博物馆媒介化:目标、途径与方法

摘    要:博物馆文化经历了公共化、社会化过程发展成为现代社会公共文化的重要设施,但由于实物藏品解读的困难,普通公众对资源利用的程度受到局限。面对学习型社会建设的时代要求,博物馆必须致力于对展品进行更深入的阐释,使博物馆真正成为帮助公众理解历史与环境的大教室,在此背景下我们提出了博物馆媒介化的概念。媒介化主要表现为通过对展品的阐释与叙述,将展品转化为学习的介质,其方法包括构建易于理解的观察平台、提供操作与体验的参与性机会,并辅以文字与言语为主的符号系统,使观众通过观察、操作、体验、阅读与听讲,实现对展品的理解。

Mediumlization of Museum:Objective, Approach and Method

Abstract:After experiencing the publication and socialization process, museum has developed into an important facility in modern social public culture. However, due to the difficulty in interpreting of physical collections, general publicis are limited to the utilization of resource. Faced with the fact that the era calls for development of a study-oriented society, the museum must focus on deeper interpretation of collections, and strives to become a huge lecture hall with ability to help public understand the history and environment. In such a context, we put forward the concept of museum mediumlization. The mediumlization manifests itself in transforming the collections into a medium of learning by interpreting and describing themselves. The related methods include creating an easily understood observation platform, providing opportunities to participate in operation and experience whilst supplemented with a symbol system featuring in writing and speaking, thus the mediumlization ensures that audience could understand the collections through observing, operating, experiencing, reading and listening.
