There has been growing interest in the mental health benefits of self‐compassion. This study was designed to establish norms on the Self‐Compassion Scale–Short Form, a popular measure of self‐compassion for individuals seeking counseling, and to examine group differences in self‐compassion based on gender, race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, previous counseling, and psychiatric medication use. Data for this study were collected through the Center for Collegiate Mental Health, a practice‐research network of more than 240 college and university counseling centers.  相似文献

Videos can be used as didactic tools for self‐learning under several circumstances, including those cases in which students are responsible for the development of this resource as an audiovisual notebook. We compared students' and teachers' perceptions regarding the main features that an audiovisual notebook should include. Four questionnaires with items about information, images, text and music, and filmmaking were used to investigate students' (n = 115) and teachers' perceptions (n = 28) regarding the development of a video focused on a histological technique. The results show that both students and teachers significantly prioritize informative components, images and filmmaking more than text and music. The scores were significantly higher for teachers than for students for all four components analyzed. The highest scores were given to items related to practical and medically oriented elements, and the lowest values were given to theoretical and complementary elements. For most items, there were no differences between genders. A strong positive correlation was found between the scores given to each item by teachers and students. These results show that both students' and teachers' perceptions tend to coincide for most items, and suggest that audiovisual notebooks developed by students would emphasize the same items as those perceived by teachers to be the most relevant. Further, these findings suggest that the use of video as an audiovisual learning notebook would not only preserve the curricular objectives but would also offer the advantages of self‐learning processes. 高校毕业生就业服务体系的构建应与其就业服务需求紧密联系,并根据不同人群的就业服务需求提供差异化的就业服务内容。“2013届高校毕业生就业服务需求调查”数据的方差分析结果表明,人口统计学特征相对弱势人群和学业表现较为突出人群的就业服务需求更旺盛。未来高校毕业生就业服务体系的构建策略:一要进一步扩大高校毕业生就业服务的供给规模;二要加强就业服务重点人群的认定工作;三要重点针对个人特征劣势群体,开发旨在帮助其快速实现就业的服务内容;四要针对学业表现优秀的群体,开发旨在提升其招聘选拔环节表现的服务内容。  相似文献

班训,是对班级学生形成的训导文化。通过对100多所学校的班级的班训内容进行了研究,主要可用"6自"来概括,即"自律、自尊、自爱、自信、自立、自强"。"6自"是站在学生的角度,诠释的是自己同自己、自己与他人、自己与社会等诸多关系问题。从哲学的角度,这些问题也就是价值观问题。对大学生价值观的教育要求我们做到贴近学生、贴近生活、贴近实际。"6自"可以作为大学生价值观培养的基础,在班级进行倡导,但必须做到结合中国的传统文化,并落到实处。  相似文献

This pilot study examined the relations among preschool teachers' attitudes towards the inclusion of children with autism and perceived self‐efficacy, as well as demographic characteristics such as teachers' work experience and educational background. The cohort consisted of 21 participants who had degrees in preschool education and worked with children with autism in general preschool/kindergarten settings in central Sweden. Data were collected using the Autism Attitude Scale for Teachers, the Teacher Efficacy Scale and a demographic survey. In general, findings revealed that preschool teachers held positive attitudes towards children with autism, and this was significantly related to the number of credits in special education taken during pre‐service education. However, teachers showed neutral attitudes towards the inclusion of children with autism into general preschool classrooms. No relations were found between teachers' perceived self‐efficacy and attitudes towards inclusion, although a relationship was found between participation in in‐service training and efficacy to make decisions. Implications concerning early childhood education professional development and supervision are discussed.  相似文献
