Existing personality detection methods based on user-generated text have two major limitations. First, they rely too much on pre-trained language models to ignore the sentiment information in psycholinguistic features. Secondly, they have no consensus on the psycholinguistic feature selection, resulting in the insufficient analysis of sentiment information. To tackle these issues, we propose a novel personality detection method based on high-dimensional psycholinguistic features and improved distributed Gray Wolf Optimizer (GWO) for feature selection (IDGWOFS). Specifically, we introduced the Gaussian Chaos Map-based initialization and neighbor search strategy into the original GWO to improve the performance of feature selection. To eliminate the bias generated when using mutual information to select features, we adopt symmetric uncertainty (SU) instead of mutual information as the evaluation for correlation and redundancy to construct the fitness function, which can balance the correlation between features–labels and the redundancy between features–features. Finally, we improve the common Spark-based parallelization design of GWO by parallelizing only the fitness computation steps to improve the efficiency of IDGWOFS. The experiments indicate that our proposed method obtains average accuracy improvements of 3.81% and 2.19%, and average F1 improvements of 5.17% and 5.8% on Essays and Kaggle MBTI dataset, respectively. [目的/意义]为了深入了解科研众筹平台中的项目情况,本文对科研众筹项目的基本特征、研究主题和不同类型科研众筹项目的属性对比进行研究。[研究设计/方法]首先对科研众筹的起源、价值和运作模式进行了梳理;随后爬取了科研众筹平台Experiment的项目信息,并对该平台中科研项目的发起者、背书者、项目记录、所属学科、资助情况等进行特征描述;基于LDA模型对科研众筹项目主题进一步细化,并对不同资金筹集和不同主题分类情况下的科研众筹项目的属性差异进行比较分析。[结论/发现]科研众筹主题主要集中在生物学和生态学两个领域,不同资金筹集达成情况的科研众筹项目在项目背书者数量、信息记录次数和讨论次数上具有显著差异;不同主题的科研众筹项目在其讨论次数上具有显著差异。同时,是否提供视频和是否参与资助挑战在不同资金筹集达成情况和不同主题的科研众筹项目上均具有显著差异。[创新/价值]深入分析了科研众筹平台中项目主题及属性对比情况,对科研众筹平台优化信息审核机制、社交机制和信息展示机制具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

A fault diagnosis method for analog circuit is proposed in this paper. An all-purpose amplifier is taken as the typical circuit under test (CUT). The chaotic signal, which is generated by an improved Chua's circuit, is employed as the excitation signal of CUT. The algorithm for phase-space reconstruction of chaotic time series is a combination algorithm of multiple autocorrelation and Γ-test. The circuit state is estimated based on detecting the geometric change of Chua's attractor with a data-mining approach. For the purpose of information fusion, another eight features are extracted from the testing data to comprehensively determine the CUT states. In practical text classification tasks, the ability to interpret the classification result is as important as the ability to classify exactly. Associative classifiers have many favorable characteristics such as rapid training, good classification accuracy, and excellent interpretation. However, associative classifiers also have some obstacles to overcome when they are applied in the area of text classification. The target text collection generally has a very high dimension, thus the training process might take a very long time. We propose a feature selection based on the mutual information between the word and class variables to reduce the space dimension of the associative classifiers. In addition, the training process of the associative classifier produces a huge amount of classification rules, which makes the prediction with a new document ineffective. We resolve this by introducing a new efficient method for storing and pruning classification rules. This method can also be used when predicting a test document. Experimental results using the 20-newsgroups dataset show many benefits of the associative classification in both training and predicting when applied to a real world problem. 相似文献

With the development of modern industry,sheet-metal parts in mass production have been widely applied in mechanical,communication,electronics,and light industries in recent decades; but the advances in sheet-metal part design and manufacturing remain too slow compared with the increasing importance of sheet-metal parts in modern industry. This paper proposes a method for automatically extracting features from an arbitrary solid model of sheet-metal parts; whose characteristics are used for classification and graph-based representation of the sheet-metal features to extract the features embodied in a sheet-metal part. The extracting feature process can be divided for valid checking of the model geometry,feature matching,and feature relationship.
