黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村生态产业化机理及其典型模式 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
生态产业化是新时代推进生态建设与产业发展良性循环、促进乡村地域系统可持续发展的重要途径。黄土丘陵沟壑区位于黄河中游地区,作为黄土高原典型地貌单元,其乡村生态环境脆弱、人地矛盾突出,退耕还林(草)工程后生态功能显著改善,但农业基础薄弱、水土约束增强、生产效益偏低等问题依旧突出,亟需推进生态产业化提升乡村生产和生活功能。本文从生态资源价值增殖角度,探讨了黄土丘陵沟壑区乡村生态产业化的内在机理,并结合延安市治沟造地工程后的典型实践,提出了适合该区域发展的产业化模式及其可持续途径。结果表明:①乡村生态产业化应遵循乡村地域系统演化规律、耦合机理以及价值转化原则,依托地理工程技术加快生态资源培育,建立生态产权管理制度实现生态资源资产化,通过资产集中流转、经营主体培育、产业要素融合等推进生态资产资本化,完善生态市场交易机制保障生态产品与服务市场化;②延安市部分乡村依托治沟造地工程实现了生态资源培育,探索了“资源变资产、资产变资本、资本变资金”的路径,已初步形成了高效种养、休闲农业和多元综合等生态产业化模式;③未来应注重地理工程成效管护、健全产权管理制度、发挥能人带动作用、吸纳社会力量参与以及构建动态评价机制,补齐产业化过程中的短板,推进乡村生态、生产、生活的有机融合,实现乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居和生活富裕的振兴目标。 相似文献

【目的/意义】从计量语言学视角描述和揭示融合主题指纹的科学知识系统的语言分布规律,并选取语料进行验证,深化情报检索语言的理论和应用研究,也为知识抽取研究提供理论基础和实验素材。【方法/过程】以生物医学领域的"疾病"、"精神病学和心理学"和"现象和过程"三个类别分支为入口,选取乳腺癌、焦虑抑郁、免疫作为案例,并量化分析其代表性。运用齐普夫定律(Zipf’s Law)和希普斯定律(Heaps’Law)解释验证由主题指纹映射的科学知识系统的计量语言学特征。【结果/结论】融合主题指纹的科学知识系统具有计量语言学特征,符合科学信息的离散分布规律和演化定律,具有较好的科学性和稳定性。 相似文献

新市民子女在其父辈社会弱势地位的影响下容易出现心理问题。调查结果显示,家庭教养环境的恶劣、学校主渠道的阻隔、课余活动的缺乏等原因导致新市民子女的心理健康水平低于本地居民子女。开展新市民子女的心理健康服务工作必须加大政府对学校心理健康服务的支持、实现高校与新市民子女所在学校在心理健康工作上的有效对接、加强新市民社区教育,全方位为新市民子女健康成长创设良好的教育氛围。 相似文献

We write as critical theorists who share an interest in how conceptions of physical education are taken forward in policy and practice. In this respect, we are particularly intrigued by Peter Arnold's conceptual account of meaning in movement, sport and physical education, and the subsequent ways in which his ideas have informed national curriculum ambitions. Despite the prominence of Arnold's influence, we are concerned that there has been an insufficiently rigorous and robust review of his theorising to date, particularly in relation to where his ideas originated from. Accordingly, we critically discuss the merits of adopting a genealogical approach in order to support a detailed analysis of Arnold's conceptual account of meaning in movement, sport and physical education; one which especially focuses on learning ‘about’, ‘through’ and ‘in’ movement. We conclude by questioning a number of the complex strands of Arnold's work in the expectation that greater lucidity and purpose can emerge. This it is argued will be beneficial in terms of providing clarity on aim or aims statements in physical education, which in turn can secure greater policy coherence and practice gains. 相似文献

The current paper reports on the outcome of an ongoing action research project at a school for higher-functioning students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Sweden. The overall aim of the study was to develop and evaluate a questionnaire that captures social and individual aspects of classroom learning suitable for use with students with ASD. Interview data is presented on the perceived utility of the questionnaire for understanding and planning classroom instruction for the children with ASD through the eyes of the students’ teachers and their parents, as assessed during an Individual Education Plan meeting. Further, teacher ratings obtained by means of the instrument were found to differentiate a group of students with ASD (n = 10) from a group of typically developing children matched with regard to grade year, word reading ability and receptive vocabulary (n = 10). Implications and future directions are discussed, as are limitations of this pilot study. 相似文献

A new primary science syllabus with strong inquiry focus has been implemented in Singapore since 2008. In this study, we attempted to understand how teachers experience the emphasis of inquiry-based curriculum under the current educational conditions that is routined and highly teacher fronted. We invited 50 pre-service and 41 in-service teachers to participate in survey questionnaires and narratives, reflective writings, and group discussions related to science inquiry which formed our data corpus. Data analysis in the form of thematic coding was carried out using NVivo8, with over 80% inter-rater coding agreement level. Three key aspects of teachers’ perceptions of science inquiry were revealed: (1) teachers’ responsibilities as facilitators, (2) privileging content knowledge rather than process skills, and (3) pressure of assessment systems in current educational contexts. These understandings bring out conflicts of inquiry teaching between teacher- and student-centredness, content and process, and curriculum and assessment. Based on these teachers’ perceptions and dilemmas of inquiry science teaching, the visions and challenges of inquiry science curriculum change against assessment requirements are discussed. 相似文献

ABSTRACTDespite widespread assertions as to the ‘Americanization’ of British culture in the first half of the twentieth century, the true extent of this cultural transfer remains open to question. This article considers what the British people actually knew about ‘America’, its institutions, culture and way of life, in this period through an analysis of coverage of the USA in the British news media (press, newsreels and wireless) in the inter-war years. AbstractWe defend in this paper the importance of redistributing power in the field of education development by enhancing the self-sustainability of education initiatives and minimizing their roots in dependency – these as pre-requisites for improving their sustainable development outcomes. We do this by considering an education development initiative run by the Barefoot College in India, and then developing an explanatory model based in complexity theory (as expounded by Edgar Morin) and in the capability approach (as developed principally by Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum). We conclude that such a redistribution of power would help to ensure that education is better connected to its development context, more relevant to the interests and needs of the community it serves, and its quality enhanced. More generally, we reinforce existing arguments – but from the perspective and imperative of sustainability – why it is in the interests of policy-makers to devolve power and to provide resources to such initiatives. Doing so would enhance governments’ prospects of realizing their education and social development goals. The arrogation of power and resources towards the centre, an almost natural impulse in policy-making, is, in the end, counter-productive, and threatens sustainable education and social development. 相似文献
