| 摘 要： | 中国民办高等教育自20世纪80年代恢复以来,逐渐发展壮大,有力地推动了中国高等教育的大众化,增加了高等教育供给.与此同时,中国民办高等教育也面临着生存性、发展性短缺,制约着民办高等教育的持续发展.本文从中国民办高等教育筹资现状入手,分析民办高等教育筹资的困境,并重点从政府和民办高校的角度提出了解决困境的现实选择.

| Abstract: | Since 1980s' recovery, private higher education in China have a strong development gradually, which effectively promote massification of higher education, and increase supply of higher education in China. But at the same time, private higher education in China is still confronted with shortage that determines its survival and continuing development. This article starts with the actual situation of raising funds for private higher education in China, then analyzes the dilemmas of it and gives some realistic proposals from the perspective of government and private higher schools to solve the problems. |
