| 摘 要： | 运用文献分析法,对上海外语教育出版社出版的“新世纪大学英语系列教材”中的《大学英语综合教程》（以下简称《综合教程》）课文选材情况进行了初步分析,认为该教材的课文选材坚持“博采众长”,体现了“以人为本”的教育观,而中国本土文化因子的“缺位”,则使得课文选材呈现出过度“西化”（美化）的倾向,应该引起重视并加以改进。

| Abstract: | In this article, a tentative analysis of the problem of text-selecting in “Zooming in： an Integrated Course” is carried out through graphs and literature-analysis. The rationality of the text-selecting for this course is mainly embodied in the humanistic theory of education, whereas over-westernization （Americanization）is the major shortcoming. The article aims at demonstrating and evaluating the philosophy of textbook-compiling, so as to get some inspiration for and enlightenment to the text-selecting. |
