| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪的图书馆将是服务信息化、馆藏媒体化、信息资源共享化、管理手段计算机化 的运行模式。现代化的图书馆需要的是现代图书馆员,没有高素质的图书馆员,纵然有优 越的物质条件,也无法成为现实。因此,振兴图书馆事业,提高图书馆员素质已成为当务之 急,探讨图书馆员素质的提高与继续教育是图书馆事业发展的重要课题。

| Abstract: | A library is one of the mode of information in sevrice, mediumiration in storing, the information resources sharization and computerization of management. A modernization of a library needs high qualified librarians. It won't come true even though there are few high qualified librarians in spite of superior materials. So, it's urgent to rejuvenate the library and to improve the quality of librarians. It is an important subject to talk about relationships between the quality of librarians and continuous education for the developing of a library. |
