| Abstract: | Teacher professional development has already been the main tendency of the teacher edu-cational reform.The professional self-determination becomes the noticeable part,and the influence shows more and more outstanding.In this paper,in the attitude of Return to the things themselves,the author explored the teacher professional development of self-determination from the following contents： what is the teacher’s specialty,the teacher professional development needs self-determination,What does the teacher self-determine in the area of his specialty？ How to realize the self-determination？ and the life long professional development. |
