本文给出了利用GPS卫星定位系统来采集车辆运行时的地理位置的经纬度、方位以及速度等信息的实现方法,及ARM芯片与ISD4004语音芯片的通信方式。利用该系统,可在上述采集信息经过ARM芯片处理后,对预存的数据进行方向和距离误差分析,并在车辆到达预定位置时,通过ISD4004语音对预先录制好的语音进行播报,通过点阵型LED显示屏显示温度、站名和文明宣传语,以视、听两种感觉媒体给司机与乘客提供多种信息。  相似文献

本设计采用ARM微控制器检测水煤浆球磨机给料量,并运用PID进行自动调节,对给煤、给水、给药量进行快速、稳定、严格的控制,提高了整个系统的自动化水平。通过移植μC/OS-Ⅱ实时嵌入式操作系统到LPC2210内嵌的ARM7核上,并移入LwIP协议栈,实现网络通信协议,并可以通过Internet观察现场设备给料量的数据,不必亲临现场,减轻工人的劳动强度都有显著效果。  相似文献   

Contests for cooperation—A new approach in German innovation policy

A new approach in German innovation policy organizes contests of proposals for developing innovation networks. Based on an overview of the different programs, we investigate the advantages and problems of such an approach. We find that this type of policy may have a relatively large impact and can, therefore, be regarded as a rather efficient instrument of innovation policy. Compared to conventional policies, administration of the program is a much more critical issue. The contest approach may stimulate learning effects on the side of the administration but may also require a high degree of flexibility. The main disadvantage is the additional time that is required for conducting the contest. As a distinct ‘picking the winner’ approach, the contest approach is not suited as a means for achieving a leveling-out of regional welfare.  相似文献

Research on student veterans is in an infant state. As veterans continue to enroll in institutions of higher education, researchers must explore new ways of knowing student veterans. It is not enough to only describe and model this growing demographic, researchers must also have a tool for criticism and question. The next in an important tradition of emancipatory paradigms, this article suggests a critical theory built on current critical conversations but adapted for the unique characteristics of the student veteran. The article defines the need for a critical theory (Veteran Critical Theory), explains 11 tenets for this new theory, and discusses how these tenets could be used by administrators, faculty, student affairs professionals, and students in the higher education community.  相似文献

Incubator firm failure or graduation?: The role of university linkages

One of the theoretically important factors for incubator firm performance is the strength of their linkages to the research university sponsoring the technology incubator. Herein, we focus on two types of university linkages to the sponsoring institution: a license obtained from the university and a link to university faculty, while controlling for incubator firm linkages to non-sponsoring research universities, among other factors. We propose that a university link to the sponsoring institution reduces the probability of new venture failure and, at the same time, retards timely graduation. Further, we suggest that these effects are more pronounced the stronger the university link. Due to the difficulty of obtaining fine-grained longitudinal data, the incubation literature is characterized by a dearth of studies focusing on incubator firm differential performance. We attempt to take a first step towards closing this gap by testing these hypotheses through following 79 start-up firms incubated in the Advanced Technology Development Center at the Georgia Institute of Technology over the 6-year period between 1998 and 2003. We find broad support for the hypotheses advanced.  相似文献
