| Abstract: | Traditionally,the teaching model of college English is the teacher focus.Students failed to give full play to the enthusiasm and initiative.Therefore,students lose interest in learning,and the quality and efficiency of teaching is difficult to be improved.For teaching college English,the author analyzes the characteristics of the course,and put forward some advice on how to practise the "teacher-led,student-centered" teaching model under the constructivism theory.By using task-based,context-based,and discussion-based teaching models,the author achieves the desired result of teaching. |
