哺乳动物细胞线粒体基因组的转录及调控机制研究进展   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:系统的归纳和总结近年来哺乳动物线粒体基因组转录及调控机制研究的进展,以期为哺乳动物和人类线粒体疾病及相关医学领域的研究提供参考依据。方法:从哺乳动物线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的结构和转录过程,转录基本元件和转录机制等方面,检索和整理近年来关于哺乳动物细胞线粒体基因组的转录及调控机制的文献并进行总结。结果:线粒体是哺乳动物细胞中普遍存在的具有独立基因组的半自主性细胞器,其主要功能是通过氧化磷酸化为细胞提供ATP,同时对于物质代谢、细胞周期调控、细胞分化和凋亡、细胞信号传递等生理过程发挥着重要作用。近年来对线粒体基因组的转录及其调控机制的研究已取得了一些突破和成果。结论:哺乳动物线粒体基因组的转录与调控机制的研究不仅有助于深入阐明和理解线粒体基因组的表达调控机制,而且也助于揭示临床线粒体病的发病机制。  相似文献

从创新转化效率和创新产出效益两方面构建评价指标体系,采用横向对比分析和动态变化分析相结合方法,对2013—2018年郑洛新国家自主创新示范区创新绩效进行综合评价,并对其内部3个高新区及其与全国其他18个国家自主创新示范区创新绩效水平进行动态对比分析.研究发现,国家自主创新示范区创新转化效率和产出效益不一定成正比;郑洛新国家自主创新示范区的创新绩效整体呈上升态势,且主要依赖于技术变动,但目前整体水平都不高,与山东半岛、西安、长株潭国家自主创新示范区同处于"低效率-低效益"区间,位于全国国家自主创新示范区下游水平;郑州、新乡高新区的创新效率都获得较大提升,创新效益则为郑州高新区一家独大.最后针对评价结果,提出郑洛新国家自主创新示范区持续增加创新投入,以科技创新为核心,发挥政府的指导、计划和协调作用等促进创新绩效提升的实现路径.  相似文献

基于我国健全城乡发展一体化的要求,运用抽样调查法对河北省邢台市威县东正店村的农村生活基础设施建设情况进行问卷调查,在对房屋、水、电、交通、通讯、卫生、文化、教育等方面的研究中,居民对生活饮水、电力、道路与交通设施的满意度较高,而对于房屋、通讯的满意度则较低.基础设施建设薄弱、缺乏科学管理、使用效率低下、忽视居民的基本需求和对文化、教育等相关设施建设重视程度不够等成为当前农村基础设施建设中的主要问题.为此,在农村基础设施建设中要注意突出建设重点,加大财政支持及建立多元化的投资机制,并不断加强维护管理,提高基础设施利用效率.  相似文献

由于美国高校主要采取签约体系薪资制度,在这一制度下,反映高校教师能力以及校级差异的因素包括学衔、科研教学比重、院校类型,它们成为教师薪酬的主要影响因素有其必然性。同时,在美国高等教育举办体制多样化的背景下,公私立高校教师薪酬间的差距与国家整体经济状况及国家对高等教育的支持力度有着密切的联系。高校教师在性别和种族上的差异性,在多元文化的美国社会中也能找到其存在的基础。近年来,由于市场的作用,学科因素对美国高校教师薪酬的影响愈来愈大,加之薪酬的集体谈判以及高等教育内职业构成比例的改变,这些都成为影响美国高校教师薪酬的重要的潜在原因。  相似文献

A bottlenose dolphin was trained to discriminate two simultaneously presented stimuli differing in numerosity (defined by the number of constituent elements). After responding correctly to stimuli consisting of three-dimensional objects, the dolphin transferred to two-dimensional stimuli. Initially, a variety of stimulus parameters covaried with the numerosity feature. By systematically controlling for these stimulus parameters, it was demonstrated that some of these attributes, such as element configuration and overall brightness, affected the animal’s discrimination performance. However, after all the confounding parameters were under control, the dolphin was able to discriminate the stimuli exclusively on the basis of the numerosity feature. The animal then achieved a successful transfer to novel numerosities, both intervening numerosities and numerosities outside the former range. These findings provide substantial evidence that the dolphin could base his behavior on the numerosity of a set independently of its other attributes and that he represented ordinal relations among numerosities.  相似文献

The present study describes high school students’ conceptions about acids and bases in terms of pH, pOH, microscopic level, strength, and concentration. A total of 27 high school students participated in the study. The data was collected using 3 POE tasks and a semi-structured interview. The data analysis demonstrated that most of the students had poor understanding related to a drawing of weak and strong acids. In addition, the findings revealed that the POE’s were effective in terms of gathering students’ predictions and reasons for the prediction of outcomes in an open-ended format. The POE tasks also revealed that some of the students had misconceptions regarding pH and pOH. The students believed that pH was a measurement of the acidity, while pOH was a measurement of the basicity. The findings obtained have certain implications for the secondary chemistry program.  相似文献

Despite the existing challenges in the capital market, technological and market uncertainties, the current business environment may be fertile for innovative firms that could find affordable and scalable clean technology innovations. Navigating innovation management process for any clean technology project is a practical issue that requires attention of financial and non-financial factors affecting technology development and deployment. Such endeavor has precipitated many of the complex questions involved with clean technology industry. This article surveys literatures on resource-based view of the firm, operations management, innovation and technology management, and clean technology. The article identifies key drivers – operations, market and regulatory – of clean technology projects, and further demonstrates their interrelatedness within a comprehensive integrated conceptual framework of development and deployment. This integrated framework contributes to our understanding of innovation management process for clean technology firms, including supply and demand sides.  相似文献
