代建制的实施效果主要依赖于代建单位的努力程度，因此业主对代建单位的有效激励是能否充分发挥代建职能的关键。本文基于博弈理论，通过均衡分析发现，业主应当把代建单位和承包商当作一个代理集团联合体来看待，让他们相互监督，使其收益与工作绩效挂钩，这样才能激发他们工作的积极性。  相似文献

本文探讨了学生贷款制度运行中政府及市场两种机制的作用及关系。通过建立政府与银行的放贷模型,得出完全依靠政府或银行是缺乏效率的,政府与银行应该互动合作的结论。国际比较分析从实证的角度进一步验证了模型所揭示的结论。本文最后对我国政府在学生贷款制度运行中应该发挥的作用提出了一些政策建议。  相似文献

2008年北京奥运会将至,届时观众云集,由此构成的潜在的观众安全风险自不待言。而致使观众风险产生的因素又是多方面的,既有外在风险,也有内在风险。本文依据风险管理理论。结合北京市的自苍环境与社会环境,对北京奥运会举办期间观众安全可能存在的风险进行了分析,同时,借鉴国际体育赛事观众安全风险规避的做法,针对2008年北京奥运会的实际提出了观众安全风险规避的建议。  相似文献

本文指出现有的翻译理论各具合理成分,但是却各执一端,进而提出用博弈论思想把它们整合起来。在分析了文学的翻译过程后,指出文学翻译本质上就是一个非合作的博弈过程,参与翻译活动的博弈各方并没有在活动开始前就预先确定一个相互可以接受的协议,译者必须根据参与博弈各方的策略选择来确定自己的翻译策略。  相似文献

人面桃花何处去——解读新时期文学作品中的“人面桃花”恋情模式

文章梳理了新时期文学中“人面桃花”模式的爱情作品,剖析其质素构成、发展脉络、内蕴本质及走向。这一类型的作品处于文学进行世俗观照与终极关怀的联结点,言说了千百年来灵与肉之间的游离。“人面桃花”恋情模式是生命剥离了世俗假面和规则桎梏后的本性呈现,呈现出对人本性的认同性寻求。但伦理的困境与约定俗成的压力却使得原初的爱情阐述搁浅于失语的海域,且由于作家无法解决这个模式伊始的不合规定性,在世俗理性与人文关怀之间徘徊不已,这一切都使得“人面桃花”恋情模式最终走向了游戏的迷途。  相似文献

Abstract

The method of normalisation combined with peer ratings is utilised to provide the solution to the biased rating problem of mapping group work marks to individual marks. We critically evaluate the method of normalisation following the findings of an article which argued against the use of self and/or peer rating mechanism. We demonstrate that the findings of that article also hold for the method of normalisation as the influence of human behavioural factors are not accommodated in the designs. Additionally, we argue that the method (and its variants) is rather complicated, where all possible contingencies are not pre-specified. It makes the arrangement between tutors and students in conducting peer assessments incomplete and unverifiable by a third party.  相似文献   

Impact of the Good Behavior Game on special education teachers

This study tested effects of a program that offers teachers universal classroom management strategies, on teachers’ burnout symptoms and self-efficacy, and their teaching behaviors. Data were collected from 147 teachers (mean age = 38.4 years, SD = 10.8) in 15 special secondary education schools for students with emotional and behavioral problems, at the start and end of the school year. Schools were randomly assigned to the experimental condition or a care-as-usual condition. Results show that the program impacted beneficially on self-reported levels of emotional exhaustion, and self-efficacy in engaging students and in classroom management, but not on teaching behaviors. Implications of this study for the professional development of teachers in special education and research are discussed.  相似文献
