| 摘 要： | 我国传统的英语测试方法由于题型趋于单一化、格式化，存在许多不足，应当进行适当的改革。“1 1”诊断法是美国奥克兰大学阅读系Cramer教授所采用的新的英语测试方法，目的在于测出学生的词汇、阅读以及听力的真实水平，探索它们的内在联系，并提出有针对性的辅助学生学习英语的方法。该方法对我国高校英语的测试有重要的启示作用。

| Abstract: | The traditional English testing methods in China are monotonous and formalized. Therefore, there should be some reforms on them. "One and One" diagnosis method is a new testing method employed by Professor Cramer who teaches in the Reading and Language Arts Department in Oakland University, U.S.A. The purpose of the testing is to judge the right English level of students' in vocabulary, reading and listening, and to explore the relationships between them. Based on the testing result, some instructional programs are put forward to improve students' ability in those aspects. This testing method is an important reference to English testing in China's colleges and universities. |
