我国教师专业发展研究概略

摘    要:教师专业发展是目前我国教育理论界关注的焦点,专家学者对教师专业发展的概念、价值、结构特征、实施策略等进行了深入的理论研究,许多学校教师专业发展取得了一定成绩.不足之处在于:理论研究水平还有待从整体上加以提高,研究亦有待进行整合;实践上应调动一切积极因素促进教师专业发展,克服教师专业发展收效低,城乡教师专业发展不均衡性等问题,特别是应关注农村教师专业发展.

Abstract:My teacher professional development is the focus of education theorists,experts and scholars on the concept of teacher professional development,values,structural characteristics,implementation strategies in-depth theoretical study,many school teachers professional development achieved some results.Inadequacies is:there is a need to increase the overall level of theoretical research,and integration;Practice should mobilize all positive factors to promote professional development of teachers,teacher professional development work to overcome low,urban and rural disparities,and other issues of professional development of teachers,particularly in rural areas should be concerned about the professional development of teachers.
