社会企业视角下我国青少年体育俱乐部能力建设研究

本文的研究目的在于在社会企业与青少年体育俱乐部之间建立一种学术联系,基于社会企业的视角探寻我国青少年体育俱乐部能力建设的路径,为我国青少年体育俱乐部能力建设提供新视角。根据研究目的的需要,主要采用文献研究法及理论分析法。研究结论为:社会企业作为一种运用市场的理念和模式实现公益目标的创新型社会组织,能为我国青少年体育俱乐部能力建设提供启示。基于社会企业的视角,分别从内部治理能力、组织发展能力、外部拓展能力、公益开展能力等方面提出了我国青少年体育俱乐部能力建设的路径。内部治理能力建设,就是要建立现代化的管理制度;组织发展能力建设,就是要实施市场营销策略和培育社会资本;外部拓展能力建设,就是要强化信用意识和承担社会责任;公益开展能力建设,就是要提高体育发展能力和健康促进能力。  相似文献   

大面积建成区建筑密度遥感制图产品的精度验证

大面积建成区建筑密度遥感制图产品能够提供土地开发强度与人类居住环境的基础信息，是支撑人居环境研究和土地利用规划的重要数据。全球人类居住区层（global human settlement layer，GHSL）是由欧盟联合研究中心负责的大面积人居环境制图项目，建成区建筑密度遥感制图产品是GHSL重要的组成部分。目前该产品在欧美地区已经完成了GHSL建成区建筑密度遥感制图产品的验证。然而以中国为代表的东亚区域的建筑物形态和城市布局与欧美等区域有较大的差别，有必要在亚洲地区对其进一步验证。以中国的5个典型城市（上海、西安、长春、昆明和乌鲁木齐）大面积单体建筑物分布图为基础，通过聚合分析和邻域关键点搜寻匹配等算法，生成中国建成区建筑密度栅格图像产品作为验证数据，然后通过回归分析等方法，在像元尺度上对GHSL建成区遥感制图产品进行评价验证。结果显示，GHSL建成区建筑密度产品在较低分辨率下可以反映中国地区建筑密度情况，但在较高分辨率下在高值区过高估计密度。本研究可以为中国地区研发建成区建筑面积密度产品提供依据。  相似文献   

中国天空跑赛事发展战略研究

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对天空跑赛事的发展现状、运动特点进行分析，并在此基础上研究中国天空跑的发展问题。中国天空跑赛事是一项依托体育强国战略，融自然风光与人文景观于一体、兼顾竞技体育与全民健身协调发展、充分利用和深度融合互联网技术的新兴运动项目。目前还存在宣传推广不足、品牌与文化建设欠缺、融资手段与商业配套落后等问题。认为，应该坚持区域间协同发展，加强全媒体平台建设；打造品牌赛事，提升服务意识与治理理念；充分利用政府与资本合作模式，挖掘附属产业价值。旨在促进中国特色天空跑赛事高质量发展。  相似文献

Abstract

Supporting global health priorities through the development of robust health science librarianship partnerships is of significant importance. Increased demand for synthesizing evidence-based information, collating quality resources, and increasing research productivity to improve human health requires integration of library and information science skills and expertise. The Health Sciences Library (HSL) at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), exists to be an indispensable partner in health information and knowledge, teaching and learning, and research. As global efforts at UNC expanded, the HSL sought to ensure that our global engagement strategy and integration were aligned with campus priorities and partner needs. The HSL created a global research partnership plan: identify resources that improve efficiency, increase access to information, build in-country capacity and expertise—all while strengthening collaborations across multiple countries. Creating a meaningful and sustainable engagement strategy was central to envisioning our path forward and can be used as a framework for consideration by librarians in similar settings.  相似文献   

Social media and students’ behavioral intentions to enroll in postgraduate studies in Kenya: a moderated mediation model of brand personality and attitude

ABSTRACT

Using cross-sectional data from 504 students from four Kenyan universities, this study evaluates the indirect effect of brand personality on the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions to enroll in postgraduate studies. Additionally, the study examines the moderating effect of attitude on the relationship between social media and brand personality, social media and students’ behavioral intentions, brand personality and students’ behavioral intentions. Finally, it investigates the moderating effect of attitude on the indirect process of brand personality on the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions. The study is guided by the Theory of Planned Behavior, Technology Acceptance Model and Self Congruity Theory. Process Macro is used to analyze data. Results indicate that social media significantly predicts students’ behavioral intentions and this relationship is partially mediated by brand personality. Besides, attitude moderates the relationship between social media and students’ behavioral intentions and also the relationship between brand personality and students’ behavioral intentions. Finally, attitude has a conditional effect on the indirect relationship between social media and student’s behavioral intentions via brand personality and this effect is much stronger with a higher level of attitude. These findings contribute new knowledge to literature and theory.  相似文献   

我国体育产业核心竞争力发展策略研究

[目的/意义]从国家创新能力建设的角度研究国家图书馆企业信息服务，探索其在支持国家创新发展方面的作用。[方法/过程]采用文献调查法、网络调查法、案例分析法和访谈法，首先基于国家创新能力评价体系分析国家创新能力建设驱动的信息服务需求，其次分析英国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务模式，然后调查我国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的实践进展，最后提出其支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务策略。[结果/结论]我国国家图书馆支持国家创新能力建设的企业信息服务策略包括开展创新创业知识中心服务模式的研究，探索支持创新创业的企业信息服务模式，并在各地区推广支持地区创新发展的信息服务模式。  相似文献   

Sport-for-development: A comprehensive analysis of theoretical and conceptual advancements

Over the past decade, the field of sport-for-development (SFD) has experienced significant growth and diversification across research and practice. In this review paper, the authors provide a comprehensive analysis and discussion of the theoretical and conceptual developments within SFD, addressing a gap in the literature. Following a sport-focused review of SFD literature, the authors first identify five theoretical and conceptual frameworks that have emerged from within the SFD space. As a second step, they analyze and discuss scholarly work that has utilized these theories and frameworks. Building on a comparison of key messages, themes, and concerns, the authors highlight that to date, limited SFD scholarship has truly applied, extended, or challenged existing frameworks and conceptualizations. Motivated by this review, they posit several conceptual advancements, and offer directions for future research and theoretical development.  相似文献
