大健康视野下老年功能性力量评估——以武汉市老年太极人群为例

采用文献法、测试法、数理统计等方法，以武汉市十三个行政区内528名以太极拳为主要体育健身方式的老年人为样本，以马步蹲起、弓箭步蹲起、肘撑侧桥、肘撑侧桥举腿等与日常生活活动相关联的四个基础动作为测试内容。研究表明，受试人群普遍存在下肢与躯干的功能性力量不足、左右侧肌肉链力量不均衡的问题。虽然样本人群经常进行以太极拳为主要形式的体育锻炼，但在锻炼过程中侧重于套路技能的演练，对功能性力量训练的认识不足及缺乏相应的训练方法，存在科学性盲区，需要引起重视。  相似文献   

The application of inertial measurement units and functional principal component analysis to evaluate movement in the forward 3½ pike somersault springboard dive

Based on technological and analytical advances, the capability to more accurately and finitely examine biomechanical and skill characteristics of movement has improved. The purpose of this study was to use Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) and Functional Principal Components Analysis (fPCA) to examine the role of movement variability (assessed via angular velocity), on 2 divers (1 international level; 1 national) performing the forward 3½ pike somersault dive. Analysis of angular velocity curves during ive-flight identified 5 fPCs, accounting for 96.5% of movement variability. The national diver’s scatter plots and standard deviation of fPC scores illustrated larger magnitudes of angular velocity variability across dive flight. For fPC1 and fPC3, magnitudes of SD variability were 282.6 and 201.5, respectively. The international diver illustrated more consistent angular velocity profiles, with clustering of fPCs scores (e.g., fPC1 & 3 = SD’s of 75.2 & 68.0). To account for lower variability in the international diver, the ability to better coordinate movement sequences and functionally utilise feedback in response to initiation of the somersault position is highlighted. Overall, findings highlight how both IMUs and fPCA can more holistically and finitely examine the biomechanical and skill characteristics of movement sequences with the capability to inform athlete development.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Increased global communication is adjusting traditional models of cross-cultural communication. Specifically, changes in international communication processes have caused increased scrutiny of cross-culture adaptation theory. This is especially true when focusing on the difference between cultural adaptation and functional fitness. The purpose of this research is to address changes in global communications by testing to see if there is a difference between two important theoretical concepts within cross-cultural adaptation theory – linear and non-linear adaptation. Findings indicate that cultural sojourners do not equate cross-cultural adaptation with linear models of functional fitness. Models that equate the two should be revisited.  相似文献   

Teaching the partial products algorithm with the concrete representational abstract sequence and the strategic instruction model

Elementary standards include multiplication of single-digit numbers and students advance to solve complex problems and demonstrate procedural fluency in algorithms. The ability to illustrate procedural fluency in algorithms is dependent on the development of understanding and reasoning in multiplication. Development of multiplicative reasoning provides the foundation for advanced mathematics and algebraic reasoning. For students who struggle in mathematics, instruction in multiplication algorithms should ensure conceptual understanding so that students have a foundation for success in advanced mathematics. The concrete representational abstract (CRA) sequence addresses conceptual understanding and the strategic instruction model (SIM) supports procedural knowledge. The current pilot study combined these methods to teach elementary students the partial products algorithm. Twelve students in grades four and five participated in the study, receiving instruction from teachers in their school during an intervention period. Within a pre-experimental design, using pre- and postintervention data, students showed a significant change in performance. The article will describe and show how teachers implemented the CRA-SIM interventions and discuss implications for practice.  相似文献

模板技术制备介观结构材料（英文）

模板技术是制备介观尺度下具有多重结构材料的简单有效方法。本工作围绕纳米微球及其组装结构，一维纳米纤维及其组装结构而开展。其中重点关于核-壳结构凝胶微球的制备，并以此为模板制备包覆复合微球和中空微球，实现复合微球的形貌和特征尺寸的控制。通过化学改性对单分散聚苯乙烯胶体微粒进行处理，制备了具有核-壳结构的单分散凝胶粒子。以核-壳结构凝胶粒子为模板，制备了二氧化钛包覆聚苯乙烯核壳结构的复合粒子及其中空的二氧化钛粒子。发现在无机前体的溶胶凝胶过程中，电场能诱导复合粒子表面形成贯穿的多孔结构。同样思路，制备了二氧化硅、导电聚苯胺及其复合的核-壳结构和相应的中空微球。对聚苯乙烯胶体晶进行化学改性，制备了核-壳结构的胶体晶凝胶。以此为模板，与第二种具有响应特性凝胶进行复合，得到了敏感特性的胶体晶凝胶。并研究了此复合凝胶的形态及外场响应特性。以多孔氧化铝膜为模板，制备一维结构及其阵列体系。通过调节孔的润湿性，调节一维结构的形态（纤维或中空结构）并可调节双组分核-壳结构纤维的内外相相反转。  相似文献

构建生态草牧业科技体系是新时代"大粮食安全观"和"生态优先、绿色发展国家战略"的技术支撑,也是立足国内大循环的迫切需求。科学制草可有效链接起前端的种草和后端的养畜环节,使草牧业真正形成产业链条。然而,我国饲草加工贮存方面存在的损失大、营养提升有限、草产品质量和安全控制难等一系列重要瓶颈问题,以及草产业发展方面面临的标准化、商品化、产业化、市场化、智能化程度不够等问题限制了优质草产业的健康发展,造成的"草畜两张皮"局面极大影响了生态草牧业核心产业链条的形成和健康发展。文章从草产业发展的战略需求、草产品加工亟待突破的理论及技术瓶颈等方面进行了论述,提出了科学制草促进草产业发展的具体建议,为提升我国草产品加工技术水平,打通草牧业全产业链条,打造优质草产业,实现草畜产业链高度耦合提供理论依据和可行途径。  相似文献
