基于模糊DEMATEL-ISM方法的员工绿色行为影响因素研究

通过文献查阅、问卷调查及专家访谈方式,构建出涵盖20个因素的影响因素体系。同时对影响员工绿色行为的各个因素进行系统化、层次化研究,通过Fuzzy-DEMATEL方法对于影响因素体系内的关键影响因素进行识别,并通过ISM方法对于员工绿色行为各影响因素进行系统分析,建立层次结构模型。研究表明,个体特质和组织绿色文化对员工绿色行为存在最深层的影响。其中,个体特质对于员工绿色行为存在根源影响,组织绿色文化对员工绿色行为存在深层影响。通过上述结论为企业鼓励、支持和引导员工践行绿色行为提供管理对策和建议。  相似文献   

The social ecology of health promotion within war-effected refugee preschool children

Health promotion frameworks that identify the risk and protective factors in promoting the health of war-affected preschool children living in refugee camps are limited. This study aimed to identify ecological factors in refugee camps affecting the health promotion of children in a vulnerable population using the storytelling method. Twenty Syrian refugee children aged between five and six years were interviewed individually. Data were analyzed in NVivo V.11 software using thematic content analysis. Four major themes derived from the data included the following; risk factors that cause illness, awareness of the illness, strategies for coping with illness, and protecting and promoting health. These results suggest that health promotion programs targeting refugee children should be considered as a bio-socio-ecological approach.  相似文献

腘绳肌拉伤是当前世界竞技体育面临的亟待解决的热点与重点问题之一。结合最新的研究进展，对腘绳肌致伤的风险因素、机制、评价以及训练防范机制进行梳理，认为肌肉收缩适宜长度缩短、力量不均衡、准备活动不充分是造成腘绳肌拉伤的主要因素；等速测力法与实地测试法评价腘绳肌拉伤的有效性还需进一步研究；在训练实践中建议采用腘绳肌离心训练的方式，逐渐增加训练时间、强度、频率，课次间歇至少48 h等训练策略，能够有效避免腘绳肌运动拉伤。  相似文献

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), once a niche technology, is rapidly gaining the attention of retailers as a key enabler in their supply chain. As RFID moves into the mainstream, it is poised to replace the standard barcode as the technology that identifies and tracks products throughout the supply chain. In an attempt to gain competitive advantages, some retailers have begun the transition to RFID while others have been reluctant to embrace it. This study investigates South Korean retailers to identify key organizational characteristics that positively drive the evaluation of RFID. Further, this study assesses the impact one's evaluation has on the adoption and integration of RFID within their respective firm. Results from 278 adopting organizations show organizational needs (Ubiquity and Performance Gaps), perceived factors (Benefits and Cost Savings), and organizational readiness (Financial Resources and Technological Knowledge) have a significant influence on RFID Evaluation; and evaluation impacts its adoption, and integration.  相似文献

文章根据对国内外经济形势的分析以及模型测算,预测2010年我国房地产价格基本稳定,房地产投资和供给较快增长,房地产需求稳中有升,市场处于景气状态。主要原因有:宏观政策鼓励房地产健康发展;购房愿望和能力仍支撑刚性需求;通货膨胀预期刺激短期需求;土地供给制度制约市场供给;上游产品涨价传导到房地产市场;城市化新趋势推动房地产发展等。文中最后就房地产制度建设、调控政策、抑制投机以及城市化新挑战等提出了一些政策建议。  相似文献

360度反馈近年逐步流行于中国企业,但在中国企业实施遭遇寒流,甚至产生水土不服的现象。在介绍360度反馈的定义、理论依据的基础上,着重探讨中西文化背景如何影响该评估方法并导致评估偏差的出现,并且利用内团体偏差、自我效能感、社会比较、社会公平等理论来解释360度反馈在我国企业实施过程中出现的心理因素。企业在借鉴该考核方法时,不能为赶时髦而盲目照搬,要考虑文化因素的影响。  相似文献

基于243位农民工的调查数据,在分析农民工就业信息掌握情况的基础上,运用Logit离散选择模型对影响农民工信息需求的因素进行实证分析。结果表明:在诸多影响农民工信息需求的因素中,农民工年龄、婚姻状况、居住地、文化程度、技术等级、就业渠道等对农民的就业行为有显著正向影响。最后,针对性地提出了对策建议。  相似文献
