在当前复杂的国际局势下,推动我国科技期刊数字化转型升级,建设世界一流科技期刊的任务显得更为紧迫。科技期刊数字出版平台的建设已成为共识并有了诸多实践,但科技期刊数字出版平台的功能定位与建设方向并未明确。本文总结我国科技期刊数字出版平台建设的现状,参照国外科技期刊平台的建设经验,结合国家发展战略与数字技术发展趋势,提出了科技期刊数字出版平台建设新思路,即推动科技期刊数字出版平台建设,将其纳入新型基础设施建设计划,由政府部门规划、布局并投资建设统一的科技期刊大数据中心和云计算中心,由专业技术公司提供数字技术服务,再由科技期刊根据自身需要,订制符合需求的采编系统、出版系统和知识服务系统,以形成符合时代发展趋势的科技期刊综合数字出版平台。  相似文献

This paper is based on Helen Kiely’s Masters dissertation on MA in Library and Information Service Management, successfully completed at the University of Sheffield in 2018. The aim of the study was to explore the extent to which users of a health care library service understood common terminology used by clinical librarians/information professionals. A survey was developed based on the terminology used for common services and was distributed to staff and students at an acute NHS Foundation Trust. One hundred and eight people participated over a four week period and were asked to provide definitions to the terms. Analysis of the responses for accuracy and common themes indicates that jargon can be a barrier to user access and recommendations are made with respect to the need for outreach to users and the language used in this practice for creating better accessibility. 基于DEA-Tobit两步法对全国农业科技服务对农业生产效率的影响进行实证分析。结果表明,农业生产综合效率最高的是北京、上海、福建、陕西和青海这五个地区,且地区间存在区域差异。农民专业合作社成员人数和农业科技推广机构从业人员数对农业生产综合效率产生显著影响。在当前形势下,就提高农业生产综合效率而言,以农民专业合作社为主导的农业科技服务体系相对于政府主导型农推体系更有优势。  相似文献

基于个人信任倾向和五大信用服务工具的相关研究提出假设,以五大信用服务工具对消费者信任感知的影响进行实证研究。结果表明,个人信任倾向显著影响消费者对五大信用服务工具的信任感知;声誉反馈和商誉标识对消费者信任感知影响最大。其次为第三方保障服务和信用印章,第三方支付担保的影响不显著;第三方支付显著影响消费者对第三方保障服务和信用印章服务的感知。  相似文献

This article aims to provide a baseline for future studies on the provision and support for the use of digital or electronic information services (EIS) in further education. The analysis presented is based on a multi‐level model of access, which encompasses access to and availability of information and communication technology (ICT) resources, access to and availability of EIS resources, and the third leg of staff skills and their development. The research was conducted within the third cycle of the JISC (Joint Information Services Committee) User Behaviour Monitoring and Evaluation Framework, in 2001/2002. Evidence was gathered from library and information service web sites and various stakeholders, including library and information service staff, academic staff and students to generate insights into the provision of access to EIS in further education. Sector‐wide funding initiatives have had a significant impact on ICT infrastructures, and these attract a positive response from students. EIS are represented on some library web sites but both web site development and EIS availability is very much less advanced than in higher education. Staff, however, lack sufficient dedicated access to ICT to be able to develop their own skills and use. There remains a low level of access to electronic information resources, with only limited access to these resources through library web sites. LIS managers face a number of challenges in enhancing this provision, including licensing arrangements, tight budgets that need to be spread across many discipline areas, and the absence of EIS designed specifically for the further education student. The other key challenge lies in the provision of time and opportunity for academic and LIS staff to develop their ICT and EIS skills, and, more generally in the further development of the role of Information and Learning Technology (ILT) Champions.  相似文献

Research highlights the importance of early childhood intervention (ECI) for children with disabilities, and there is an increasing interest in China with respect to research on ECI. However, little research exists exploring the experience of families of young children with disabilities receiving ECI services and supports in China. The purpose of this study was to understand the ECI experiences of families of such children. A qualitative research design was used, and data were collected through interviews with six families in southwest China. This study indicated that, although China has made some progress in ECI for young children with disabilities, progress in this area is still at an early stage of development. Many issues still need to be addressed, including knowledge about typical and atypical development, early identification, professional development, increased government investment, and better implementation of existing laws.  相似文献

The analysis of 21,409 participants of the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study–Kindergarten cohort focused on home and school factors sought to understand the level of reading mastery that children experienced throughout elementary school and Grade 8 by relating home language use, timing of oral English language proficiency, and the provision of school-based English language learner services to reading mastery. Results confirm that non-English language use at home is associated with a decreased reading mastery at higher levels of proficiency in Grades 1 and 3, and is reduced to nonsignificance in Grades 5 and 8 with the inclusion of teacher and school factors. Also, the negative association between timing of oral English language proficiency and reading mastery is partially explained by teacher and school factors, particularly children's receipt of English language learner services. The findings provide support for policies that provide language services for language minority children and families during the transition to school and through the elementary school years.  相似文献
