网络给人们提供丰富精神食粮的同时,也传载着大量不良甚至非法的网络信息,严重影响着青少年的健康成长。因此,我们必须积极倡导良好网络道德、培养文明网络行为,加强＂绿网＂建设,用先进文化占领网络文化阵地,强化行业自律、规范网站行为,大力开发和有效利用现代科技手段阻止不良甚至违法信息的传播,完善网络监管机制、减少不良信息的危害,建立科学的标准体系、规范网络文化的走向,加强网络立法、严格网络执法,坚决打击网上不法行为,为青少年全面健康地发展,营造绿色的上网环境。  相似文献

青少年时期是生理心理发育的关键时期,也是心理冲突和情绪、行为问题的高发阶段,攻击行为及暴力便是其中较为突出的问题之一。文章以一位正在服刑的青少年暴力犯的成长故事为线索分别从青少年个体、家庭、学校等视角探讨了影响青少年暴力攻击行为发生的因素,并在此基础上得出影响暴力的最本质的因素是青少年缺乏足够的社会能力和正确的自我认知观念。为此,本研究建议对青少年暴力行为进行生活技能的培训和认知行为的训练,以预防和减少青少年暴力行为的发生。  相似文献

以专家访谈、问卷调查、实地观察为主要研究方法,对我国青少年射箭运动员训练现状进行调查,得出结论:我国射箭项目仍沿用三级训练培养模式后备人才培养途径较为单一;我国青少年射箭教练员尽管有丰富运动经历,但综合执教能力不强;射箭青少年运动员全年训练以单周期为主要训练安排模式,准备期以技术训练为主导,体能、尤其是心理训练比例严重不足;专项力量安排缺少针对性方法,有氧能力手段单一,协调能力发展滞后;射箭青少年运动员周训练负荷安排与国际箭联颁布的世界各国家队成年运动员负荷平均水平持平。射箭青少年运动员训练负荷大,有效训练质量不高;与射箭强国韩国相比我国射箭青少年运动员全年参加正式比赛场数过少。  相似文献

‘I'm not going to be in Japan forever’: how Filipina immigrant youth in Japan construct the meaning of home

This article, based on an ethnographic study of five Filipino-born daughters of Filipina migrant workers in Japan, discusses how these young women construct understandings of home as they navigate the borderlands between the Philippines, Japan and the US. The study reveals the ways in which these young women negotiate the possibilities and constraints of their homeland in the Philippines, their new land of Japan and an imagined future home in the US. Their senses of safety, economic security, community and cultural/linguistic affirmation all affected how they understand these countries as potential and possible homes. The study reveals how these youth search for and build homes across multiple spaces and the struggles they encounter within that search.  相似文献

Abstract

The evolution of moral panics is dependent on the particular social context and the ability of certain issues to trigger concern within society. In this paper, the authors have employed a cross‐comparative study of the heavy metal music subcultures in Singapore and Malaysia to understand the differences in the issues that generate such panics based on the socio‐political context of each country and its current concerns. Although the youth involved in both cases are marginalised male Malays, the framing of their alleged deviance and criminality permits, in the case of Singapore, only a limited possibility for moral panic creation given the conservative socio‐political governance that limits allegations such as ‘Satanism’. In the case of Malaysia, where a ‘large‐scale’ moral panic involving black metal emerged in 2001, the recent trend towards Islamisation gave fodder for the condemnation of black metal based on the allegations of the anti‐Islamic behaviour of Muslim youth involved in the black metal scene. In both cases, such groups were exploited by parties claiming to defend the social fabric of the moral majority, but in the latter case it took on grave implications due to the extent of the state and public response. This paper thus argues that the framing of these moral panics is an important component determining the relative ‘success’ of the panic or its ability to capture public and state imaginings.  相似文献
