理解黑格尔国家理论的关键在于把握他所说的自由和普遍利益这两项密切相关的概念。对此,现有的研究常常存在一些误解。我们固然可以将黑格尔所说的自由界定为遵从理性指引这一前提下的自主、自我决定或自我实现,但在作出这种界定时还必须明确意识到这里的自主、自我决定或自我实现总是与自我否定紧密结合的。自由在于自我决定与自我否定的综合。黑格尔所说的普遍利益并非人们通常所说的公共利益或整体利益,而是明确地指向以否定性为根本特征的国家主权。基于上述理解,我们能更充分地体会到,在黑格尔那里,国家不仅是市民社会的对立物,还是人与自由之间的中介者。  相似文献

错误相关负波(Error related negativity,ERN)是与反应紧密联系的监控动作和察觉错误的负向ERP成分,波峰大多在错误反应后20-100ms,产生源在前扣带回皮层;其功能意义可解释反应效果监控能力,即如何觉察、评价错误,甚至引起决策。运动员在训练和比赛过程中需要时刻监控自己,争取行为正确,他们应该及时地觉察错误、准确地评价错误。一部分人可能"知错就改",而另外一部分人可能"错上加错"。他们的大脑活动究竟有何不同,可用ERN进行探讨,即从认知神经科学角度分析运动员如何对待错误。因此,在运动心理学研究中,ERN指标有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

针对我国现存的人民陪审制度,有人赞誉它是民主审判的模式,是司法公正的保障;有人批评它是落后的审判方式,是司法效率的大敌。笔者主张人民陪审制度应当加以废除,一是我国法律文化根基无法吸纳陪审制;二是陪审制的司法价值无法证明其存在的必要性;三是陪审制度的现状说明了其存在的无可行性。  相似文献

当马克思辩证法被庸俗化为一种方法时,它成了没有原则的代名词,通过几位思想家的评述,反思辩证法、剖析辩证法,以期正本清源。从古希腊开始的对本体的追求已经蕴含了辩证法的因子,由于把批判性的本体论探索变成了对“本体”的非批判性信仰,辩证法被形而上学的外壳紧紧包裹。马克思辩证法以扬弃的形式容涵了传统哲学本体论的种种内在矛盾,使本体论批判得以转化为“合理形式”的辩证法。  相似文献

我们可以把创新"被X"格式的出现,看作是对传统"被"字句用法违反的认知操作的结果,最终促使"被X"具有了"主观强加的事件否定"义。这种突破句法常规的做法正是网络用语吸引人眼球,使人感觉"异常"之中带有辛辣、讽刺、反语等"否定"意味的独特之处。当我们看到了这些带"被X"格式的词时,即使没有看到详细内容,我们多半也不会相信"X"事件的真实性。"被X"格式已经慢慢类化为表示事件否定的构式,我们并不能从其各个组成成分直接推知"事件否定性"语义。  相似文献

Social undermining as a strong predictor of adverse health outcomes in people living with HIV (PLWH), yet little is known about the experiences that constitute social undermining in this population. We led community-engaged research to identify and understand experiences of social undermining of PLWH in largely rural, minority-majority Southwestern communities. While past research focused on stigma-related experiences, participants in this study also told stories that shared their feelings of being undermined by lack of patient-centered care that they did not attribute to stigma, but to bureaucratic and impersonal service provision that marginalized them. These experiences create stress and serve as barriers for participants’ well-being and care. By bringing to the front experiences and mechanisms of social undermining, these findings advance theory, research, and practice regarding social undermining and living with HIV in diverse communities.  相似文献

This article reports the collaborative self-study of a teacher educator and two teacher candidates, focusing on the unforeseen negativity of experiences encountered by the three researchers in both a university methods course and student teaching settings. The implication of this study helped the researchers foresee new hypothetical learning trajectories for their respective students. Throughout the study, the university teacher educator and two teacher candidates tried to maintain a collegial relationship while analyzing their teaching and learning experiences. The researchers analyzed the effectiveness of their mathematics teaching strategies over an extended period of time. The changing roles of the researchers throughout the study encouraged them to examine not only their own teaching processes but also those of the other researchers. As critical colleagues they positioned themselves in different contexts. This study generates several insights for the improvement of the researchers' future teaching practices. The results suggest that collaborative self-study by a teacher educator and teacher candidates can generate effective learning experiences for all participants.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Online media have transformed the political news landscapes, changing not only professional journalistic practices but also the way in which citizens participate in political communication. In the debate about the impact of the Internet on democratic practices, some scholars emphasize the potential of digital media platforms to establish a medium for deliberative and inclusive democratic participation, whereas others underline the development of fragmented “echo chambers” driven by the interests of mainstream news organizations. We point to an alternative scenario in which online political communication develops in the direction of “participatory populism”, involving an unrepresentative group of users actively engaging in the delegitimization of democratic institutions. This engagement results in a collective voice that expresses high levels of negativity towards mainstream democratic politics. Through a study of user comments relating to the 2014 European Parliament election in Germany and the UK, we show how commenters express predominantly negative views towards not just the EU but also national government and mainstream opposition parties. We find, however, that the relationship between user comments and news platforms is highly contextualized. The nature of the relationship between comments and news platforms across countries thus warrants further investigation.  相似文献
