我国的公共文化服务体系建设工作开展已近10年,按照国家相关政策文件的精神,我国公共文化服务的供给者主要是政府,但由于各方条件的限制,在公共文化服务的供给上,我国政府在法律法规体系、财政投入力度、供给的均等性及绩效评估等方面还存在着问题和不足。论文总结了我国公共文化服务体系建设中政府的职能与作用,分析了政府在公共文化服务供给上存在的问题,重点提出了解决问题的对策建议。  相似文献

Omani girls’ conceptions of gender equality: addressing socially constructed sexist attitudes through educational intervention

This paper is based on a quasi-experimental study which examines the effects of a school-based intervention on Omani girls’ attitudes towards the notion of gender equality. A questionnaire was administered before and after the intervention to 241 girls (116 in the experimental group; 125 in the control group). A semi-structured interview was conducted before and after the intervention with 16 participants (eight from the experimental group; eight from the control group). Analysis of quantitative data in the post-intervention round revealed statistically significant differences between the two groups in attitudes towards gender equality in favour of the experimental group. Similarly, the analysis of qualitative data from the post-intervention round showed that the experimental group differed significantly from the control group in its attitudes towards women’s roles and gender equality. The paper concludes by emphasising the critical role that education can play in challenging and transforming prejudicial and discriminatory attitudes.  相似文献

Girls' secondary education in Uganda: assessing policy within the women's empowerment framework

This paper makes the case that policies, such as the National Strategy for Girls' Education in Uganda (NSGE), intended to achieve gender equity in education for girls in developing countries, have limited relevance to, and impact on girls' actual educational experiences. Recent considerations of girls' education acknowledge that gender equity within education is more than access to schooling; it entails the cultivation of capabilities necessary for girls to participate fully, actively and equally in all aspects of their societies. Drawing on a longitudinal, ethnographic policy research case study with 15 Ugandan schoolgirls in rural Masaka District, Uganda, from August 2004 to September 2006, I explore the girls' educational experiences in relationship to the NSGE. I employ the Women's Empowerment Framework (WEF) to evaluate the NSGE with respect to the extent to which its interventions are ‘empowering’ for girls.  相似文献

佛教的＂四姓平等＂、＂一切众生皆有佛性＂的平等思想既是针对印度现实社会中的出身、种姓、性别和宗教信仰的诸多不平等现象之反抗,又体现出了完善的人格,提高了人的觉悟,使人能真正成为不愧为万物之灵的人。该思想既是佛教的世界观、价值观又可以看成是构建和谐世界的思想理论基础。佛教的生命平等观和万物平等思想,是把其他生物放在和人类平等的甚至是至亲的位置上来诠释的,重新定位人类在自然界中的角色。佛教中的＂缘起性空＂的无我论是对人类中心主义思想的否定。任何生命没有可以驾驭其他生命的特权,这有助于提升人们的现代生态意识。  相似文献
