[目的/意义] 大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务已成为扩展推广人力资源、提升推广活动绩效的重要途径。[方法/过程] 通过探索性因子分析与验证性因子分析,研究大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务的内在动机及其与参与服务行为、参与满意度之间的关联关系。[结果/结论] 大学生志愿者参与阅读推广服务的动机包括"自我发展"质量控制"社会认同"社会遵从"社会交往"5个因素。5个动机因素对参与行为与满意度的作用各不相同。"质量控制"社会认同"社会遵从"社会交往"4个因素对志愿者参与阅读推广服务的行为起到正向积极影响,"自我发展"质量控制"社会认同"3个因素则与志愿者参与阅读服务的满意度形成了正向关联。 相似文献

English-language voluntourism is a practice whereby people from the Global North teach English in the Global South as an alternative form of travel and means of development assistance. As part of a larger, multisited ethnography, I investigate how in-service and former English-language voluntourism program participants frame short-term English language teaching as development. Findings suggest that the relations among volunteer tourism, English, and development remain largely unexamined. It is widely assumed that English is a commodity, a tool that can help individuals, and by consequence, states connect materially to the global economy. Yet, participants also speak in ways that conflate English language learning with cosmopolitanism, cultural change, and deeper forms of identity transformation. In that sense, English-language voluntourism’s development agenda is unclear, and akin to other forms of volunteer tourism, English-language voluntourism would benefit from moving away from development discourse and reframing its overall aims. 相似文献

高校党建必须围绕培养人这一中心任务。高职高专学校党建也不能动摇培养技能实用型人才这个中心。当前,高职高专不仅存在发展党员过程中重发展、轻教育的现象,且在人才培养观念上有人文教育缺失、过于工具化的倾向,这暴露出高职高专党建工作存在亟待改进的问题。如何解决这些问题?笔者认为,以党员志愿服务为载体,可以创新高职高专党建工作。开展党员志愿服务活动是践行全心全意为人民服务宗旨的本质要求,它与高职高专培养目标相契合,是学生入党后继续教育的新途径,是高职高专学校开展创先争优的有力抓手。高职高专学校组织开展志愿服务活动要坚持服务与提高并举的原则,立足于高职高专的专业特长,避免志愿服务低水平化,遵循立足本校、依托社区、稳定发展的原则,坚持以精神激励为主和志愿服务无小事的原则。 相似文献

The educational practice of pre-service teachers is an essential part of teacher training. As an important form of educational practice, volunteer teaching can effectively improve the quality of teacher training and bridge the serving of basic education. Upon the literature review on existing volunteer teaching models, this paper develops a teaching community of teachers under “Internet Plus” and the prototype of a “relay” volunteer teaching model towards the integrated design of training undergraduate pre-teachers and improving the educational quality of small rural schools. The sound “relay” volunteer teaching model has been formed upon revisions around checking its completeness, optimizing its operability, and enhancing its stability using the design-based research paradigm according to the research path of “planning-application-reflection-improvement.” The practice has indicated positive effects of the new model in promoting the academic development of students in small rural schools, enhancing the classroom teaching competency of rural teachers, and improving the professionalism of pre-service teachers. The quality and efficiency of the new model can be improved through initiatives such as providing timely and efficient technical support, establishing a favorable and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, adopting guidance with double-qualified instructors for instant companionship, and implementing flexible incentives and restraints. 相似文献
