examined whether caffeine (CAF) mouth rinsing would augment performance during repeated sprint cycling in participants with reduced endogenous CHO. Eight recreationally active males (aged 23?±?2?yr, body mass 84?±?4?kg, stature 178?±?7?cm) participated in this randomized, single-blind, repeated-measures crossover investigation. Following familiarization, participants attended two separate evening glycogen depletion sessions. The following morning, participants completed five, 6?s sprints on a cycle ergometer (separated by 24?s active recovery), with mouth rinsing either (1) a placebo solution or (2) a 2% CAF solution. During a fifth visit, participants completed the sprints without prior glycogen depletion. 对短跑项目的供能特点进行了讨论和分析,认为短跑项目强度大,持续时间短,供能不仅与无氧代谢能力有直接关系,也离不开有氧供能基础,对有氧一无氧能力的组合监测,有助于短跑训练安排更加符合生物学原理。在短跑运动员的营养结构中,除了基本的营养素外,增加促进蛋白质合成的营养保健品、肌酸、1,6-二磷酸果糖、碱性盐,以及中药单方和复方的应用有利于运动员快速消除疲劳、恢复体能。  相似文献

用文献资料法收集有关10秒屏障的文献作为参考,用数理分析法对黄种人纪录演进、可能突破10秒的区域100米跑水平演变及优秀黄种人100米跑运动员历年最佳成绩进行回归分析和预测。结论:黄种人将在2015年1月到5月突破10秒屏障,黄种人主要分布区域中,中国和日本突破10屏障的可能性较大,桐生祥秀、山县亮太、张培萌、江里口匡史和苏炳添均有可能突破10秒屏障,可能性逐渐降低,桐生祥秀将在2015年1月到5月突破10秒屏障。结论:不考虑其它因素,黄种人可以突破10秒屏障,将由日本运动员桐生祥秀在2015年月到5月首先打开10秒。  相似文献

This study investigated whether ischemic preconditioning (IPC) in a trained population affected repeated sprint performance. A secondary aim was to assess responses according to gender. Sixteen (nine females and seven males) well trained team sport athletes took part in a randomised crossover study design. Participants underwent an IPC and placebo treatment involving three periods of 5 min occlusion applied unilaterally (3 × 5 min occlusion to each leg) at either 220 mmHg or 50 mmHg. Each period of occlusion was followed by 5 min reperfusion. Following treatment 5 × 6 s maximal effort sprints were undertaken on a cycle ergometer against 7.5% body mass, each interspersed by 24 s recovery. Measured parameters included peak power, total power, percentage decrement, post-exercise blood lactate and ratings of perceived exertion. Nor within subject main effect for IPC was observed, neither was there an interaction effect with gender. Effect sizes were trivial (ES < 0.2) with the exception of a moderate (ES < 1.2) change in post-exercise blood lactate in the female cohort (1.6 ± 0.4 mmol?1 lower following IPC). Results suggest no benefit to team sport players in utilising IPC as a means of enhancing repeated sprint performance. A lower blood lactate response in female participants following IPC may suggest improved blood flow through vasodilation.  相似文献
