近年来,组织复杂性问题已经成为现代组织管理研究领域新的研究热点,对大学组织复杂性的探讨也初现端倪。从历史的角度对大学组织复杂性进行探讨,无疑有助于我们对大学组织的复杂性有更深入的认识。本文从时间不可逆性与大学组织复杂性发展、大学职能复杂性发展、知识演进复杂性与大学生学习方式的变化等方面对大学组织复杂性作了比较系统的历史扫描和论述。应该说,这种探讨的角度比较新,对大学组织复杂特性的揭示也比较深入。  相似文献

Four standards and best practices recently released or currently underway at the National Information Standards Organization were presented: Knowledge Bases and Related Tools, Presentation and Identification of E-Journals, Open Discovery Initiative, and Open Access Metadata Indicators. Basics outlining the creation work and deliverables were shared for each project. 本文从概念界定、文献综述、构建思路、构建过程等方面对电子政务知识体系进行分析总结,认为:为了更好地理解电子政务,有必要对电子政务已有的学术成果进行分析与整合,以便从中提炼出一个具有内在逻辑结构的电子政务知识体系,并建立起适合的知识体系框架。研究采用"逻辑起点论"与"问题系统论"两种方法论,最终提出一个由基本概念、基本理论、基本原理和规律、技术理论知识、管理服务理论知识五个模块构成的电子政务知识体系框架,每个模块中的知识内容来源于电子政务问题研究者的各种思想和观点。通过该电子政务知识体系框架,人们能够更好地把握电子政务各种属性和关系的内在联系,进一步审视当前电子政务研究的状态和效果,同时也对电子政务的实践活动起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。图4。表2。参考文献25。  相似文献

深入开展中华人民共和国国史的教育和研究一直是各方高度重视的工作。将国史知识进行语义揭示和组织,对于国史的教育和研究具有重要意义。在参考相关研究成果的基础上,本文提出了“向下挖掘,向上组织”的国史知识语义揭示与组织方法。这一方法以国史本体为基础,在对隐藏于国史资源文本条目中的国史知识对象和相关事实进行语义挖掘和揭示的基础之上,通过国史知识对象的关联,构建国史知识网络,并基于时间、类属、层级及统计等关系,对国史知识内容进行更高层次的多维组织展示,并基于这一思路开发了相应的系统平台,实现了国史知识的揭示、重组和其他创新应用。本文所提出的国史知识语义揭示和组织方法对其他类型知识的开发利用具有参考价值。图7。参考文献12。  相似文献

本文主要考察了六个编订于不同时期的对外汉语教学和测试的语法大纲,通过比较分析,本文认为从20世纪90年代至今,对外汉语教学和测试的理念不断变化与发展,理论语法色彩逐渐减弱,显性知识的教学和考查不断减少,同时,教学和测试理念正在由标准规范观向沟通理解观转化。这些变化反映出对外汉语教学和测试理念的发展趋势,适应了汉语国际推广的新形势。  相似文献

英语词汇知识在英语阅读理解中所起的重要作用是毋庸置疑的,但是词汇知识的框架是复杂而多维的。测量了英语学习者的词汇强度知识及词汇深度知识,以揭示英语学习者英语词汇知识的全貌,并证实了英语词汇强度知识及深度知识在阅读中所起的不同作用。文章研究结果还表明,在词汇强度知识的四个样态中积极回忆样态对阅读有最强的预测力,而词汇深度知识中的词汇意义比搭配更能预测学习者的阅读能力。  相似文献

Drawing on a national survey of 1,157 South Korean adults, the present study finds that social media use for political news is positively associated with knowledge about political issues, but not with knowledge about political processes. Professional media use for political news is significantly associated with both political issue knowledge and political process knowledge. The impact of social media for news on political issue knowledge increases with the additive role of professional media news use. This study also finds that political talk strengthens the positive association between social media use for news and political issue knowledge.  相似文献

This meta-analysis (148 studies, k = 197, N = 31,718) examined the relationship between motivation and transfer in professional training. For this purpose, motivation was conceptualized in the following nine dimensions: motivation to learn, motivation to transfer, pre- and post-training self-efficacy, mastery orientation, performance orientation, avoidance orientation, expectancy, and instrumentality. Population correlation estimates ranged between −0.11 and 0.52. Three moderator effects were estimated. First, correlations were higher when the training focused on declarative and self-regulatory, rather than on procedural, knowledge. Second, learner-centered environments tended to show greater numbers of positive correlations than did knowledge-centered environments. Third, when compared with external, supervisory, or peer assessment, self-assessment of transfer produced upwardly biased population estimates irrespective of the transfer criterion. These findings are discussed in terms of their implications for theories of training effectiveness and their significance for the practice of training evaluation.  相似文献

Art and movement are motivating forces in, through, and beyond education. As populations age, there is an increasing need to support physical and social well-being. Yet, since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a reported exponential increase in feelings of loneliness across generations. Complex challenges require trans-disciplinary solutions, and this paper represents a joint effort within and across disciplines, communities and cultures to find ways to ameliorate this silent epidemic. In this paper, we propose a cross-disciplinary conceptual framework where Aboriginal Artists and Knowledge Holders, Teacher Educators, and Physical and Occupational Therapists come together to explore theoretical and pedagogical insights that encompass intergenerational art–moving–well-being practices, reducing feelings of loneliness and improving social connections across generations. There are two main aims of this paper; first, to better understand current studies that report on integrating art–moving–well-being practices, and the effect this has on health and well-being of intergenerational participants (under 10-year-olds, 20+ year olds and 50+ year olds). Second, based on community needs, the long-term aim is to propose a flexible art–moving–well-being conceptual model that is scalable, sustainable and based on social and relational support systems. We propose a model that is flexible and adaptable within and across our local community and beyond. We argue that feelings of loneliness are unique to each individual, and there is a need to connect specific intergenerational programmes with art–moving–well-being practices that readily engage and integrate varied communities and cultures in sustainable ways and thus, contribute to thriving communities.  相似文献
