美国新闻与传播教育的认证标准,经过多年的变迁、发展,逐步趋于规范和完善。其现行的认证指标,基本上设定了目前美国新闻与传播教育的价值取向、教育宗旨、教育的思路及实现的路径。美国的新闻与传播教育,从“二战”开始即提倡通才教育,并确定了核心价值目标,在此基础上设定认证指标。在认证中,业界拥有的50%的投票权,保证了学界与实务界的目标的一致性。新实施的认证指标加强了对学生学习效果的评估,更明确了新闻与传播教育的服务性方向。  相似文献   

我国本科层次教师教育专业人才培养方案研究

通过对30所院校的192份本科层次的教师教育专业或师范专业人才培养方案的分析发现,当前师范专业培养人才的类型、胜任工作类型和适于任职单位都呈现出多样化特点;不同培养方案对培养目标和培养规格应该包括哪些内容没有形成一致的意见;培养方案对教师培养的认识存在差异,尤其是对未来教师需要掌握哪些知识、能力、职业道德存在不同的理解,对未来教师是否需要掌握这些内容也有不同的认识;培养方案没有借鉴当前教师培养、教师知识的研究成果。本研究对培养方案的改进提出建议。  相似文献

Modeling Interactional Influence in Advice Exchanges: Advice Giver Goals and Recipient Evaluations

This study examined how advice givers' self-reported interaction goals influence recipients' evaluations of advice. A typology of giver goals was developed based on message production theories, and the influence of goal pursuit on evaluations of advice was analyzed in interactions between friends (N=189 dyads). In the structural equation model, several giver goals directly affected recipients' evaluations of specific advice features (e.g., greater effort to give efficacious and feasible advice resulted in ratings of advice as more efficacious and feasible). In turn, recipient evaluations of specific message features influenced their ratings of advice message quality. Advice giver goals of efficacy/feasibility, politeness, and novelty led to positive recipient ratings, whereas effort to change the recipient's mind led to negative evaluations.  相似文献

One of the bedrock of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is eradication of poverty and hunger. In an attempt to actualize this goal, the role of public libraries in information provision to agricultural extension agents in Nigeria becomes paramount. This paper discusses provision of information to agricultural extension agents in a developing country. It starts with the concept of extension agents and the essence of information provision to them. It further discusses types, sources and challenges of public libraries in information provision to agricultural extension workers in a developing country. Some of the challenges are as follows: poor funding of public libraries, demotivated staff, and so on. Based on these discussions, the paper recommended adequate training and retraining of staff, adequate funding of public libraries by the federal, state and local government, the revitalization of the abandoned mobile library services among others. The paper therefore concludes that information provision to agricultural extension agents by public library is very crucial for national development. The current state of poverty, hunger and lack in Nigeria and some other African countries could be reduced to a great extent if current, relevant and up-to-date information are provided by libraries to the concerned agencies.  相似文献

Kalman滤波器在单运动目标自动跟踪中的应用

在系列帧图像中对运动目标以直方图为模型的模板方法进行匹配,由于模板匹配计算量非常大,要想在整幅图像中对目标进行搜索匹配,同时又要达到实时是不可能的。我们对目标状态进行可靠的估计,可以在相对较小的区域内完成对模板的搜索,Kalman滤波器就是一个对动态系统的状态序列进行线形最小方差估计的算法。通过以动态的状态方程和观测方程来描述系统,它可以将任意一点作为起点开始观测,采用递归滤波的方法计算。该算法具有计算量小、可实时计算的特点。  相似文献

海洋生态系统的健康和安全,直接关系到全人类的健康和福祉。有效监测数据不足、科学决策信息缺失等因素一定程度上影响了海洋可持续发展目标(SDG 14)的顺利实施。地球大数据具备宏观、动态、客观监测能力,可在支撑SDG 14实现中起到重要作用。在中国科学院战略性先导科技专项(A类)的支持下,基于地球大数据相关技术和方法,我国已有效开展了海洋缺失数据集生产、目标本地化模型构建等具体实践。在以上分析基础上,文章提出了积极参与国际社会地球大数据共享,加强科技创新对SDG 14实现的驱动,深度参与联合国海洋治理计划等建议。  相似文献   

Enacted Goal Attention in Family Conversations about End-of-life Health Decisions

Most extant research on end-of-life communication in families has been based on the assumption that more communication is better communication. We used a multiple goals theoretical perspective to demonstrate that the quality of communication about end-of-life decisions matters. Members of 121 older parent/adult child dyads (N = 242) engaged in an elicited conversation about end-of-life health choices and reported their assessments of the conversation. Using multilevel linear modeling, we found that outside ratings of a person's communication quality (i.e., attention to task, identity, and relational goals) as well as outside ratings of the partner's communication quality were positively associated with the person's reported conversational satisfaction and hopefulness and negatively associated with the person's hurt feelings and relational distancing.  相似文献
