| 摘 要： | 21世纪的社会是一个以知识经济为主导的知识社会，知识社会强调知识的积累、分享、传递、创造与应用。在知识社会中，知识的生产快速，知识的周期缩短，知识的传递迅速、取得容易、储存方便，知识成为经济发展的最重要因素，知识型人才是知识社会发展的动力之一。要适应知识社会的挑战，必须积极发展成人教育，鼓励成人树立终身学习的理念，自觉自发学习，教会成人学会学习。只有通过发展成人教育，加强成人的进修与培训，开发人力资源，提升个体素养，才能推动知识经济社会的发展，享受知识社会带来的成果。

| Abstract: | The society in the 21st century is a society dominated by knowledge economy, which emphasizes the accumulating, sharing, delivering, creating and applying knowledge. In this society, knowledge has been created quickly in shorter period, delivered fast and easy to get and storage. Knowledge has become the most important factor in economic development. In order to face the challenge of knowledge society, we must actively develop adult education, encourage the idea of life long learning, teach adults to learn consciously and by themselves. We can only promoting the development of knowledge society and enjoy its production by developing adult education, exploring the personnel resource and raising the individual quality. |
