神经功能障碍是导致脑认知能力衰退和神经退行性疾病的重要原因,但其内在的诱导机制尚不清楚。随着学界对肠道微生物研究的深入,发现肠道微生物在许多机体疾病的发展中扮演重要角色,而神经功能障碍亦不例外。肠神经系统与中枢神经系统的信息通路使得肠道微生物与神经功能建立了肠-脑轴间的联络,肠道微生态的变化可通过肠-脑轴间的联络而影响神经功能。研究发现,规律的运动可通过影响肠道微生态进而改善神经功能,抑制神经系统疾病,但其内在调节机制亦不明确,这可能与运动介导肠道微生物多样性、肠道免疫、肠道内分泌、肠道代谢以及运动改善肠-脑间神经联系和神经发生等机制有关。 相似文献

探讨有氧运动干预对抑郁症大鼠HPA轴激活状态的影响及其上游调控机制。以WKY抑郁大鼠作为动物模型,进行8周有氧运动干预,以下丘脑CRH分泌情况反映HPA轴激活状态,通过海马Glu和GABA以及下丘脑中这两种神经递质受体表达探讨HPA轴激活的上游调控机制。结果发现:(1)抑郁大鼠CRH显著升高,表明其HPA轴过度激活,其机理应该与海马Glu和下丘脑Glu受体高表达、海马GABA和下丘脑GABA受体低表达直接相关。(2)运动干预可以显著降低CRH的分泌从而改善HPA轴的过度激活状态,其机理在于运动干预可下调海马Glu和下丘脑Glu受体的表达,同时上调海马GABA和下丘脑GABA受体的表达。(3)运动干预可以取得与氟西汀干预相似的改善效应,表明有氧运动干预可以作为药物治疗抑郁症的良好替代手段。 相似文献

基于晶体塑性理论并利用有限元方法对镍基单晶含缺口平板的应力应变场进行了分析,研究了外载荷、厚度和缺口半径等对平板缺口部分的等效应力、最大分切应力和应变的影响。结果表明:外载荷的变化不会影响三变量的分布规律,各变量随载荷的增加都呈增大的趋势;厚度和缺口半径是影响缺口尖端应力应变状态的两个重要因素,厚度增大和缺口半径减小都会增加缺口尖端的应力应变集中程度,且应力最大值位置不随厚度发生变化,但随缺口半径的减少其位置也随之向远离缺口尖端方向移动。最后从理论上对缺口的应力应变进行了推导,其结论与有限元分析结果基本相符。 相似文献

Top-down crack in asphalt pavements has been reported as a widespread mode of failure.A solid understanding of the mechanisms of crack growth is essential to predict pavement performance in the context of thickness design,as well as in the design and optimization of mixtures.Using the coupled element free Galerkin (EFG) and finite element (FE) method,top-down crack propagation in asphalt pavements is numerically simulated on the basis of fracture mechanics.A parametric study is conducted to isolate the effects of overlay thickness and stiffness,base thickness and stiffness on top-down crack propagation in asphalt pavements.The results show that longitudinal wheel loads are disadvantageous to top-down crack because it increases the compound stress intensity factor (SIF) at the tip of top-down crack and shortens the crack path,and thus the fatigue life descends.The SIF experiences a process "sharply ascending—slowly descending—slowly ascending—sharply ascending again" with the crack propagating.The thicker the overlay or the base,the lower the SIF; the greater the overlay stiffness,the higher the SIF.The crack path is hardly affected by stiffness of the overlay and base. 相似文献

A three-dimensional, exact analysis is presented in this paper for the problem of an external circular crack in a transversely
isotropic piezoelectric medium subjected to arbitrary antisymmetric shear loading. A recently proposed general solution of
three-dimensional piezoelectricity is employed. It is shown that four quasi harmonic functions involved in the general solution
can be respresented by just one complex potential. Previous results in potential theory are then used to obtain the exact
solution of the problem. For point shear loading, Green’s functions for the elastoelectric field are derived in terms of elementary
functions.
