教师专业自主发展探究

摘    要:教师专业发展是教师教育改革的主要趋势,专业自主成为其不可忽视的部分,且对教师专业发展的影响也表现得越来越突出。本文通过阐明教师专业的含义,教师专业发展需要自主,教师专业自主发展的含义及如何实现教师专业自主发展,对教师专业发展终身化进行探究。

Abstract:Teacher professional development has already been the main tendency of the teacher edu-cational reform.The professional self-determination becomes the noticeable part,and the influence shows more and more outstanding.In this paper,in the attitude of Return to the things themselves,the author explored the teacher professional development of self-determination from the following contents: what is the teacher’s specialty,the teacher professional development needs self-determination,What does the teacher self-determine in the area of his specialty? How to realize the self-determination? and the life long professional development.
