凭借着顽强的团队作风和快速灵活的打法,日本女篮近些年多次站在亚洲最高领奖台上,成为中国队的劲敌,无论是青年队还是成年队都给中国队前进路上带来了不少阻碍。俗话说“知己知彼,百战不殆”。本研究运用录像视频分析法、文献资料法及数理统计法,对获得2018年U18女篮亚青赛亚军的日本队进攻特点进行研究与分析。通过对日本队的进攻特点进行研究与分析从而为我国青少年篮球后备人才的培养提供更加广阔的参考依据与培养方案。  相似文献   

我国STEAM教育改革的阻力与消解

加快推进我国STEAM教育改革不仅是培养综合型、创新型、应用型人才的必由之路,也是提升国家竞争力和教育发展应对自身危机的可行之径。然而,改革中却存在诸多阻力。从“教育改革”的视角出发探赜改革蕴含的阻力因素,并提出阻力消解对策对促进我国STEAM教育顺利开展、探索一条具有中国特色的STEAM教育发展道路具有重要价值。研究发现,我国STEAM教育改革在实践中遭遇了价值阻力、制度阻力、实际阻力和自身阻力。为消解阻力,应坚持STEAM教育价值先行的基本理路,推进不同主体的自我变革;加强制度供给,理顺STEAM教育与现行制度之间的关系;加大STEAM教师队伍建设力度,推进STEAM课程改革;促进STEAM教育的本体回归,破解“跨学科悖论”。  相似文献

Deadzone compensation based on constrained RBF neural network

In this paper, a modified adaptive neural network for the compensation of deadzone is described, and simulated on a hydraulic positioning system, in which the dynamic model is separated into a series of connection of a nonlinear (deadzone) subsystem and a linear plant. The proposed approach uses two neural networks. One is the radial basis function (RBF) neural network, which is used for identifying parameters of deadzone. Based on the penalty function used in optimization theory, a multi-objective cost function with constraint is adopted to provide the best deadzone approximation. The result is used to train the other neural network for the inverse compensation of deadzone. The RBF neural network also generates the parameters of the linear plant for the design of an adaptive controller. A convergence analysis for the network training process is also presented.  相似文献

An e‐learning environment that supports social network awareness (SNA) is a highly effective means of increasing peer interaction and assisting student learning by raising awareness of social and learning contexts of peers. Network centrality profoundly impacts student learning in an SNA‐related e‐learning environment. Additionally, self‐regulation behavior significantly influences online learning of students. However, exactly how network centrality and self‐regulation influence learning behavior and effectiveness in an e‐learning environment remains unclear. Therefore, this study investigates how both variables (ie, network centrality and self‐regulation) impact student learning in an SNA‐related e‐learning environment. Analytical results indicate that the student group with high‐level centrality and low‐level self‐regulation more significantly progresses in learning achievement than the other groups. The second finding shows the group also has the highest number of students asking for help, revealing they have the highest system utilization rate.  相似文献

Numerical simulation on the opto-electro-kinetic patterning for rapid concentration of particles in a microchannel

This paper presents a mathematical model for laser-induced rapid electro-kinetic patterning (REP) to elucidate the mechanism for concentrating particles in a microchannel non-destructively and non-invasively. COMSOL^®(v4.2a) multiphysics software was used to examine the effect of a variety of parameters on the focusing performance of the REP. A mathematical model of the REP was developed based on the AC electrothermal flow (ACET) equations, the dielectrophoresis (DEP) equation, the energy balance equation, the Navier-Stokes equation, and the concentration-distribution equation. The medium was assumed to be a diluted solute, and different electric potentials and laser illumination were applied to the desired place. Gold (Au) electrodes were used at the top and bottom of a microchannel. For model validation, the simulation results were compared with the experimental data. The results revealed the formation of a toroidal microvortex via the ACET effect, which was generated due to laser illumination and joule-heating in the area of interest. In addition, under some conditions, such as the frequency of AC, the DEP velocity, and the particle size, the ACET force enhances and compresses resulting in the concentration of particles. The conditions of the DEP velocity and the ACET velocity are presented in detail with a comparison of the experimental results.  相似文献   

企业家职业倦怠及基于社会责任的消解前因——情商与领导风格的调节作用

以431位中国企业家为调查研究对象,实证中国企业家的职业倦怠现状及群体差异,并基于社会责任视角探索企业家社会责任的消解前因。CSR1对企业家职业倦怠的三个维度(人格解体、情绪衰竭、无效能感)都有显著负向影响,CSR2对人格解体有显著负向影响,CSR3对企业家职业倦怠的三个维度都不具有显著负向影响。变革型领导会加强CSR1对企业家职业倦怠的三个维度以及CSR2对人格解体的消解影响,而交易型领导仅会加强CSR2对人格解体的消解影响,情商会加强CSR1对情绪衰竭、无效能感以及CSR2对人格解体的消解影响。企业家要消解职业倦怠,应主要依赖于CSR1(优势利益相关者责任)的履行,培养和加强变革型领导风格,提升情商水平。  相似文献
